Horrible customer service. 45 min for shuttle to return from tubbing to hotel. When called to complain they couldn't care less. Didn't even offer a voucher to return by taxi or any kind gesture! Asked to speak to a manager no one available or even returns calls! For the price you pay expected much better service. Book elsewhere!

Plusieur inconvénients. En arrivant à leur chambre, il y avait un groupe de jeunes gens qui flânait dans la notre chambre. Des amis d'employés de l'hotel probablement. Aussi, on a demander à l'hotel pour avoir un fer à repasser, et l'hotel a répondu qu'il n'en prêtait pas aux clients!? Pourtant il y en avait dans les autres chambres. D'autres clients nous ont dit qu'eux en arrivant dans leur chambre il y avait déjà ďautres clients! Une erreure de la planification de l'hotel. L'eau n'était pas potable, il a fallu prendre une grande quantité de bouteille en plastique. Et un dégât d'eau à fait en sorte que plusieurs chambres n'avait plus d'eau. Pour avoir un peignoir, il charge 55$/peignoir. Pour se rendre à notre chambre, c'était plusieurs minutes de marche soit au froid dans le parking extérieur ou plus long encore par le parking intérieur avec des directions vraiment pas évidente. Bref, Hotel à éviter.

Beautiful place, ordinary service level! We have been to Manoir St-Sauveur many times. It’s cozy, warm and inviting. The spa, pool, bar-lounge, restaurant and rooms are all excellent. They no longer provide bathrobes in rooms which is a letdown considering they have this beautiful outdoor spa experience. The service …. Unfriendly and below average. I’m not sure how it gets 5 stars for service. I couldn’t find it anywhere. In fact it ruins the experience. To have such a beautiful place but poor service is enough to not want to go back. Staff can barely crack a smile and say hello. There is no « welcome » It’s as though we were an inconvenience. They need to invest in better training on their customer experience to reach the full potential and match what this hotel offers!

Mon expérience était assez ordinaire, le nom est plus un paraître. Je n'ai pas eu l'impression d'être dans un manoir (chic, service impeccable) À première impression c'était super, l'odeur et l'ambiance était génial. Par contre, peu d'informations nous sont remis, seulement nos clé de chambre mais au fil de la journée pour avoir accès au gym et spa il nous aurait fallu avoir une pass noir, que je n'ai jamais reçu. Le bain vapeur que j'adore n'était plus en fonction, mais aucune personne ou indication était noté. Un peu décevant mais bon. Les gens qui étaient là au spa le soir avaient proximativement 18-19 ans.en gang, pas moyen d'avoir d'intimité. Rendu au chambre, les peignoirs était au prix de 55$ (on se rappel on n'ai dans un hôtel spa) ya fallu emprunter celle du spa, merci à elles de nous les avoir prêter. Les bouteilles d'eau 3$, deux cups de café fournis, sinon 3$ additionnels, le lait est en poudre.
Oufffff pour un hôtel a 4étoiles je l'ai trouve radins.
Il manque un peu d'organisation et d'indication pour les clients. Les gens qui travaillent là, ont tous été sympathique par contre.

Service impeccable, nous sommes un lundi du mois d'octobre et cest super tranquille jai demandé qu'on fasse un feu et ca prit que quelques minutes et le feu était fait. La chambre est propre et grande. La nourriture au resto la tablée était succulente et le service indéniable. Merci pour ce séjour si merveilleux. Quel bel hôtel ce manoir saint-sauveur.

Un bel établissement, proche des pistes pour ceux qui veulent y aller en hiver.
Les chambres sont tres grandes, bien équipées. Un bel hotel dans son ensemble.

Very nice hotel resort style. Nice spacious rooms, excellent pool and jacuzzi. Nice restaurants. The room Houaekeeping is excellent and rooms are always cleaned.

The place is almost perfect, but the toilet paper is thinner than my hairline. No kidding, I could see my hand that was behind the paper.

