The food was absolutely incredible. They made it fresh on the spot and every part of the meal bursted with flavour. On top of the soulful atmosphere and the friendly owner’s impeccable service, the prices were so reasonable. Especially considering the great portion you get. Definitely will be coming back and definitely recommend to everyone who wants to try authentic Sri Lankan food!

To me, Canada Best has the most authentic south Asian food because they use the right ingredients. As a diabetic, I have tried all the dosas and vadé in Montréal. None come close to the ones prepared in Canada Best with lentils and not wheat. The captor on my arm proves it each time! I highly recommend! It has become my favorite take out every week. Also try their masala tea, simply the best!

I really enjoy eating here, the owner is so sweet and caring. You can tell he really wants you to have a good experience. I love Sri Lankan food! The masala chaie, lamb rolls and chicken noodles are soo addictive. The portions are worth the price!

One of my favorite food! The owner is very kind and very friendly. I recommend everyone who never try the food. Everything is very tasty and spicy as I like them! Definitely worthy even though I live 1h away. Will order it again for sure!

Glad I discovered this restaurant. They’re very generous with the portions, the food is taaastyyyy, and its not expensive. Tried the shrimp noodles, but definitely trying their rice next time. My new go-to. Try it you won’t regret it

Not to sure how I feel about this place. I order the chicken kottu roti a few months ago and it was great. I tried to reorder today but they only had the lamb version so I gave it a try and I felt so disappointed. They was not a lot of bread in it. But they was more meat. But the meal didn’t taste like kottu roti, it felt like it was another meal.

Great food, great price, charming owner, new experience. Dosa was enough for two people. We’ll be coming back to try the noodles.

Size is smaller but price is bigger than other restaurants. Focus on this matter to get regular customers.

Since I moved for States to Canada I have been try to find some good noodles places. I try it at many different place. But now I found this hidden gem restaurant next to my house. They serve one of the noodles in the Montreal. Plus there customer service is excellent. I go there 3 times a week. And I had try other food to it is excellent. I recommend everyone to try their food because you won’t regret it.

In all my time living in Montreal, this is the only place who's Indian food rivals my parents' homecooked meals. The portions are huge aswell, I can barely ever finish my order. You'll hardly find another place that can even compare to both the quality and quantity of this place's food. And all that's without even mentioning how reasonably cheap the prices are.

I ordered lamb bityani from this resturant today. The biryani is horrible and the pieces are smelling so bad. I am from India I know how the biryani should be. This resturants biryani is pretty horrible. The smell is worse when try to keep near my nose.

A Park-X gem! Nicest family-run spot with a perfect streamlined menu. Generous portions, amazing shrimp noodles, fried rice and lamb kottu roti. On saturdays don't miss their banana leaf-baked thali which also includes shrimp and changes a little every week. Their ready to eat potato rolls, vaipan and chicken thighs are also standouts. Couldn't recommend this place more!

It’s a must visit place if you want fresh food.unlike many other places, nothing is frozen here.it is made on the spot which may take some time but the wait is worth it.plus, the portions are so generous for the price you pay.if you get chicken rolls, you actually have chicken in it unlike other places it’s basically potatoes.lamprais can be eaten by two people honestly because it’s that big.

Halal menu. Enjoyed the chicken noodles. Looking forward to try the Sri Lankan lamprais next Saturday.

Terrible biryani. Oily and bland. The chicken in the biryani was just over roasted chicken, not chicken biryani. The kottu roti and chicken rolls both weren't good. Just had to get rid of it after a few bites.

There are better indian places near by on jean talon street.
