Overall satisfactory service. Some irritants such as:
Poor coordination between project lead and duct contractor, the air exchange ordered was incorrect (side vents instead of top vents) leading to 180 degree bends.
Poor installation in some areas leading to condensation leaks, screw protruding on main floor.
Marmott tech did not clean after himself (after drilling to install thermostat, leaving coolant bins on site, etc).
Contractor who delivered thermopump stole watch and jewelery (I got the watch back).
In conclusion, do consider your other options.

I needed to replace my failing geothermal heat pump and Marmott did an incredible job. From the initial quotation, to the onsite visit, through to the installation, Marmott is a very professional company to work with. The installation was clean and the installers did an amazing job. I'm very happy I chose them!

Je suis entrepreneur. J'ai fais deux projets importants avec Nathalie. Ca été facile pour moi car son équipe a tout pris en main. Aucune surprise, aucun extra.les systèmes sont très efficaces et le cout est abordable car Ils n'y a pas d' over design et surfait comme d autre cie. Avec l'été chaud et humide de 2021 j'étais très inquiet pour mon projet de construction neuve
avec les problèmes d 'humidité affectant portes, plancher et ébénisterie. Le géo de Marmott Énergies a permis de climatiser et d'abaisser l'humidité a 55%. J'étais bien contant d'entendre mes clients qu'ils devaient se mettre une petite laine alors que l'humidex a battu des records a MTL en juillet et aout 2021. Pas de thermopompe extérieur, pas de problème a passer des conduits de réfrigération, pas de bruit pour mes clients et leur voisin.

Marmott est une excellente PME. Je suis un client satisfait depuis plus de 3 ans. Des gens serviables, et intègres. Leur modèle de géothermie est phénoménal pour les gens qui possèdent une résidence gourmande en énergie pour chauffage / climatisation. J'avais un vieux système électrique, la thermopompe géothermique est tellement plus efficace, apportant economies, mais aussi beaucoup plus silencieuse, car il n'y a plus d'équipement à l'extérieur, donc on profite de l'été dehors en silence. Finalement, la cerise, on contribue à la réduction des gaz à effet de serres.

Excellent experience with the installation of our geothermal unit. The system is quieter, our house is more comfortable, geothermal is more environmentally sustainable, and we save an incredible amount of money. Marmott made the process very easy.

Professional and thorough and delivered as promised. Did have one technical issue after installation but it was corrected and system working well and trouble free for almost 2 years

We had our Marmott Energies system installed in November 2016 to replace our aging oil furnace and central air conditioner. It made sense to lease the system rather than pay for a new furnace and air conditioner and then be responsible for maintenance and repairs. All I have had to do with the Marmott system is clean the air filter every second month and check the cooling coils annually. No repairs have been necessary. The company was founded and is run mostly by women and a trust developed very quickly. Initially there was a problem with the thermostat and the system did not work for 10 days. When I called to ask for a credit, I found that one had already been issued. Before drilling the well for the heat exchanger in our front yard, Marmott distributed flyers to all our neighbours explaining what would be done and apologizing for any inconvenience. Any questions and concerns have been answered promptly and thoroughly. While the system saves us money, we are also very pleased that we are no longer burning 4000 liters of furnace oil every winter. I would highly recommend Marmott Energies to anyone thinking of replacing their heating system.

We are so happy that we chose Marmott Energies to install our geothermal heating and cooling system. We didn't have much experience with how to go about the project and they walked us through the procedure step by step. Everyone we worked with was professional and helpful. They are very passionate about their product and believe in it deeply. We have an old country house that was quite chilly and now it is so cozy and comfortable. You will be glad to work with this super company!

Je viens de remplacer ma thermopompe géothermie qu'un autre fournisseur m'a installé il y a 17 ans. Je l'ai remplacé par 2 plus petites thermopompes. J'ai choisi Marmott Énergies parce qu'il étaient dédiés à la géothermie et qu'ils ont répondu rapidement à une tonne de questions que j'avais.car j'avais quand même un peu d'expérience avec ces 17 ans de géothermie dans le corps. Le chargé de projet (Jules en l'occurence) s'est démené pour trouver les réponses à toutes mes questions et leur solution proposée correspondait vraiment à ce que je voulais. L'installation s'est bien déroulée et le système fonction à merveille jusqu'à présent (saison d'été). Nous verrons cet hiver comment tout fonctionne. Marmott Énergie est une compagnie relativement petite mais j'ai contacté 7 différents fournisseurs possibles pour mon projet et Marmott Énergies ont été les plus proactifs et j'ai décidé de leur faire confiance. Je ne regrette pas du tout mon choix, jusqu'à présent.

Great concept for a business In theory. Modelers were knowledgable and helpful. Unfortunately management was not interested in building relationships and in rhe end were unprofessional in negotiations.

Très déçu du service. J'ai fait une demande de soumission en octobre, premier contact rapide et professionnels, par la suite aucune nouvelles, ils ne répondent ni au courriel ni au téléphone. On est au mois de février et toujours pas de nouvelles malgré mes nombreuses relances. Car je suis un client avec une petite maison, ils m'ignorent comme un moins que rien. Même pas le courage de me dire que je suis un petit joueur donc je les intéressent pas. Je trouve que c'est un manque de respect et de professionalisme. Je fais affaire maintenant avec excelclimatisation et je suis très satisfait.
