I am a regular customer here. I normally buy my lunch from the kitchen every single day whole week. Today at the checkout i realized i forgot my wallet home. Asked the cashier if i can use airmiles to pay. It didnt work. I asked her if i can take the food and pay tomorrow as i am regular here but unfortunately they cant even risk 10 dollars meal but let a regular working guy stay hungry for the day. I really dont appreciate this kind of business. Even if it was my fault that i didnt bring my wallet and they have all the rights to refuse me food but there is something called loyalty and trust which this business doesnt have. No wonder they dont make great revenue. Have a good day.
