Mathieu-Alexandre Poupart était incroyable! J'avais besoin d'un pret hypothecaire pour mon premier achat de propriété. J'ai fait certaines banques avant, mais tous les taux etait haut et le pret trop bas pour ce que je pouvait me permettre. Mathieu a reussi a me trouver un taux 0.75% moin haut et 85,000 de plus que le meilleur offre que j'avais recu des banques que j'avais chercher. Je vais dorenavant toujours allez vers un courtier hypothecaire. Une seul frappe sur le credit, mais tous les meilleurs taux de toute les banques en meme temps, ça en vaut la peine comparer a une frappe de credit par banque durant le shopping des taux!
