I wish there was a way of rating Manic Aluminum with a 10 star rating as they certainly deserve it.

We ordered 7 windows on October 14th, 2022 with Louis, who stated that the order could be completed within 8 weeks which we thought was going to be unobtainable as the other quotes we received stated that they would have it done in the spring around April or May. Louis walked us through the process and made some recommendations that we were pleased to receive. He did not oversell anything like we had received from the other two contractors that had given us quotes. After finalizing the contract, Louis once again stated that he would be in contact with us once the order was submitted, in production and finally ready for install. The following day, Tony arrived to measure the windows to ensure that everything would fit as required. Tony stated that due to the age of the building, the windows would be a little challenging but assured us they would make sure everything would be completed to perfection.

We were amazed that two days later, Louis called us to mention that he had put in a rush order to have it completed before the cold temperatures arrived. We were grateful for the update and thought it would take a few months to have it completed.

Much to our surprise, on November 7th, we received a call from Louis stating that the windows were ready for install. We couldn't believe how quickly they were able to arrange for the install within two days. Louis was a man of his word and we were truly grateful for his excellent customer service and how he takes care of his clients.

We were amazed when the Manic team showed up on November 9th ready to install the windows. Francois and Yves were very professional and laid out the plans of how they were going to proceed. They ensured that the floors were covered to prevent any damages. They regularly kept us up to date on their progress. We have never seen a work crew so dedicated to their work and they were meticulous in the job they did as they left the premises completely clean of any debris.

I would highly recommend Manic Aluminum Ltd for your window replacement. They are a very professional company that are committed to their customers and guarantee satisfaction. I would personally like to thank Louis, Tony, Francois, Yves and the entire Manic team for their professionalism, and excellent work ethics. This was my first experience we had with Manic Aluminum. We had excellent service from ordering to the installation. We had changed a total of 15 windows and 4 doors. Woww. Équipe très professionnelle lors de l'installation de nos porte et fenêtres. Marc a fait un travail impeccable et cette entreprise a une très belle qualité de produits. Nous avons également très apprécié le représentant Louis qui nous a donné un service hors du commun malgré les modifications que nous avons demandé à quelques reprises et auxquelles ils ont donné suite à notre entière satisfaction. Ce projet d'envergure génère toujours du stress mais quelle belle et sage décision d'avoir opté pour cette compagnie très professionnelle et nous avons très hâte de faire à faire de nouveau avec eux pour la phase 2 à venir. Je viens d’acheter mon premier condo, j’habite en copropriété. J’ai choisi Manic pour le remplacement de mes fenêtres et de ma porte patio hybride. Wow! Le service est vraiment rapide et efficace. Excellent service! Louis a été à l'écoute de nos besoin et nous a bien conseillé dans le choix de modèles de portes et fenêtres. L'installation c'est super bien déroulée. Les installateurs étaient sympathiques et ils ont pris soin de ne pas salir la maison. Je veux faire une mention spéciale sur l'incroyable patience dont Louis a fait preuve avec nous. Je ne peux dire combien de fois nous avons changé d'idée sur le choix de modèle des portes et fenêtres et qu'il ne nous a jamais fait sentir importun.

Ended up calling the Police. Forget any after sales service. Loui can sell ice to eskimos. Lies through his teeth. Don't be fooled by his charm he will change his attitude in a heart beat. He buys his reviews. Do yourself a big favor stay away from this company.
