The salads are delicious and the staff are friendly! The aesthetic of the restaurant is really cute and inviting.
I had a great experience so I will return.

Ordered the Butternut squash soup, which is supposed to be creamy. My boyfriends was perfect. Mine was cold and watery. We asked the lady to change it but she literally just warmed it up and gave me the same garbage soup back. Waste of $40. Save your money and time, make it at home.

Je ne mets pas 5 parce que les commandes or téléphone ou par le site ne fonctionnent pas. Sinon, les salades sont excellentes et la sauce mandy’s originale vraiment bonne!

This is the 2nd time I feel absolutely robbed by Mandy’s. Getting only 1/2 of the ingredients you paid for (which makes quite a mediocre salad for the price), and now I open my salad to find half of a RAW avocado (hard as hell), just sitting there, extremely visible, left untouched so not sliced. I tried to slice it (it IS part of the FAVE salad I ordered, so not a bonus avocado) but it was so hard I could tear it in half (see picture). I ordered tofu as protein, and I ate it despite the horrible smell it had; which I now deeply regret. Compliments to the Chef for food poisoning!

I wouldn’t eat there again even if you’d pay me.

Gone down in quality alot which is very unfortunate. I basically got a huge bowl of just lettuce with barely anything else.

Premièrement ne commandez jamais ici, ça fait deux fois que je reçois de la lettue expirer c’est complètement degueulasse honnêtement je suis extrêmement déçue pour une salade à 20$. J’aime tout les mandys SAUF celui à laval!

I wish there was one close to me such as blainville.

Les salades sont toujours aussi délicieuses que les autres succursales. Très achalandé pour les take-out. Il faut commander d'avance. $$

Extra chicken forgotten, missing tomatoes, cheese and avocado. Mainly kale and lacked dressing. Terrible experience for this location. At the price we pay, we expect a decent sized salad, why slack so much?

Went to Mandy’s Laval today just want to give a shout out to the team’s professionalism and especially to the managers the red head and the brunette. Thanks for a delicious afternoon lunch.

My experience at Mandy’s topped off my weekend on a great note! Great food and even better service. Thanks again Samara!

Après ça la commande: le bol est le même qu a Subway la quantité a franchement diminué
Plein de salade pourri (même pas eu le temps de préparer des salades à l avance ça aurait été plus rapide) les légumes découpés n important comment rien d appétissant- cherche a allez vite sans faire attention au côté visuel Comme dans leur livre

Je vais continuer d aller sur laurier pour l’instant à moins qu’ils sont devenu aussi degueu que celui de Laval

Je voulais vraiment aimer cet endroit, j'ai tellement entendu des bons commentaires sur cette chaîne de restaurant! Il manquait des ingredients pour faire ma salade, j'ai accepter les substitutions proposés, mais une fois ma salade arrivé il manquait ma protéine dedans ainsi que d'autres ingrédients, je l'ai dit à la serveuse et ils l'ont ajouter sur le dessus je n'ai jamais eu mon verre d'eau et j'avaia des feuilles de laitue brunes dans ma salade. Mon ami qui est allergique aux fruits de mer a trouvé une crevette perdue dans sa salade, je ne recommande donc pas si vous avez des allergies. Je donnerais une deuxieme chance à ce restaurant en espérant que ce n'était qu'une mauvaise soirée, mais le 25$ pour une salade dont il manque plusieurs ingrédients est un peu dur à digérer.

This was the worst order from Mandy’s yet. Ordered two salads for dinner off of Uber eats. They both arrived 3/4 full, one of them looked spoiled. Salad was all soggy and there was this disgusting liquid at the bottom. Took a bite and was totally grossed out. It tastes spoiled. The second salad was stale and the salad was all soggy and looked spoiled. Really a horrible experience. Their service and quality is getting worst and worst. Time to go elsewhere and pay 26$

Yummy but takeout is not worth it. I always take the same order and today i got it to-go for the first time. There was barely any toppings in it. Since it's my usual order I know what's supposed to be in it! I didn't get any avocado and only 2 pieces of clementine and 2 chunks of crunchy ramen. Their takeout bowls are much smaller than the in-dining ones so im guessing that's why. So I paid 12$ for lettuce and dressing and 2 bites of toppings:/

Just ok, not the same service as the one ont downtown Montreal. They need to improve in their service and waiting time to serve customers. Food was ok, not the tastiest salad, and they made a mistake with our order. Instead of mentioning of the price difference, they gave free cookies to compensate. No biggie, though, transparency is always appreciated… not sure if I’d go back to this location.

