Great place to shop.
Always deals to find although it's a little hard to locate staff for help.

The cash lines are very long.no mater what time I've gone they only have 4 out of 6 self served cash open and the line is very long. The line for cash with cashier is just ridiculously long, most of the time it's all the way till the middle of the store.the cash line system needs to be change

Very long lines to check out and that includes the self serve cashes.
I used to shop alot more often now it's just disappointed ️

Mostly a place to save a bit. Price matching works well, but ONLY if it's in stock. Big store and helpful staff. Most cashiers are happy, needed as some times lineups are LONG. Help desk is always very busy, may take a while for service. Usually Clean.

Why only 2 cash r open on weekday @ 5 pm
+ half of free service are off service
Ain't we suppose to facilitate the shopping during pandemic & avoid those unnecessary queues

It has never been that bad n long during past months

Been here a couple of times. Not impressed with the cleanliness of the floors. They’re always dirty! However, I do like how many things you can buy here, including clothes. This is where I bought my favourite sweater, so I am quite satisfied about that. Overall I give it 4 stars because it isn’t as nice as other grocery stores I’ve visited.

This location does not exist. Or at least the address is incorrect. I ended up in a random parking lot

Ordered through pc express for a total of 266,95 and was suppose to preauth no more than $333 with their terms contract stating that they are entitled to take 125% of the initial purchase. Now, my issue is why they charged me 173% or $367 of the preauthorization, which I gave no consent to? With that being said, I had enough for groceries and insurance to just get by until payday. I am a single father of three and I’d like to point out that my insurance company was forced to put my bank account in overdraft. This does not look good for my credit report because of fraud committed by PC express and Maxi & Cie. I do not recommend this grocery store because they do not even have most of what they advertise on their website and their meats and veggies are always rotten or a day before expiring! I also would like to add that I did record the conversations I had with them on Facebook and on the phone. Very dismissive and actually do not do the math until it’s explained to them by the customer.

9: 15am on a Thursday morning and there are 2 lines backing up past the Joe Fresh Dept. I find this unacceptable especially during a pandemic!

Don’t think this place has been updated in 30 years, it’s like getting groceries at village de valeur. They have the basic groceries you need, don’t expect much other than that.

The staff is friendly for the most part. The produce is of good quality and the prices are competitive. The store is kept clean and organized.

I love this store. Better quality than Walmart and price is great. And ethnic merchandise available

Pretty big and, easy to find almost every thing for groceries. Also, some kitchen and toiletries essentials. There are always one person at the entrance, who is working for disinfecting the cart, while the customers must sensitize hands before entering into Mexi&Cie. Expenses are convenient.

The produce section is sometimes messy and missing some stuff. Very busy sometimes. Prepare to wait for a cashier. Bargains are plenty but come early as the shelves empty fast.

Can't beat them for price, but store aisles can be somewhat cramped and you can sometimes experience long lineups during COVID due to store layout.

There is always a big line inside the store, so in general this maxi is very busy most of the time.

Bathrooms are disguisting, water and feces on the floor.no maintenance. Staff doesnt care because they have private washrooms upstairs.

Ordered through PC Express. Literally half the order was substituted for other products. Some of the subbed products were completely unrelated to what I wanted (i.e. Subbed goat cheese for sour cream). We were also not price matched for the 2 small containers of hummus, when we ordered a big one (since it was out of stock).

This is not the first time we've had problems with the PC Express orders here, and I'm seriously starting to consider doing mobile orders with Walmart instead.

Les mesures pour la Covid ne semble toujours pas à jour, plusieurs mois après le début. J'ai attendu plus de 25 minutes pour les caisses.
Pas de stationnement pour famille à proximité de l'entrée.
Je comprend qu'on doit éviter de venir avec les enfants faire l'épicerie en cette période, mais on n'a pas toujours le choix.

Maxi is very good, the only thing that annoys me the when I go to buy labrador water in bottles, everytime, I have to wait at least 20 minutes for the to respond and bring the water to the front cash, why they dont fill it up everytime it goes empty like every other shelf?