Amazing feat of engineering

Spent the Grand Prix weekend enjoying all the amenities at this great hotel. Just a short, convenient drive north of Montreal but tucked into the foothills of the mountains, this hotel is perfect for summer or winter excursions. We stayed in one of the condo style rooms in a separate building from the main area - room was large and comfortable if a little dated. Some items need updating but that didn't take away from our enjoyment of our room. We took advantage of all the Nordic style spa amenities on all 3 days we were there. Indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and saunas plus a cold plunge and an indoor steam room. The main outdoor pool is outfitted with private cabanas to rent, a bar, and food service. They created a great, relaxing atmosphere and the staff were very courteous and attentive. We had drinks and dessert on the patio Saturday night and the food was awesome, drinks were generous, and the staff were lovely. My only issue is the parking.it is HORRIBLE. Lots of ballrooms means lots of people and the parking lot outside just can't handle it. We had to park extremely far away from our building - literally the other side of the hotel/resort - and with the lines not painted to designate spots, you can imagine how many entitled idiots took more than their share of space for their vehicles. Also, they have a signature scent that they pump into the lobby and elevators that I found too strong and quite overpowering. Tone down the scent, get more free parking in properly designated areas and this hotel would be amazing. Would absolutely recommend staying here and we will stay again.

Très déçu de mon séjour. C'est la première fois que je dois passer par le garage souterrain pour me rendre à ma chambre.

Great amenities and rooms. Good complex for business and pleasure. Restaurant service was to be improved but food quality was good.

Il faut vraiment savoir ce que l'on veut avant d'aller là. Si vous cherchez la tranquillité, le silence et un espace sans enfants, ce n'est vraiment pas la place où aller. Le manoir est plus un ressort dans le style tout inclus comme à Cuba avec bien de la musique boom boom autour de la piscine et des enfants qui courent. Les chambres ont un problème acoustique important on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir comme s'il n'y avait pas de porte. La chambre était belle nous étions dans la chambre 5221 la fin de semaine du 4 septembre qui était récemment rénovée malheureusement il y avait déjà des bris au niveau de l'éclairage. Malgré les grosses rénovations faites, les piscines et la section spa datent un peu. Le tout est defraichi et le spa fait très années 90 2000. Le restaurant est correcte on y mange bien et le service est bon. Donc relativement dispendieux pour ce qui est offert. Pour une famille c'est correcte mais pas une personne voulant se reposer vaut mieux aller chez Strom spa ou au Spa finlandais pour ça.

Au spa du Manoir, j’ai absolument adoré le soin facial que j’ai reçu de la part de Krystsina. Il est rare que je laisse ce genre de commentaire, mais je recommande cette professionnelle douce, attentionnée, précise et charmante du fait de son bel accent. J’ai testé beaucoup de soins dans ma vie et celui-ci figure parmi les meilleurs testés à présent. Ses mains sont magiques!

I have stayed here multiple times for work.

Saint Sauveur is a beautiful and picturesque town, and the area surrounding the hotel is nice.

However, the establishment itself is very dated.

1. The layout of the parking garage is weird and looks old. At least half of the parking spots are for private residents only. Some spots near the corners are not easy to park. Quite a few parking spots are poorly lit.

2. The hotel is divided into 5 separate buildings. The main building itself is modern looking, but the other 4 – Avoriaz, Bordeaux, Cadillac, and Domaine – are very dated and not well maintained.

The hallways in the Cadillac building reminded me of the movie The Shining. The elevator was old and not calibrated properly – the door would open before it completely arrived at the selected level.

3. The deadbolt on the room door doesn’t work since the door is not completely aligned with the door frame. The only night lock available is the flimsy swing bar door lock.

4. There are no USB charging ports available for your mobile devices, and the electrical outlets are often not easily accessible from the bed. In fact, some of the rooms – the nearest outlet to the bed is behind the bed itself and inaccessible unless the bed is moved out of the way.

Many electrical outlets are worn out as well – the prongs are so loose that it won’t hold any USB multi-charging plug with a bit more weight. Some electrical outlets are actually loose and not properly secured to the wall.

5. Wi-Fi is horrible here – only 1.35 Mbps Download and 0.84 Mbps Upload!

6. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything from adjacent rooms.