Petit resto très simpliste mais tout à fait agréable.

J'ai été servi de manière très agréable et le temps d'attente à été particulièrement court.

La nourriture à été excellente et les choix offerts dépassent de loin l'imagination d'un nouveau venu.

Je n'irais peut-être pas manger là à tous les jours, mais il est certain que c'est une adresse que tout le monde se doit de connaître.

NO CASH? !? !? Such great product. Such great employees. To my astonishment they did not accept cash! I forced myself let the manager know how I felt so he could escalate my complaint. Absolutely unacceptable policy to not accept cash! Very upsetting. Almost walked out and cancelled my order, but I really wanted to tip the fantastic and caring staff. However I will unfortunately not support this business until they remove the No Cash Policy.

Very good salads. The staff are very kind and do a really great job. Their portions when dine in feel much bigger than to go. Nonetheless, Mandy’s salads speaking of the Centropolis location absolutely slaps. I like going for the Lumberjack as it’s more filling.

My fav protein bowl was delicious! I ask for a taste of the new spicy dressing and I had a sample to try it with. I also took the refreshing green smoothie Shakti (banana, pineapple, avocado, kale, spinach, apple juice, mint,
fresh ginger, maple syrup) I'm really satisfied with my visit today I enjoy very much this sunny day with my healthy meal outside on the terrace. Namaste

Amazing salad's, best I've ever had, lots of staff (rare these days), inviting and really friendly, super nice and accommodating with kids. Only criticism is they do not accept payment in cash?

Obviously loove Mandy's. Salads are so refreshing and tasty! One thing that icks me a little is that their dressings are made with canola oil. Which if you know, isn't good for our healths. So I limit the times I come here but it's definitely a go-to! Yes their salads are "pricy" but totally worth it in my opinion.

Honestly the worst mandys location. I have been a loyal customer since their first branch at laurier when not many people knew about mandys. I think that the laval branch is honestly a waste for the brand unless they start changing employees. Numerous times I have gone to the laval mandys and I always order the wolfe bowl. They repeatedly forget to put an ingredient (sometimes avocado, sometimes cherry tomatoes, etc) in the bowl. After the 4th time, i decided to call the store and tell them that they forgot to put the avocado in and that this wasnt the first time. They apologized and offered us 2 free cookies for the next time i came and said it would be in the system. Well i got there and the employee was telling me theres nothing in the system. So i was upset but didnt care much for the cookie it was more “keeping your word”. We ordered two wolfe bowls and guess what? They forgot the avocado! Lol the employee didnt offer anything at all and had the audacity to tell me that the wolfe bowl didnt come with avocados. Really ridiculous employees i refuse to go to mandys anymore because they repeatedly disappointed me.

Grosse portion, option de viande, goût hors du commun.
Ce n'est pas que du végétarien.
J'ai vraiment aimé mon repas.

Reçu une commende qui n est vraiment pas ce que j ai demandé, ca m énerve d avoir rajouté plein d extra pour avoir une salade avec aucun extra!

Amazing experience today at the Laval location! I was unsure of what salad to get and the employee recommended I try the seared tuna salad. It did not disappoint! Big portion with fresh ingredients. The service at the table was like none other they offered samples of smoothies and the girl who served us had an amazing energy it was contagious. Great healthy lunch option and the portions are so big the price is absolutely worth it. I will definitely be coming back soon

Great food but what awful service, it was as if us being there was an inconvenience to the employees. Not a hello, not a smile, waited 10+ minutes for an order that was supposed to be ready. When we got there, not a single employee acknowledged us. As an fellow employee in customer service I am extremely put off.

J'ai adoré mon expérience. Service rapide et amical. J'ai été surpris par la gentillesse de la caissière qui m'a conseillé sur les types de thé en bouteille offert. J'ai finalement opté pour le thé à la mangue pour accompagner la Salade d'été. Le 'poulet' végétal au tamari dans cette salade est excellent, je vous le recommande (fait à base de champignons shiitake). Le prix est un peu élèvé, mais elles sont toujours surprenante et pleine de goût. J'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner pour en essayer d'autre. P. S.: Ne pas oublier de prendre un menu à l'entrée!

Waited 15 min for someone to even look at me, no service whatsoever. I love their salads but laval location needs work. Dident even order just left. Also no menu showing for takeout orders. Horrible design.
