Marché Kim Phat

This place sells all kinds of products, There is alot parking places where you can park your car,
There are lots of Businesses close by,
The prices are good,

Their Vietnamese sandwiches becomes bigger and less filling for a higher price.

I don’t mind paying more but at least having a sandwich with a generous filling.

So sad and too bad.

This Kim Phat is smaller than the other ones I've been into like the one in Jarry, but I like the prices of the products there, even more than neighboring Marché Fu Tai, despite the latter have more space & selections.

Very fresh and all kind of fruits and vegetables. I love this place because it has organic fruits and price is fair.

Very impolite stuff, going at 6: 45pm. And the sign on the door says closing at 7: 00pm.
Was a very aggressive man on the door shouting on us and doing aggressive signs with hands to the people to scare them to leave.
Was easier to say sorry we’re close please come tomorrow in a friendly way.
Very disappointed

I go here just to get some Pocky Sticks in the Matcha flavor, can't find it anywhere else but here!

**Warning** They do not disinfect their carts between clients! The only store that I've been to that doesn't since the start of the pandemic. That aside, it's hard to get in the store because the shopping carts are left scattered all over the entrance while there there were employees doing absolutely nothing the whole time we were there. Please take public health seriously. I'm pretty disappointed because they have great products and decent prices.

Le comptoir de fruits de mer, poison, homard, etc est toujours bien fourni.
Les légumes sont plus économiques et on trouve dans l'aile 7 des produits latinos comme la marque Sibarita, Goya, La costeña.

Petite épicerie nécessitant une meilleur gestion des client face à la distanciation et les règles sanitaires. Mais sinon le staff est courtois et aidant.

Well stocked, reasonably priced Asian groceries. Lots of Asian herbs. Freshness of produce a bit of a hit and miss but that's always the case with Asian groceries. Great selection of seafood and meats though I have not tried so can't comment on quality.

This place is so small. Three fruit is not as fresh as other Kim phats. But it has some unique selections of stock.

Low price on fruits and veggies but very poor quality. Store is dirty and the isles are narrow. Workers are not very personable.

Excellent for fresh produce and meat. Always a little crowded so the waiting time could be long during COVID

There's so much variety in here it's incredible. The staff is quite polite and helpful too. I live their Vietnamese sandwiches and pastries.

Decent place with good management and collection. On average lower price than nearby groceries such as Maxi, Walmart etc.

False Advertisement, it says they close at 7pm and I'm here well before 7pm and they're denying me entry, unreliable.

Plus I've been a regular.

Very good pricing, affordable and reasonable. My go to for fruits, vegetables, dairy products, & noodles. I’ve been here for at least the past fifteen years now. Would highly recommend this market, specially to students like me.

Kim Phat Market has salt cooking liquor on sale this week. It sells for $1.39 each. If it is not on special, it sells for $1.99 each.

Épicerie asiatique qui vend avec de bons prix. Vous-y trouverez une variétés de fruits et légumes presque tout les fruits et légumes asiatiques.
Ils ont aussi un comptoir de viande et de fruits de mer a l'arrière du magasin.

Néanmoins l'intérieur se fait un peu vieux ils doivent renover le magasin. Il y'a une petite odeur désagréable qui vient de quelque part mais elle n'est pas si forte.

Usually a market like this has a really bad smell. No smell here. Good prices. A parking lot. Super bonus for this neighborhood as its really hard to park.

This place is always busy. They a little bit of everything. Catering to the asian and west Indian clientele for those things you can't find anywhere else.

Beaucoup de produits diversifiés asiatiques. Qualité assez présente dans la pluspart de leurs produits.

On peut y trouver des produits tels que les oreilles de cochon, les pieds de vaches, des algues pour suchi et beaucoup d'autres. Ce n'est pas trop propre, c'est pourquoi juste 4 étoiles.

Une agréable épicerie asiatique très abordable et diversifié. Le seul gros bémol étant le suremballage des produits surtout au niveau des fruits et légumes qui m'empêche souvent d'acheter certain produits frais dans ce lieu.

It's getting better; parking is now more spacious and the store has enlarged so has even greater variety. Mom & I were very pleased with a couple of bargains we found there. The meat counter is well stocked wirh good variety as well.

Cuisiner des plats asiatiques n'a jamais été aussi facile. Chaque fois que j'ai demandé s'ils avaient un tel produit, ils l'avaient comme les mangousteen, qui aurait cru? L'étroitesse des rangées est le point qui m'irrite le plus mais on ne peut pas avoir le beurre et l'argent du beurre.

This place has all the Asian food and groceries u need. U love the fresh fish section and the meats section where u can buy the whole fish and then pay them to cut and clean (almost a dollar a pound of fish to clean) or jus buy half of the fish that they keep on the other side that they will cut for u within that price of the fish. We tried their baked goods they keep next to refrigerator near the Kim chi in the passage and didn't like any of them.totally skip this. Their mixed seafood bag is a must but for me as j used them in a scampi or a curry. I also like their frozen shrimp prices and their Thai curry paste selection. I was looking for an Asian store that is like seafood City market in California and well this is a start for sure!

I hate it there so gheto and when ur at the cash its so small and when the workers cut the fish blood is splashing everywhere

This is the best market in Montreal to get authentic asian product. Hard to get help to find special product.

Faites attention aux spéciaux parfois trompeurs entre le prix à la caisse et la circulaire. Surtout quand l'affichage du prix en magasin est inexistant.

Légumes frais. Personnel pas serviable et parle seulement cantonais. Si on parle d’autres langues, on reçoit la tête bête des personnels.

Produits thaï à prix raisonnable mais plus cher qu'à Toronto. Légumes pas toujours frais. Personnel sans manières, plusieurs ne parle ni français ni anglais et pas de savoir vivre.

Pour les amateurs de produits asiatique, c'est probablement le paradis. Grand et complet, la qualité et la quantité de produit est impressionnante. Le seul point négatif cest le manque de sourire du personnel. Sinon le lieu est impressionnant.