7. The dishwasher in my current room is also loose and not properly anchored to the kitchen cabinet.

8. The blinds and curtains in some rooms do not cover the windows entirely.

9. The rooms come with 2 bottles of water – but at a premium price of $3.00 each.

10. Lastly – the in room air conditioning unit only blows out cold air. The rooms are heated by old style baseboard heaters – not a great way to warm up the room in the Winter time.

Excellent hôtel; très bel atmosphère; chambre agréable et lits confortables; personnel courtois, excellente nourriture! Nous avons passé un séjour agréable.

J'ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour. J'aurais aimé une chambre un peu plus insonorisée (on entends beaucoup les voitures, mais cela n'a pas affecté mon sommeil.

Very Disappointing!
My wife and i stayed there from February 24 to the 26th. The first night we took the « spa package »and the second night we took the « Gourmet Getaway » package!
Due to covid all food and drink must be consumed in room only! There are no coffee makers included in your room either so you have to order your coffee (not before 7am) and an employee will bring a small cup ($$$) wrapped in saran wrap up to you which was cold by the time it gets to your room! If you would like a small bottle of water well they are sold for 3 dollars each.yup 3$!
The food is also wrapped in saran wrap and carried across the hotel before it gets to your room.all food is at best luke warm and extremely limp due to the saranwrap! The fried calamari was soggy and humid, the french fries were dark (probably old oil) and also very limp I ordered a rustic salad with cheese in it.the salad had been marinated in advance with balsamic probably a day or two before.the vegetables and cheese we soft, black, limp and slimy.very unpleasant to eat! They added a few new pieces of cheese on the top before serving so i had both black and white cheese in my salad!
Honestly for a « gourmet getaway » in a « Manoir » it was very disappointing!
If you would like a steak for supper there is an additional 30$ fee per plate.and if you would like the ravioli with lobster stuffing there is an extra for that too! You are pretty much limited to pizza or a club sandwich.all wrapped in plastic wrap!
They were going to serve us ice-cream at the same time as our « starter » and « main course » (luckily a asked). By the time we would have gotten to our dessert the ice cream would have already melted.so we decided not to order the dessert after eating the disappointing supper!
The first breakfast we had was more the mediocre.the breakfast sausages we deep fried and tasted super funky.the beans we really weird to look at so we dipped our forks in and didn’t like the taste! Like i said at the beginning, our coffees were cold and the orange just was warm! Frozen breakfast potatoes and at the best 3 small pieces of fruit!
Very very cheep looking food for a « Manoir » We did not stay for our second « Free » breakfast.we packed up early and pick something up at Tim Horton’s instead to insure hot and fresh food!
Due to covid there is no automatic room cleaning (it’s understandable) so we ordered extra towels the second day.when they arrived the man who delivered them dropped them on the floor in the hallway right in front of me.he picked them up put them in my hands and left! (Totally unacceptable for a « Manoir ») Type of service you get in a cheep Motel!
Might sound stupid but our digital clock wasn’t even at the right time when we arrived. Yes a small detail but small details are what separates the classy places from the rest!
The spa and massages were great!
Our room was small and clean but just « ok » nothing more!
It is a beautiful hotel with great potential.too bad they we not able to adapt to the pandemic!
For 2 nights it costed almost 900$ for bad food and poor service! We were supposed to get a call from a Mme Paquette (customers service) but after 3 weeks still no call!

We have been clients of the Manoir St-Sauveur for more than 30 years: we have used their services for our corporation, for dinners and conferences: all our customers were overwhelmed by the quality of their services: we personally enjoyed their exceptional cuisine either at their lounge for a quick bite or their Italian restaurant located on the main floor!

We regularly enjoy their wonderful relaxing fully remodeled Spa, for massages, facials and mani-pedi cares: all the personnel there are so welcoming and professional: and as a bonus, they have a second floor at the spa where you can relax and go outside during the summer! There is also an indoor and outdoor pool!

Most of their rooms have been remodeled at « le goût du jour «  and are very zen! The beds are very comfortable!

The Manoir is so well located too: a throw of stone from all the restaurants, boutiques, attractions. You can actually see the ski slopes lit from the hotel!

Whether you are planning a weekend get away or a cooperate event or wedding: Le Manoir St Sauveur is « The place » to meet your desires!

