Great mattress store. I worked with Kylie who was very helpful and patient in helping me choose a mattress that fit my needs. My experience with Kylie was very different than what I experienced with salespeople in other stores who took a “hard sell” approach and made me feel like I was buying a used car. Kylie should be given a raise and Matelas Bonheur should use her to train other mattress salespeople to behave properly and not like used car salespeople.

The manager, Kylie Westover, gave me such excellent service and awesome advice. It was my first time buying a mattress and I wasn’t sure what I wanted or what would suit my needs best, but she absolutely nailed it. 10/10 would recommend this store and Kylie herself!

I have never had a better experience than I have with this store! The sales person Kylie, Natalie, Marie are efficient, caring, and they will make sure that you get what you want and need.

The prices are great and they always offer discounts when they can to their clients. The quality of the products and how they make you try it is phenomenal! Its a whole experience

I came today to buy a mattress and I can say that it was a very nice experience. I told Samah about my budget and the type of mattress that I was looking for (Including the brand: Sealy) She explained and showed me the options that she had. As other comments say: I was not pushed to buy any other product. In fact when I arrived I told her I already bought the bed Frame online (IKEA) but I can cancel it. She told me I Can give you a 10% discount for the bed frame if you buy the mattress and the frame and also the Sealy mattress had 15% (Promotion No tax) Samah was very nice and perfectly bilingual. I came to this store just because the reviews about the customer service and I was not disappointed. I would recommend this store (Rue Peel)

Samah and Kylie were terrific in providing informative and thoughtful advice regarding their pillow selection for my choosing. They offered all options to test out in store (keeping compliant with Covid sanitary policies) to see comfort level and support for each pillow. I was given the time to assess and provided feedback based on their product knowledge and expertise. I was never hurried nor "pushed" to buy any product & had an excellent experience where in the end I would recommend this location for pillow options to anyone I know. Cheers!

J’ai acheté un lit ajustable incluant base et matelas il y a huit ans environ. Lors d’un récent déménagement, on a perdu câbles et manette. J’ai contacté Monsieur Pierre Migneault du magasin Matelas Bonheur sur Sherbrooke Ouest pour de l’aide.
Bien qu’il ne tienne plus le modèle acheté plusieurs années auparavant, Monsieur Migneault a tout fait pour me faciliter la tâche. Il a fait des recherches pour trouver un fournisseur et s’est donné bien du mal pour m’offrir un service après/vente impeccable. Je lui en suis extrêmement reconnaissante aussi, je vous le recommande pour son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et ses connaissances. Il offre un service de première qualité.

I bought a mattech mattress and box spring (made locally) here and it's the best mattress I've ever had. My previous mattech lasted 15 years and is still in great condition but I needed a bigger one. They're no longer reversible but still really high quality, super comfortable and esp recommended for bad backs. Got a great deal and free delivery, very efficient and pleasant.

Professional old school customer service. Pierre is well informed about his product line and courteous towards the clients. I will recommend this company to everyone.

The most polite staff you'll ever find in Montreal. Totally recommend this place for shopping. They have patience to explain the differences between the products! Very good prices too; there are some off season sales of 20 or 25% off the regular price.

Wonderful service - Sylvain was professional, curtious & took his time in not only helping me with my purchases but also took the time to explain differences in the products & quality of them. What a HUGE difference this makes in regards to making the right choices for my needs. Luv the fact that you have a 90 day trail in case you've made the wrong choice. Also, it's comforting to know that if there are any problems, I will be assisted by him. Most other large companys don't care about your satisfaction once they have your sale! Great customer service. I spend a good 30-45 min trying to find the perfect bed and they showed me a lot of different products until i fall in love with one.

Really great service at this locations (and every other location I’ve been to to be honest). There are much more than a dozen mattresses to try from. The store may look small, but they pull mattresses out and change them if the one you’re looking for isn’t already laid-out. Glenwood and Sylvain are super nice and very patient. I’ve never shopped for a bed anywhere other than Matelas Bonheur, and I tell everyone I know to shop for their beds there.
