Best place for day to day groceries and good prices. I like to go every day to see if something on special

File d'attente long, pourtant plusieurs possibilités s'offrent aux clients. Mais la communication avec la clientèle n'est pas au rendez-vous. Ceci entraîne une attente plus longue que ce qui devrait véritable l'attente.
Les prix sont assez intéressant, cela reste quand même à voir chez d'autres fournisseurs pour certains produits.
L'organisation de l'espace n'est pas fou, faut prendre son temps pour bien chercher.
Toutefois, en compagnie, c'est une bonne place pour magasiner.

Lundi soir 20h c'était le chaos. Seulement 2 caisses ouvertes, les caisses libre-service servent seulement aux commandes de 12 items ou moins. Ça aurait prit au moins 2 caisses de plus ou au moins, qqun avec du leadership pour contrôler les files d'attentes qui bloquent tout le passage. Très désagréable!

They allegedly offer pc express pickup but I've yet to ever have it live up to the name. Expect to be put on hold for upwards of 30 minutes o ly to be told to come inside and wait some more. It is literally faster to do groceries myself. They will also substitute items without warning or simply not give you whole boxes worth of food. As for shopping there yourself it's not much better because most of the produce is either rotting or on the verge of rotting. The meat is alright for quality but there's very little of it and they're constantly running out of stock of many items. The staff run the gambit from very nice and helpful to downright rude. Most of them are unhelpful. Never bothered with their names but you'll know the good from the bad. Witness below the bag of grapes I recieved from my online order. It was filled to the brim with Rotten grapes no longer even on the stem. I've had so many issues with this store I didn't even think would be problems. I'm going to a different store from now on, grocery shopping shouldn't be a hassle.

The young staff is always friendly and efficient, shelves are always stocked, and aside from the odd old French nationalist here the vibes are good.

My experience at maxi it was okay I wasn't complaining the cashier was very polite always smiling

Saturdays is the worst with the crowd, but very good prices and also now have
specialty food for various diets and allergies.

One of the better Maxi locations compared to the one in Angrignon.

Decent quality produce, good to great prices and (usually) good service.

They price match their competitors Metro, Super C, IGA, Walmart, provigo, Pharmaprix, Intermarche and Sami Fruits. They will do Frutta Si as well (not every cashier knows this) since Sami Fruits doesn't publish a flyer but Frutta Si does. You're limited to 4 items but you can sometimes get away with five.

Try to avoid doing your shopping trips during the morning or evening rush, as all the lanes are usually full.

I also find it annoying that they close the express lane most of the time to try to force people to use the self-checkout instead.

Max is here in Lachine by far I find as one of the best not only one of the cleanest but the people here or either you speak French English Arabic Spanish Portuguese Spanish whatever kind of language you speaking they tried their best in to help you out and it is definitely a five-star place to come by I suggest to anybody if you live in Lachine or Costa Lachine and you need something for my C you should come by with Maxie's in Lachine Gallery Lachine it is definitely one of the good ones

Je me demande, c'est quoi votre politique de sécurité. Je m'explique, ce soir, j'y suis allez à votre magasin avec ma famille et la madame de sécurité nous a poursuivi partout le magasin puis nous a observé de façon accusant. Elle et l'équipe de Maxi nous ont fait sentir comme si on été des voleurs. Je comprend que votre travail c'est de surveiller à la sécurité des produits, mais là! Je crois que vous pouvez le faire d'un façon plus discrète et ne pas faire mal a laisse à votre clientèle.

J'avais perdu tout mon temps à remplir mon panier vert c'était tellement lourd. Je n'avais pas de pièce $1POUR LE CHARIOT JAUNE j'étais obligée de déposer mon panier vert par terre pour aller acheter autres choses. 5 minutes n'est meme pas écoulé une certaine Suzanne à tout vidé mon panier il y avait mes sacs dedans c'est sur que je suis là calisse. Gtais vraiment fâchée c'est vraiment irrespectueuse de sa part elle aurait dû déposer le panier en avant c tout. Quand t'as rien à faire tu cherches des travaux pi t'emmerde le monde.

Store is clean. Items are arranged in an "easy to find" way and you can find assistance if you look for it.

Clean store, great prices! Produce and meat need more attention. Friendly staff. Manager seems grumpy most of the time lol! Bathroom is acceptable.

Bons prix mais ça peut manquer un peu de sélections de produits. Mais tu trouves des bonnes choses toujours dans les fruits!

Le pire supermarché de la chaîne Maxi. Local miniscule et la plupart des produits sont introuvables ou en mauvais état surtout les fruits et les légumes. Je ne le recommande pas.

The few times I've had to go in a pinch, they had plenty of cash registers open so I was in and out in the blink of an eye.

Prices are always very competitive. Great overall product selection. Good value eith their points program especially for large families.

Manque de propreté. Désolé mais c'est une des raisons principales pour laquelle nous ne faisons plus nos emplettes chez Maxi.
