Great service! This Maxi has products (like Mango Sorbet) that you won’t find at other Maxi’s. Employees are very helpful, one helped me charge my phone so I could pay with my virtual VISA. Also I think a bird lives in the rafters somewhere, see if you can find it!

Good but only one old Lady is very rude always or mostly working in express line she is not made for customer service she should be somewhere else

Bon prix mais côté service, un gros zéro et manque total de courtoisie.
Si on a un handicap, à éviter absolument. Ils ne se donnent pas la peine de nous aider mais vont nous mettre de la pression pour qu’on se dépêche à emballer nos achats. Mais vont aider la personne qui passe après nous et qui ont toutes leurs capacités. Trop peu d’employés aux caisses mais en surnombre dans les allées.puis n’oubliez pas vos sacs, aux caisses libre service, il n’y en a pas et c’est une employée qui est là pour aller les chercher et très peu de place pour placer nos choses quand on scanne nos achats.
La seule caissière ne fournit pas car elle doit servir sa caisse et les retours de bouteilles, en plus des loto-Quebec Il faudrait 2 caissières pour faire ce travail.

Pour les viandes, faut les surveiller. Ils injectent de l’eau dans certains viandes pour augmenter le poids. Les paquets sont très souvent plein d’eau dans le fond, surtout pour le poulet et la viande hachée.

Personne pour ramener les paniers du stationnement vers magasin et personne à l’entrée pour assurer les mesures sanitaires en vigueur. Puis ça prend une auto car en bus ou à pied l’accès est très difficile.

À la place j’aime mieux aller un peu plus loin, encourager un marchand local qui lui va donner un excellent service

Ils ont 3 étoiles et c’est à cause des prix. Côté service client, c’est un gros zéro.

Unfortunately, it’s not best place for various reasons, big store as Maxi should pay attention for the rotten products on shelves, corn, oranges, putting a special price on box as in the photo and on the cashier charge different with the silly reason (it’s not the same) it’s in the same place all together.

Rendu decant la porte, je me rends compte qu’il n’y a pas de panier et personne en avant pour surveiller si les gens se désinfectent les mains ou pour désinfecter les paniers…

Je vois un panier à l’autre bout dans lequel y’avait 2 paniers bleus mais semblaient abandonné. J’allais mettre les paniers bleus à côté pour prendre le panier mais j’entends un gars me dire « on ne touche pas à mon panier » c’était un gérant ou un assistant-gérant.

Je lui explique qu’il n’y a plus de panier en avant, il me dit que peu importe, je ne dois pas toucher à SON panier! Je lui répète qu’à la porte il ne reste plus de paniers, alors il me dit: « je m’en fous, vous devez aller chercher un panier dans le stationnement vous-même ou prendre un panier bleu »!

Manque de personnelle, manque de respect envers les clients, manques de respects pour les mesures sanitaires… il y a d’autres Maxi, je ne retournerai plus à celui-là quitte à faire un peu plus de chemin!

J’aurais dû prendre le nom de cet employé!

Always have good fresh produce and some great specials but get there on the first day of the special or chances are that there will be nothing left. Sure they will give you a raincheck, but most of the time you end up forgetting to use it or you lose it.

Je ne comprend pas votre nouvelle loi de 20 items à la caisse libre service. J'avais 30mcx et y avait personne en ligne et la dame ne m'a pas laisser faire. J'ai dû attendre presque 15 minutes en ligne pour une caissière

Toujours un excellent choix, il ya des ventes avec un bon prix. Souvent, vous devez faire la queue, bien que certaines caisses enregistreuses ne fonctionnent pas.

With COVID-19 there isn't much stock in store. So there are quite a few things that are missing that used to be there before COVID-19. Or the sizes are not the big ones only the small sizes.

I dont find things that are available in other maxi stores and sometimes they ran out of stock which are in flyers for the whole week!

They have a serious problem with their "flashfood" service. EVERY SINGLE TIME I do an order at this store, there is something missing, this has only happened to me at this location. Honestly the food is out there near the exit super easy for anyone to steal. It's unacceptable.

Well the price is right. Would love if the beer can return machine could be somewhere else as they stink the entrance, but I guess if I wanted to be picky I would go to IGA.

Un service des employés toujours très agréable et serviable. Des prix intéressants lorsque l'on sait ce que l'on veut exactement. Le rayon des fruits - légumes est intéressant particulièrement en été. Les produits ''Sans Nom'' sont souvent de bonne qualité pour un bon prix. Une bonne enseigne)

Super bon prix, employés synpathique et épicerie très propre. Les articles de la section bio ne sont pas trop chers non plus.

Love this Maxi. They have what I call "the immigrant alley" where they have all sorts of international products such as spices (I want to buy them all.), sweets, sauces, etc. Other Maxis also have an international section but none compare to this one. For covid times, there is a lot of space and I never had to wait for a long time like other supermarkets in Verdun.

People that work here are rude. Unhelpful and don't even speak a word of English. I hate that it the only maxi near me. Worst place to shop. Plus no one is following distance

Well stocked and quite clean. Not as busy as prior to covid-19. This was my gurst time there since March.

I love Maxi because of the space in the store to walk around and lots of international items (Refresh coconut water)

Great place to get pretty much any groceries you can think of. They always have the best prices and they have a good ethnic section too.

Je vais chez Maxi surtout pour le fromage sans lactose. Il en avait abondamment.il n'était pas en spécial.

Annoncent un article en circulaire, mais ne l'ont pas en stock. Je me présente un autre jour pour un produit en spécial annoncé, encore une fois pas en stock. Tu vois que c'est boboche leur affaire.

Prices are what you'd expect from a low-budget grocery store with limited options. What irks me most is the poor planning of the department managers. The shelves are almost always empty, meaning the managers are not planning their inventory properly. Regardless if the item is on sale or the day of the week. So often they've just had empty shelves I've had to go elsewhere to complete my groceries. Please, just foresee, plan and stock your shelves better. Also, prices are not always the lowest here, so shop around. Bulk Barn has better deals on certain items. And as previously mentioned there is very limited choices.

More often than not it's the Walmart experience equivalent of the grocery stores. They do allow me to price match which is why I go.

I always enjoy shopping at this location. We met a young man (we forgot to exchange names) with down syndrome and had a great conversation, he also needed help putting away the dog food on the shelf that was out of his reach and my boyfriend decided to help. I'm happy to continue shopping there in hopes to see this young man again

A clean, well stocked Maxi. It isn't as good as the one on Crémazie, but I go here before going to the one on Wellington.

Not a place if you want to buy meat there freezer look like it’s broken. We had not good experience with meat there. It smelled bad and was slimy and still had few days to expire

Beaucoups de variétés, excellent service aux caisses et très rapide. Surprenant pour un maxi. Dommage que l'assistant gérants des caisses aille un aussi gros problème d'attitude et un power trip sur les employés et clients.
