Marché Eden

Excellente épicerie asiatique. On y trouve de tout: fruits, légumes frais, discount très apprécié sur certains produits invendus. Miel Manuka de tres grande qualité. Situé au dessus du marché Metro.

This used to be my favourite place in Galeries du Parc for lunch. Their chicken katsu was legendary. All that changed when they extortionately raised the price while reducing the size. Get outa here.

Mauvaise foi de la part du gérant (celui qui regarde on ne sait où quand on lui parle). J'ai acheté des figues. Elles étaient pourries à l'intérieur. Comme j'y allais souvent, je me suis dit qu'on me rembourserait. Mais comme je n'avais pas la facture, avec son air niais, ce gérant a dit qu'il fallait attendre son patron. Il savait pertinemment, d'après l'emballage, que ça venait de chez-eux. Dorénavant, j'évite le plus possible.

Overpriced and dishonest. I like the selection of ramen at least and that's why I added another star not just giving one star.

Their "homemade" side dishes are too sugary. Having lived in Korea for over 20 years, I can assure it's not a traditional Korean way. Seasoned mushroom dish was loaded with sugar and pretty unsavoury to eat. Koreans in general seem to mistake that they need to put more sugar, less spice, more fat or dairy stuff, etc.to appeal to the "western" palate. But why? When the world is getting awakened to the lethal effect to the body and health of too much sugar content in a food, it's quite shameful that Eden too is not better than any grocery business big and small. Very disappointing.

Top les produits asiatiques. Super pratique pour manger les midis en pause au boulot, surtout depuis que l'épicerie concurrente La Main a fermé.

Over priced for sure, but the only reason I would visit this place is for their Korean food selections.
I wish the cashiers help me a bit to pack stuff up after buying $150 worth of food. The tall caucasian woman didn't try to do/say anything while check out.

As a Korean, I sometimes go there because I need Korean food. The price is also expensive, but every time I go, I feel that the cashier staff are unfriendly. I don't even ask for greetings, but I wonder if I can pretend to help with the packaging. With the exception of a few people, it never helps. Haha don't expect too much.

Good selection of over-priced vegetables and fruits and a generous amount of bad customer service, starting with the Korean owners who have no finesse nor basic manners in dealing with the customers; unfortunately the bad attitude trickles down to the non-Korean employees at the cash register. Just so you know, you can get good fruits and veggies for less at Metro (and collect points) or at the little market in the middle of the block without the attitude.

The chocolate rice cakes seems spoiled (image), but they were being sold. A lot of variety and a lot of quality pre-made food.
Some produce and sauces are sold at a higher price than surrounding stores.

The house made Daikon Radish are great.

There is a rude and possibly RACIST female cashier at this store (caucasian, tall, wearing square glasses) and the store manager won't do anything about it.

A friend of mine (we are both racially Asian) went shopping at Eden yesterday evening and had the following experience. Around 8: 50 pm about their closing time during check out, he was using Apple Pay on his watch but had mistouched on the screen so had to reload once. It was then when the female cashier snapped at him and said the following things, "Is it because of your eye? Your eyes cannot see clearly and the apple watch is tiny. " which came out of nowhere and was extremely rude.

We later addressed the issue to the manager, but at the beginning the manager even tried to dismiss by saying "I don't believe that happened" (why on earth would anyone make up such an experience just to spite on the store.), asking for proof (who would have known before this could happen and be prepared at any minute for a audio/video recording.mostly you would be caught unprepared and ofc we didn't record it) and was reluctant to do anything about it, "there is nothing I can do". Then when it was finally confirmed by the cashier herself that she did say those things, she only admitted that it was a misunderstanding because she was trying to start a "CASUAL conversation about the apple watch", and that it was not her intention to "comment on people's bodies" nor would she admitted her commenting such things was specifically because my friend is Asian.

Having shopped at Eden for the past two years, this is the very first time we had ever encountered this, the manager's first reaction also said a lot about their attitude towards their clients. This is EXTREMELY disappointing.

Love the fresh kimchi here but note they don’t accept any coupons and its a more expensive grocery store

The variety of food and the quality are amazing
It is a bit expensive depending on what you take, but be assured of the quality

Their Onigiri are home-made are the BEST I’ve tried so far (the Siracha/tuna one is my go-to)

Marché alimentaire très garni mais un peu cher. En effet, c'est surtout fait pour les touristes et le monde affluaient surtout en période de fortes chaleurs. Mis à part cela, on pouvait acheter de la nourriture de toute sorte et de tous les pays.

Cool product selection if you're vegan/vegetarian but expensive. Except for the vegetables/fruits for which they have a big selection, cheaper than Marché Lobo (which is saying something!) And has a sandwich stand, top notch, good ingredients, good bread good store.

Very good quality products. Some with good price also. A place where you do your market pleasently, with very friendly personal crew. No regrets.

Bloody expensive for essentially the same produce you get much cheaper 150 feet from Eden. And they wrap everything in plastic to force you to buy a minimum quantity. There are several cheaper stores within a 5-to-15-minute walk from Eden where you can buy the quantity you need without the polluting plastic wrap and foam trays.

The cashiers are rude and arrogant and so are the Asian owners, they have fresh veggies but you can also find fresh veggies at Metro or Provigo (as well as other items) cheaper. They sell rotten veggies and fruits on a shelf they have outside the store

Great choice of products, some cheaper than more traditional shopping place and some more expensive. Friendly staff. The pizza and sandwiches they sell are pretty good.

Stocked grocery store with a plethora of gourmet selections. Always satisfied with the quality of produce.

This store has great produce at reasonable prices. My only complaint is the amount of styrofoam and non-recyclable (#6) plastic they use as containers.

Love this place! It's a cross between a grocery store and a gourmet marche. Best selection of produce and gourmet offerings. Their ready made food selection is awesome and has a few of my favorite things. Parking is usually easy and they have a friendly staff.

I pass by this place once in a while, they have almost anything you need. I love the pizza, the vegie burger, the fruits, good chocolate, vegies.

I've been coming here for awhile and I noticed the new cashiers are condescending. The asian ladies are nice and sweet but other cashiers I've encountered here are very rude! Otherwise, great fresh produce.

My favorite grocery ever! There are hips of FRESH veggies and ready-to-eat meal boxes (especially korean foods!)
And they always have non gmo and organic choices!
I tried many organic things because of this shop (soap, veggies, sauces.)
And they never disappoint me

Wonderful place to shop, always fresh produce. Great variety of ethnic and vegetarian foodstuff, fresh croissants, empenadas, sushi etc

They participate in solving food waste problems but.by selling expired food? Just so amazed by a box of raspberries with ONLY rotten raspberries

Nice little grocery store with a great selection of fruits and vegetables. I am however deducting a full star for packaging. Completely obsessed with styrofoam and plastic wrapping! Styrofoam and plastic wrapping for fruits and vegetables that nature has already pre-wrapped i.e bananas, oranges, mangos etc.
