Marathon Souvlaki

Been coming here for years and the quality of food has always been amazing. Great prices delicious food and great service. Take out or dine in, the quality of food and service is always great. One of my favorite restaurants and has been since nearly ten years now!

I have been going to Marathon for many years, and it is always a great experience. Fresh and flavorful food. Great service, every time.

This location has unbelievable quality and service, i have been going to this location for 20 plus years. If management is reading this please consider the opportunity cost of NOT being available on uber eats, these days convenience is king and one may not always be able to dine in person. Your sales will undoubtably increase if you are listed on uber eats. Your proces are already at a premium and justifiably so, however if you increase your prices on uber eats to reflect the same profit margin as dine in, I guarantee that the deep pockets around the west island would have no issues forking out a 25-30% surcharge for the convenience of uber eats. As it stands the decarie location is listed on uber eats but i would like to support local businesses, especially this location.

The consistency of the quality of food and service is outstanding. Marathon never disappoints and the prices are amazing. Our sever James was top notch. Bravo!

Marathon has been my family's go to restaurant for more than a decade now, the food isn't as good as it used to be but it's still good. Service is always great!

I’ve been going to marathons for years and always have great experience with food and servers. The last two times though, I ordered food with tomatoes, and had to spit them out because they tasted horrible. I ran to the bathroom to rinse my mouth. I don’t know what’s going on with the tomatos, but I won’t be ordering for a while.

It's my first time going, I really liked it, especially the potatoes don't look greasy and are different from other places, they are very good, they serve very tasty bread to start. The service is good, the prices are reasonable. Yes I would return, the bad thing is that I don't live nearby.

Went here for lunch, well worth it. These are huge portions for the price - I got the chicken pita with a salad, some potatoes and rice (you can request for half/half). All of the Greek flavors seem to explode in your mouth once you dive in. Waiter was polite too.

Peter the waiter was amazing. It was my mom's birthday and he treated her like a queen. Thank you so much Peter you made her day.

Always maintained the good and very fast service. The best in the west island if you want greek food.

Great meal combos. Stay away from the overpriced greasy zuchini slices. Horrible
Our waiter was arrogant and not attentive. But usually the waiters are very good. Hostesses tend to seat 2 women friends at small booths. Male female combos get the larger booths.

Food and service was top notch! We tried out several items such as Lamb Chops, chicken brochette, Greek Salad, fried cheese, Calamari, chicken souvlaki in pita and we ordered the pitcher for the coke. All items tasted great! Food was served on time. Our server was very good too! Definitely recommend!

I always get the chicken pita sandwich and come here quite often. However, last time we ordered food 3/4 people got sick after eating the chicken pita sandwich. I find the food quality isn’t as good as it used to be. I called to speak to the manager and he hung up the phone right away. I don’t not recommend going there anymore, I will try to find a better restaurant with souvlakis and better service. We ordered the food on Tuesday August 22nd and called on Wednesday August 23 at 6pm.

Always out of ouzo, I don’t understand why, this is my favourite restaurant but no ouzo is no fun!

Went last night had the souvlaki pita the meat was brunette and still a bit raw in the middle the bread was soaked in sauce other then also had fires unfortunately everything was cold even though it came out fast. And it looked like all the furniture was from the 90’s

It’s still as good as it once was. Service welcoming, food tast and filling portions. Perfect when you have nothing in your fridge and want to eat out.

The food was delicious, and our waiter was excellent. Just found it a little to loud In the restaurant.

Having grown up in Montreal I love the souvlaki in Montreal and especially Marathon.

The souvlaki pita is just amazing with the Marathon salad.

I think they have made the patatoe fries too crispy. Please get back to the orginal thick cut patatoe fries.
