Service aux caisse pourri un gros 0 attente toujours interminable sans parler des caissières bêtes comme leurs pieds et les tablettes sont toujours presque vide

That store doesn, t appeal to me.
You go in, it is often dirty.
As if they never or not to often wash the floors in the store and entrance.
I go thete for a few things on sale. Otherwise I go to Dorval which is a lot better. INVITING.

Their freezers are always breaking down and they do not throw away spoiled food. They just refreeze and sell them in a bad state.

This store is notorious for bad hygiene, especially at the meat section. Stay away from this store!

Worst grocery store in Lachine in my opinion. The place is always dirty, It takes them too long to restock items, Fruits are always mouldy, Lines going all the way into aisles because they don't have enough cashiers, Very limited selection of items, Rude staff AND shoppers. The list goes on and on. It's way too chaotic. I'll never be coming back here again.

Les caisses était pleine et s'était long, pus mes raisin mon coûter 10$ c'était en spécial a 2.99$. Il manque des petite pizza bagel dans le magasin.mais le staff est courtois.

Je suis déçu de ce Maxi je suis consommateurs de 4x18.9 lire par mois Labrador maintenant il ont décidé de ne plus vendre et chaque fois que je veux un produit la majorité du temps ils ont plus c'est vide mais je dois avouer que les employés sont irréprochables le problème vient de la direction

It's a grocery store I'm not going to go into details about it but it is cheap so that's a plus

J'étais très pressée dans le temps et je ne trouvais pas la margarine végétal, j'aie demandé a une préposé qui n'avait aucune idée donc réparti! La disposition est différente et le service moyen

Les fruits et les légumes sont beau. J'aime beaucoup les petits endroits avec des produit proches de la date de péremption avec rabais. Le problème c'est que je n'ai toujours pas trouvé le couscous.

It's often messy, and the entrance floor is sticky and always smells.funky. The machines to return cans will be 1 of 2 things; full or broken.

There is not much they can do, but there are always people (or even employees) smoking near the entrances.

The fresh produce is rarely fresh; often looking like their about to go bad.

The shelves are generally stocked.

The milk fridge doesn't feel as cold as it should, and you can smell what is presumed to be milk that was spilled and improperly cleaned up.

They have self checkout which is nice since some of the cashiers don't seem like they want to be there, or will have a conversation with another cashier a few registers down; literally yelling as you're checking out.

Overall, I wouldn't do my groceries here; I wouldn't purchase any fresh or even frozen produce, or dairy.

Best items to buy here would be anything non-perishable, i.e. Cans, cookies, cereal etc.

They are putting the carts together so you need to have a dollard in hand to free them from the rest of the carts.
It is a time to AVOID/MINIMIZE the use of the hands in surfaces highly used in times previous of the COVID-19.

Very good clean and friendly staff, produce was well kept and bags were available every where shelves were fully stocked

Since covid-19 no one is respecting the arrows on the ground and distancing is an issue because the isles are being walked up and down:/

En pleine pandemie, ils nous demandent de mettre 1$ pour avoir un panier.aucune surveillance pour que les clients respectent les flèches et la distanciation. Eviter d'y aller a moins d'être vraiment désespéré

A solid 4 stars, this is the first Maxi I've been to where the workers, work, and the isles are clean and stocked. I never have to ask anyone where the stuff on the flyer is or if it's going to be stocked up again because it's been hoarded. During Covid-19 they kept the line ups running smooth unlike other stores like Metro and Super C in Lachine and Lasalle. I don't care if I have to pay more to get better service, but it's nice to have good service with cheaper groceries.

J'aime bien Maxi. Bonne variété de produits a bon prix.
Mais quand j'arrive à la caisse et que je parle a la caissière qui ne comprends pas un traître mot de ce que je lui dit en français. Alors la vous aller perdre un bon client.

The two stars is for the very good price deal. One of the guys have really horrible service, I went to go to the self-check out to finish the perchase, then there was a guy just come here to tell me that if I want to buy multiple items and everything have to be perfectly matched. French, I don't speak very much.what he told me was everything in French then talk to"you understand? " at the end of every sentence. That really offended me a lot. No Pardon. NO Minsour. NO S. V. P at all. The attitude was like I owe him a huge debt from the whole time. He was saying for the inventory purpose, then input everything I have in the cart manually. I accept that there was only one cash working
on Sunday night. But the self checkout is not suppose to waste mt time. IF YOU DON'T CARE YOUR CUSTOMER'S TIME AND FEEL, JUST AT LEAST BE POLITE LIKE A CLERK.
I am so angry and disappointed for this purchase.

La dimention, c'est tout. Quand on dit qu'on trouve de tout chez Maxi. C'est proche de la réalité. Grand parking souvent rempli.

The fruits always rotten there is two older cashiers that there always rude the young people working there are nicer but nothing changes if I had a choice between super c I would go there but it's too far o shop here cause is convenience that's all store and personnel are not qualified