Doit toujours attendre au lendemain pour crédits qui n ai pas de ma faute mais eux et doit toujours perdre du temps a attendre a l acceuil et au téléphone. Pour un séjour de deux jours avec options gourmand et massage.qui n ai pas donné. Manque de professionnels a cette établissement

Ça faisait longtemps qu’on voulait découvrir le manoir et franchement déçue.

Nous sommes conscients qu’en temps de covid l’expérience n’est pas pareil, mais quand même, on paye le même prix pour le 1/2 de l’expérience.

Service au restaurant très ordinaire voir bête. La rénovation des chambres manque de rafinement, on sent encore l’ancien décor.

Dans la chambre le frigo ne fonctionnait pas, le bain était bouché, on a dû fait venir un technicien pour réparer la lampe. Pas de possibilité de louer des films.

Leur site Web n’est vraiment pas à jour pour nous informer de la réalité en temps de covid. On aurait aimé savoir qu’on n’aurait pas accès aux bains extérieurs sans réserver plusieurs jours à l’avance.

Ils ont un système pour éviter l’attente à la réception, mais j’ai dû me rendre 2 fois à la réception parce que ça ne fonctionnait pas.

Franchement déçue. ça ne vaut pas le prix.

Pas de machine à café dans la chambre, la machine à glace est brisée, presque $9 de frais extras pour un room service pour une pizza à $20 même j'ai demandé 2 verres d'eau je n'ai jamais eu avec le room service, la seule personne aimable et à la réception, et en plus un frais de $9 plus taxes pour un frais resort pourquoi? Pour tout est fermé sauf le bain thermale?

**BE AWARE**
Went to get a massage from a this spa, and after specifically asking if my therapist has enough hours to be accepted by an insurance cie. (as I am aware that you need certain hours to be accepted) in a giggly matter and with confidence I was told yes she does, that she actually has 10 years of experience.
Only to find out later that she is not deemed as a certified specialist with the RMPQ and my insurance refused her. And I am out 154$. NEXT time if you are not sure about your answer DON’T GIVE ONE!

As well of being double chharged for everything and they took 5 days to give me my money back with ZERO explanation.

Complete waste of money. Went there to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday (which is also on Valentine’s Day so I knew it would be busy but didn’t expect this terrible of service). One of the appeals to stay here was the baths. Was told that access fo the baths had to be reserved in advance through an app and this option was only offered to clients who asked about it, which I had done prior to my reservation and at check in and was never given this option so ended up staying in the room all night (which is very below average). The next morning, my breakfast came an hour and a half late! I called the restaurant several times that morning and kept getting excuses and my order was only pushed up when I complained the second time. So we missed half our morning of skiing which was the other appeal of staying here. Basically paid $500 just to watch the hockey game in our room, should’ve just stayed home as it ruined the celebration. Was offered only a 10% discount (which is nothing when you count all the extra fees they charge) and mimosas after tons of excuses and zero accountability. Never spending a dollar here again.

