I wore this jacket just once, it was not even a rain, it was drizzle.not only the color changed, it stained my shirt either. I went back to the store and the store manager said: you should have known not to wear it in a rainy day!

They do not even have a minimum quality standard, very very low quality outfit

My first experience was great at Massimo Dutti in Carrefour Laval.
The staff were very welcoming, cheerful and helpful.
I enjoyed my visit and left with a nice jacket. The staff were very careful to make sure that I had the right sizes in all of the items that I tried on.

Today I visited Massimo Dutti carrefour Laval, I used to buy a lot from this store before. But unfortunately they’re no more service, when you ask a question to the saleswomen who was serving you feel like if you are bothering her and I was afraid to ask another question. So I was willing to buy some cloth, but I left without buying anything. I worked all my life in customer service, but unfortunately in this store customer service is a big Zero ….

Buyers new to this clothing brand BEWARE.

Very low quality clothing. Horrible Customer service when visiting store, arrogant disrespectful staff.

Service atroce. Les employés te regardent bizarrement. Ils jugent les gens en rentrant. Il n’offre même pas de l’aide et ne disent même pas un simple bonjour.
