Fresh produce most of the time but you might also get stuck with nothing due to a timing issue or restock that is waiting to happen (mostly if you end up going late). Overall a nice experience!

Often they have no one collecting shopping carts, and trying to get past all the carts in the parking lot can be difficult. I don't really shop here any more as a result.

Sad really, whomever is managing the store should be replaced. There are loads of other places to shop!

Their stock is routinely depleted and the shelves a mess. Especially their meat on sale. Ill check multiple times a week and they dont have it in stock.
Decided to do a price match on a different meat item. Assistant manager refused to help the cashier stating that they wernt the same product even though it was obvious they were. Cashier had to call somone to confirm that they were the same item and ask how to do it.
Going to this store is just a hastle now and I always leave frustrated.

The shop assistants were very friendly to us (especially to our little daughter) and the prices were affordable. Advice: you better go shopping on Thursday or on Monday because on these days the shelves are full.

Les lines-up aux caisses sont tellement longs et les libre-service sont toujours encombrés par les clients qui sont incompétents et les préposés pris pour aider. Ça prend bien trop de temps avoir le service pour débourber les gens. Pas certaine que l'espace caisse est bien prévu pour ça.

This is my second post went today Monday Aug 7 to purchase special of the week first green beans had mold on them And other items in flyer and none in stock your product standards are not very thigh your store is not a grocery store it’s a corner store with bad products we don’t need to purchase vegetables good to go to garbage your flyer looks very nice but products are garbage look into it go and check your bins of beans and see if u would buy some today Aug 7 2023 and clean that place

J'habite à distance de marche du Maxi. Lors des premières années, j'y allais régulièrement pour mon épicerie, mais je n'y vais que très rarement maintenant. Les prix sont bons, mais on doit souvent opter pour des produits plus dispendieux, comme les tablettes sont presque toujours vides pour les articles à petits prix ou en spécial. Les employés son très courtois. Par contre, il y a peu de variété, les fruits et légumes laissent à désirer et il faut faire particulièrement attention aux dates d'expiration. Après plusieurs épiceries où je constatais que je ne faisais plus vraiment d'économies et qu'il me manquait plusieurs produits, nous avons décidé de changer d'épicerie. Avec ses heures d'ouverture tardives, je dirais que c'est plus comme un gros dépanneur.

This has been the nastiest grocery store I’ve ever been to. No carts were available to use. The smell at the entrance made us gag, we had to get out without making a purchase.

They have a friendly staff, but rarely know where the products are. MAXI prices are good, but the store isn't that organized. The baby formula is out of stock most of the time. They always have good deals/discounts on meats.

Not as big as other maxis, but nice and clean.
I mean it's a grocery store whaddya expect

Best to go when it is not ao busy.
I got everything i needed and wanted from Maxi. Will definitely be back!

The store was not clean and they had boxes in the ail so could not go with Cart and they did not have tye stuff in the flyer

Awesome place to do your groceries and Best price in town except for the milk is so expensive in Gatineau almost $8,00 for a bag of Milk 2% compare to Ottawa the Milk is under $6 dollars

Updated from 3 stars, when i saw all the selections, they added im amazed.service depends on who's working (2 people specifically and
can't release name or description for condifiditial information) but the 98% of all employees are very compassionate personnes.

Would really recommend this place to anyone, a truly beautiful place. OH, AND THEY HAVE THE SELF-CHECKOUT, but DOES NOT ACCEPT CASH

Extremely rude costumer service these two Karen’s about the age of 60 started yelling at me for not putting my bag on the grown because apparently we aren’t aloud to bring bags in the store anymore and I didn’t understand because I’m hard of hearing. Don’t recommend unless you’re apart of the Karen group go to super c instead! If I could give them a zero star I would, but since I cant I give you a 1