Je suis très très déçue de mon séjour au manoir. (24-25 février 2021) Mon conjoint et moi avions besoin de se faire gâter après un an de pandémie. On a donc réservé le forfait évasion gourmande ainsi que le forfait essentiel pour le massage. Pour commencer, la chambre n'est pas chaleureuse du tout et la salle de bain est minuscule. De plus, au 4e étage, il y a des volets supplémentaires au dessus des fenêtres qui laisse passer beaucoup de lumière. Le cadran était mal réglé, un détail oui, mais pour un hôtel 4 étoiles c'est décevant. La chambre ne contient pas de cafetière (en raison du covid), pas de soucis on comprend tout a fait, mais on nous charge 3$ la petite tasse si on veut en faire monter. Le premier soir on commande d'un restaurant extérieur et tout va bien. Le lendemain matin, nous commandons notre déjeuner au sympathique majordome. J'ai pris les œufs Bénédicte et c'était bien, mais mon conjoint a pris un déjeuner classic et trouvait la saucisse bizarre au goût. La grosseur de l'assiette était plutôt décevante tout comme la quantité de fruits. Dans la journée, nous avons reçu un très bon service au spa. De retour du massage, on regarde pour commander notre souper 3 services. Le menu est très restreint en raison du covid, mais selon moi, contient peu de choix digne d'une"évasion gourmande". On avait quand même très hâte de se faire servir comme au restaurant! Mon conjoint reçoit une salade rustique marinée depuis au moins 2 jours. Les concombres tellement mou et noircis de vinaigrette, les morceaux de mozzarella noircis également. Une assiette club sandwich avec des frites tellement foncées, la friteuse était clairement dûe pour un changement d'huile. Une assiette de raviolis au homard tellement fade! Supposément dans une bisque de homard au Brandy, j'avais plus l'impression d'avoir une sauce rosée fade. Le tout emballé dans du cellophane, pour conserver la chaleur. Malheureusement mission échouée, car c'était tiède. En plus, le cellophane ramolli les frites et l'entrée de calmar frit. Il a fallu demander à ce que la crème glacée ne soit pas livrée en même temps que l'entrée et l'assiette principale, autrement on nous l'aurait amené dans un bol de glace. Par contre, on était tellement déçus du repas qu'on a même pas oser rappeler pour les desserts. On a même pas pris le déjeuner le lendemain matin. On accepte de payer les plein prix même si on a pas la moitié des services, faudrait au moins s'assurer que la moitié qui reste soit bien exécutée! On a tout expliqué cela à l'accueil, la dame nous dit que dans ce cas on ne nous facturera pas tout de suite et que Mme Paquette allait communiquer avec nous pour voir ce qu'on peut faire. Nous voilà le 14 mars, personne nous a téléphoné et nous avons été facturé. C'est un énorme manque de professionnalisme de leur part! D'autant plus qu'on aurait aimé séparer les frais et qu'on en a jamais eu la chance. C'est très dommage qu'au moment où tous les Québécois sont confinés ici, on en profite pas pour promouvoir les expériences locales.

Paid over 800 a night when i show up no reservation had to re reserve they take 0 cash.nobody can communicate english well.troubles to get in hotsprings iv paid this n more at other spas n get waaaaay better treatment no appologies for the unprofessionalism either just the whole valentines experience felt sour my lady wasnt happy for half of the stay wont be coming back will take my money to other spa stays such as finlandais bota etc breakfast n super was good tho thats about it

Je voulais partager avec vous une situation pour le moins désagréable, lors d’un bref passage à cet hôtel, nous nous sommes servis plusieurs fois au restaurant de l’hôtel La Tablée, nous sommes des tripeux des pizzas et celles de ce restaurant sont loin d’être à la hauteur de nos attentes, trop petites et très peu garnies: 3 rondelles de salami comme protéine dans la pizza, la honte!
J’ai contacté un responsable pour partager avec lui la situation, tous ce que j’ai eu, ce sont des éloges données à soi-même et du baratin.
Conseil d’amis, éviter le restaurant la Tablée voire tout l’hôtel.

I went to the Manoir itwice this past year and everytime it was the most awesome experience!

The first time I went with my best friend without our kids and husbands.
We had lunch at the restaurant followed by a massage, a facial and a beautiful relaxation time at the spa outside. It was very quiet. The staff was extremely professional and experienced. We loved both services. I HIGHLY recommend the facial there (you can include different services in the facial like waxing, essential oil treatment, etc)
We had diner at the restaurant.it was SO GOOD. The food, the service. WOW. I'm a big foodie and I was not disapointed. We had planned to have breakfast at a different restaurant but decided to stay at the hotel. The plates are big, generous and so tasty.

The second time with my husband and my daughter.
We enjoyed the inside pool. There was 2 other families there, super nice.
There's a lifeguard there as long as the pool is open.
Diner was as good as the previous time. Fast service.

I highly recommend this hotel for a night away from your kids or even a fun family trip. The staff is extremely welcoming.

I'm going back in a couple weeks with my husband for a lovely romantic getaway. I can't wait!

I loved everything about this place even with the covid guidelines. It would’ve been even better if the outdoor spa was open but it’s okay. Food is EXCEPTIONAL; for breakfast or for dinner/supper everything ordered was delicious. I will definitely come back when everything reopens (restaurants, pool, etc.)