The worst customer services ever, I inform an employee that they had bad meat and he told me that I needed to look for someone else because it wasn't his section.

Good service and very well stocked Maxi. It would be better if the security guard working on Saturday April 18th at around 3 pm could talk nicely to customers. It is not the time nor place to talk to people with condescending attitudes. Just simply explain to them how to proceed with sanitization at the entrance.

Unbeatable prices, great ethnic section, tons of discounts, constant items in liquidation, and sometimes you make great finds with the dishware section.

The place is a zoo and sometimes is dirty at the end of the day but it's understandable when you realize they have a ridiculous amount of customers with over a million dollars a day in sales I've been told.

This is a really well designed grocery store. I'm legally blind and often find grocery stores very stressful; this one is always very accessible. Also the prices great.

I came this morning grapes on sale not restock yet I asked someone if they had any waited 10 minutes before he took the time to go check in the back still waiting no news yet. Customer service not at all 15 minutes now waiting time.

You need to choose the right time. The lines are sometimes very long. Most of prices are competitive

The store is packed with pallets everywhere and always seems dirty and disorganized. The clothes section was crammed and everything piled and disorganized. Being a large chain grocery store I can't understand why they don't hire enough staff. The bathroom.forget about using it. Better luck at a truck stop off a highway.

Better than the one on Marcel Laurin. At least you can find the items in the flyer here and not all sold out.
Prices have gone up a lot. No longer cheaper than the other stores. The prices is what got me to shop here. If it's no longer cheaper than anywhere else, why would I shop here? !? !? !

A one-stop shopping store, you can find everything from groceries, produce, small appliances, apparels, ready to eat meals, BBQ chicken, etc, there is also 4 self serve stations to pay with helpful staff if you don't want to wait long for a cashier. I wish they add more to the fresh seafood section, as I can't find more than few farmed fishes!

Got what I went in for. Veggies and fruits looked good; better than the more expensive grocery stores like provigo.

They have everything you need under one roof! One stop shopping! Their fruit and vegetables are always reasonably priced, if not, cheaper than their competitors. After holidays, you can get some great bargains on chocolates, decorations and other nic nacs, which are located right when you enter the store. I go every week, never know when you can find a good deal!

Always has great prices and a divers selection. Staff knows a lot. Is great compared to the other budget grocery stores.

I like this store. When I found three kids in a hot car in the Parking lot, they jumped into action immediately. And the kids were okay.

This place is really special. Employees follow you through out the store and when you have a question they turn around and walk away. Also to much chatter among the Employees. Disturbing for me.

Good prices for a lot of stuff, but often some inflated prices. Sometimes you can get amazing deals on clearance items.

Les employés sont sympathique et le choix de produits est varié. Les prix sont très abordables! Cependant, selon la journée et l'heure, les produits ne sont pas toujours disponible puisqu'il y a beaucoup de clients.

Ce magasin est très vaste, propre, a de tous. Maxi est sur le top des magasins pour les prix les plus bas et en même temps des bonnes qualités.

Great prices and you can find so many house hold items but fruits and vegetables are not always fresh.

I loved the fact that there's a Joe Fresh inside the store! Everything is well organized. Prices are fairer than other places. It was my first time in this Maxi and if I'm ever in the area, and I need something, I'm gonna go there of course!

Usually a big fan of Maxi, however very slow/poor service today. I decided to go to the self check out to speed things up and ended up spending 20+ minutes trying to finalize my transaction and nothing was working nor was there anyone to help. I proceeded to the regular checkout and there were too many customers with very little employees. Long lines and a waste of time. Not worth it.

Great fresh produce, often sales on the meats, and an awesome home goods and Joe Fresh clothing section.

J'aime bien le Maxi pour les prix, mais il faut toujours attendre trop longtemps aux caisses. Il y en a une dizaine mais rarement plus de 3 d'ouvertures même durant les heures très achalandé
