This is a lovely little maple stand in the heart of Montreal. I love their taffy set up on the ice. Unfortunately, it’s really misleading to sell pure maple syrup and then advertise “maple” for the sugar in snow when it was actually mostly corn syrup. What a disappointment. And, spending $8 for a few tablespoons of corn syrup is frustrating.

So many sweets and maple syrup. I have tried the maple taffy snow and I found it very interesting, a bit too sweet and chewy but no regrets.
They also serve ice cream and home made iced tea.
The attitude of the girl taking care of us was friendly and welcoming.

Fresh fruits smoothie, refreshing and chilled. Keep in mind that they're one sized cups for the price, so you have no choice to upsize it.

The attendant was multilingual, so there's no issues if you can communicate in English.

It’s a cute store with many varieties of sweets and loads of maple syrup. I tried the Maple Taffy Snow and I loved it. It’s basically maple syrup on ice with a gummy texture on a stick.
It’s definitely something very interesting to taste that you can only find it here in Canada.

I love this little stand and always try to go, especially when it's hot outside. The Banana Bambo Smoothie (with strawberries) is fantastic. They make it in front of you, so you can customize it to taste. I love them so much, we started making them at home. It's perferct for walking around Vieux Montreal on a hot summer day!