Very relaxing spa experience! The staff is very friendly and attentive. They have an outdoor hot bath, cold tub and sauna, which were all very well maintained and clean. They even have an outdoor fireplace nook and electric outdoor heaters to keep your towels and robe warm. They also have an indoor pool, although I cannot comment on this since I did not try it. The massage I got was also very relaxing. In addition to covering you with a sheet, they put a warm thick duvet on, which was very comfortable.

The only item I would like to see improved is the silence during a massage (except for music of course). A couple times during my massage, I heard either staff or guests walk by and have a short conversation. The massage therapy rooms should be in a completely silent zone. Thankfully, this didn't ruin my experience as it only happened a couple times for less than 30 seconds each time, but nonetheless, this improvement would truly make this spa flawless!

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 2 nuits dans le but de passer la journée du samedi au spa. J'ai reçu un appel quelques heures avant mon massage pour m'informer que la massothérapeute devait annuler mon RV. Je comprend que ce sont des choses qui arrivent mais je m'attendais à ce qu'on nous offre quelque chose pour compenser pour ça. Nous ne serions jamais allé à cet hôtel avoir su!

The bath is a very nice, hot temperature. The sauna is a fantastic 90°C, which is not always easy to find in commercial settings.

The spa facility is rather small but they focus on the smaller details like herbal tea and infused water, fruits on display by the indoor pool and sauna.

The massage, absolute best I've ever received. The little things like the duvet, hot towels on the feet, heat pads and the therapist's ability was what made it unforgettable.

If youre looking for an ultimate relaxation experience, this quaint hotel spa is a fantastic choice.

Superbe ambiance style "Cabin" Les Laurentides c'est magique et le spa l'est tout autant. Nous y retournons dans deux semaine avec les même masseurs.

Nous sommes tres satisfait mon chum et moi. Excellent service! J'y suis allé du 27 au 28 sept 2020. Tout le monde est tres gentil et la place est superbe, tout est propre et la nourriture exquise! Petite mention pour Genevieve au resto lounge le boudoir qui donne un tres bon service et est tres gentille. A refaire sans hésitation Merci beaucoup!:)

Excellent hôtel, triste de voir les ravages de la Covid sur l'achalandage mais les employés offrent vraiment un service haut-de-gamme.

Avis mitigé. Le bâtiment principal est propre et accueillant. L’accueil était excellent. Arrivé à la chambre des petits détails gênants pour un 4 étoiles. Frigo non fonctionnel, obligation de faire intervenir un technicien pour la baignoire, on nous avait dit à la réception qu’il y aurait des peignoirs à la chambre mais finalement non. Dommage pour la piscine. Bref des petits détails mais c’est sur quoi on imagine juger un établissement de cette réputation.

Lovely hotel with multiple pools, including a heated pool and a cold pool. Plus a soccer field make plus various outdoor sports fields. Great breakfast though a little pricey but comes with unlimited tea and coffee and juice. Lovely service and the app works well. We ordered a luggage cart with it and they took our luggage around for us. Due to covid, they removed the coffee machines from the rooms and the mini fridge was quite tiny compared to other hotels, but the rooms are otherwise nice and clean. Would recommend if 4 people book a room, they should provide more than two bars of hand soap but you can really order extras on the app so not a big deal.

Would definitely stay again. They also have a buy two get one night deal.

Un bel établissement, les chambres ont été rénovées avec sobriété et bon goût.la restauration est une valeur sûre, bonne cuisine, le service: très professionnel.

Great place to stay if you're visiting St. Sauveur. Its centrally located which is perfect if youre walking up to the waterpark or in the other direction which has all the shops and restaurants
Very nice updated rooms and staff were all friendly.
Pool area was very nice with plenty of outdoor seating for cocktails and food.

1er nuit a ete une nuit blanche a cause de la ventilation de la salle de bain qui été defectueuse et qui faisait un bruit monstrueux. Ce qui a egalement gâché notre samedi car nous etions épuisés. La direction nous a proposé juste un rabais de 15% sur le 1ere nuit ce qui represente seulement 40$ pour un sejour payé cher. La 2e nuit n'était pas top non plus car il y avait des jeunes qui ont fait du bruits jusqu'à 2h du matin, personne de la sécurité est venu arreter le bruit.

