Pat, our technician, was on time (five minutes early!), knowledgeable, courteous, and a "breath of fresh air" compared to most service people! He gave us the facts, made common sense recommendations, was neat and tidy and an all round breath of fresh air. From now on I only want Pat to service any and all my appliances - he's the best!

Even I have an older model of dryer and Sasha (the technician) is so experienced that he can diagnose what the problem is. He spent his own time to try to look for the right part for my machine when he found out that the replacement belt was shorter than the original broken one. I had a washing machine break down in a rental property I own which was impacting my tenant and my normal appliance guy wasn't able to repair this specific brand of appliance. The team at Maple Leaf were fast and responsive to my call, professional throughout my experience and the repair was completed within 24 hours of making the call.

The repair cost was a bit higher than expected and higher than my regular guy would have been but I'd still happily call Maple Leaf again.

Lower service fee than other companies. Got an appointment for the same day and the tech called to ask if he could come within an hour of booking. Yuri was very helpful in troubleshooting the problem and giving me tips for maintaining both the washer and dryer to good order for the home I just purchased.
