Marshalls & HomeSense

1) Please be aware that in the Collections section, some items have had the labels exchanged by dishonest customers and you are not buying the designer that you see on the label. I brought this to the attention of the manager an suggested that they not sell those items, but the items were left on the floor for other people to be deceived.

2) In the non designer section, they are selling things with the wrong store tickets attached by the store irself. If you try to do a return, they say that it is not their merchandise. This happened to me twice and I only received a refund after contacting customer service. It is fraudulent behaviour on the part od Marshalls.

3) The manager Natasha is to be avoided. If she causes you problems, please notify Winners customer service in Toronto.

Great shopping before Christmas! Great marchandise at excellent prices, they must have some great buyers!

Since it’s the only one in this area you won’t find as many good finds but still you might get lucky

Lors de la fermeture à 17: 00 fermez les portes mais n’obligez pas le monde à faire la file de 50 mètres et qui n’avance pas, laissez les au moins zieuter des affaires qui sont proches des caisses. Ce message est contre la gérante, la dame voilée qui était dure et agressive avec les clients.

Standard Marshalls location with the usual items you'd expect to find. Large location with the usual layout. Didn't make any purchase on the trip hence no interaction with staff.

I liked it a lot but now you don't find anything in the afternoon if you don't go in the morning you find nothing but disorder.

Beaucoup de choix. Produits de bonnes qualités. Prix raisonnables. Choix limité dans les grandeurs.

This homesense has more home variety than others; though the shoes section has always less sizes compared to other homesense stores. Also busy lines at the cashier's most of the times.

Found what I was looking for in the women's department, will return soon to browse other sections

It's a great place to shop "no interference" sale pressures. I love shopping at this store.

This place is big and gorgeous that you can found all you need. There are lots of bags, shoes, sport equipments, bodycare products, home accesories with high quality. Friendly staff good prices.

Not as great as they say. For marshals.i find they over price what they think you cant find.this is a last resort.

The store is great however there are a few items the store is missing prices are a little high but most product are good quality! 4/5 just cuz its a little to expensive

Pour compléter votre décor maison ou bien pour des articles de la vie quotidienne, vous y trouverez la qualité et le choix. Lorsque je passe chez Marshalls, c'est pour des accessoires de bricolage mais j'évite de regarder leur collection de bibelot, trop kitsch à mon goût.

Love these stores. Both Homesense and Marshall's are great when you need something quick. They pretty much have everything. Prices are good for most items.