Je mets un 5 étoiles ici pour la nourriture qui était excellente pendant notre séjour de 4 jours.mais surtout de l’excellent service du serveur Keith sans oublier Geneviève vraiment gentille et dévouée. On vient ici depuis des années à mon anniversaire.mais les deux dernières années le service sur la terrasse n’était pas super.mais Keith nous a fait oublier les mauvaises années.merci Keith.vraiment on a passé un excellent séjour grâce à toi!

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits. La chambre était très bien. Service très lent le soir au restaurant et que dire pour le dejeuner.je sais que les mesures mise en place pour le Covid n'aide pas mais ca prendrait du personnel supplémentaire.tres difficile également d'avoir une chaise à la piscine. A partir de 9h30, il n'y en n'a plus. Bref séjour agréable si on exclut les enfants qui courent et crie partout, le manque de place à la piscine et les passes droit de certains clients avec le maître d'hôtel.

Definitely not a 4 star, app needs alot of work, hotel needs updating, please ensure pool is clean.very foggy and chlorine is very strong

Thank you Manoir St. Sauveur for making what looked like was going to be a bad summer to a great one! We have come most weekends starting beginning of July and each weekend we had a fabulous time! We have enjoyed renting your cabanas, the DJ on Saturdays is amazing a real Miami vibe around the pool. We had great service from bartender Charles to great food truck poutine and lobster rolls. The BBQ last weekend was great. Jason runs a great ship and knows about customer service. Our rooms were roomy and clean and whenever we asked for new towels or amenities came to our room promptly. My only recommendation is that the lifeguards clean the pool more often as there were alot of dead bugs and bees at times. Manoir St.sauveur is a great escape

Il semble y avoir un traitement spécial venant du gérant du soir, un groupe de jeunes gens bruyants et fêtards Ne se font pas reprendre s’ils ne portent pas le masque qui est obligatoire. Une attitude très amicale entre le groupe de jeunes et le gérant. Lui faisant part de notre mécontentement le gérant défend les actions des jeunes disant qu’ils n’a pas constaté leurs agissements, par contre il se contredit quand il avoue les connaître et avoir de la difficulté à s’en débarrasser.nous ne sommes pas dutout enchanté par ce domaine qui a perdu des plumes, c’était un excellent endroit par le passé qui perdra sa clientèle rapidement si rien ne change.

Tout a été rénové les chambres sont neuves et ont un style Zen super beau! Bravo! Déjeuners en temps de COVID devraient être servis aux tables et non offert en buffet car le tout est tiède et le processus trop long! Mais apart cela tout est parfait! Le lounge est de très bon goût avec des meubles signés de la grande classe! Bravo au designer!

Nous sommes venus pour quelques jours à l’occasion de notre anniversaire de mariage. Tout était formidable. Le staff est gentil, accueillant et tellement sympathique. Nous sommes allés à quelques restaurant dans la ville de Saint-Sauveur et nous avons été déçu. Nous avons essayé le restaurant dans le manoir et la nourriture est fantastique. La burrata et la pizza aux champignons sont deux plats absolument délicieux. Nous allons certainement revenir parce qu’en plus d’être un environnement chaleureux, la nourriture est incroyable. Demandez Sylvie au restaurant, c’est une super serveuse qui donne un service impeccable.:)

I will start with the positive things. The place looks great, the location is very convenient, the food is awesome and although the staff can be a little sloppy and spill a bit of water, coffee or whatever drink, the service is great. It has different environments to relax and enjoy a good day
But.
Maybe it was the time of the year for renovations? Maybe they're preparing things for the coming winter season but for whatever reason somebody planned those renovations at 2 am in the morning in the floor above my bedroom. The works are continuous during the day so it is impossible to be at your room and relax or work in your computer if that's what you need. It is horrible to try and catch some sleep which you would expect to be one of the minimum things on the checklist of a hotel.
Again, it might just have been just this week and the rest if the year is an awesome place to visit, the reviews seem to agree with that idea. But as far as my experience it hasn't been the best
