Store uses to sell food with expired date 'best before' even after my notification of store manager.

An absolute disaster of a store! Very poorly managed! I used to go here 2 to 3 times a month, but since the beginning of 2022 i have gone no more than 5 times. They wasted thousands of dollars to install more self-serve cashes, yet they are ALWAYS half closed! They don't care if they force people to wait over 30 minutes to check out. I leave all my stuff there and walk out. Tonight was the last time I go to this place! VERY VERY SLOW service! Why install all these self serve cashes, just to have them 'out of service'! Lol. Seems it's political. Let's pretend we spent all this money to make service faster, yet it's actually slower than it ever was! Specials used to be 2 for 1, now if you buy only 1 item, they charge you more.metro tried that 5 years ago, and it didn't work, they changed course.not maxi. You need a magnifying glass to figure out what special items you need to purchase 2 of to get the rebate lol. Used to be a good store, but since the beginning of 2022, this all changed!

The goods are in a messy order, there are no prices on many products and there is a lot of dust on the goods

Just came from the Maxi Bedford and the lady (of Spanish decent) who worked at the customer service desk treated me very unfairly. She passed everyone before me and she clearly seen me standing in front of her before all the others. When I questioned why she did such act, her response made no sense. They need to hire people at that Maxi who treats all races equally.

It's one of the best supermarket to visit.you get most of the grocery, clothing you need, especially the grocery from all over the world suited to Montreal's true cosmopolitan culture.they got a huge parking space as well which is a super advantage.

Always great as it is open till late on weekends. That's the more important plus point for me, specially when you have unexpected guests at home for a dinner.

A store employee went above and beyond for someone I know. Someone i know lost a phone and wallet with everything. I'm grateful for the store employee to have found it and kept it until it has been returned to the person i know. Honest has been in place and I have decided to make a public review. I would love to aknowledge that employee and if possible make that employee of the month. I'm beyond grateful. I'm coming back here for sure.

Ils ne font pas la livraison à domicile! Il y a des meilleures supermarchés, ex: IGA et METRO qui offrent ce service.

I was so upset, disappointed shopping at Maxi& cie on Oct6 in C. D. N.that I can not calm down to wrote anything about what I had experienced in this store until now.
An old guy, blue puff jacket and dark color pant with black hat pushed my daughter (11 years old) away in the store just because my daughter is in front of him. There were only 4 of us around that area, plenty of space for him to pass. I saw the whole thing, I was so angry, I went to customer service to tell them what happened, they only went to talk to the guy and told him do not push people. I should call police to make a record for him.

I went to this Maxi so many times for almost 10 years, I don't know it's such a bad place to shopping. When there's bad things happened, they do nothing to help you.

Sometimes good prices, but sometimes no, and comparing before, some of the products are not available there anymore

Quand je vais dans ce Maxi, j'y pour aller chercher des choses qu'il n'y a pas chez Walmart. J'aimerais que des employés viennent chercher des client qui attendent longtemps aux caisses comme chez Walmart.

Its a mess often running out of carts. The self serve station is always broken and lineups are a free for all. Long lineups the regular checkout counter during rush periods.

They were 4 working on the same shift in fruits department. None of them took their time to check the quality of fruits and veggie. Isnt it important to check them at least once a day everyday? Ive been shopping here for over 10 years ive seen worse and today i decided to take a picture and rate the store. There was about 20 of these left on the table and already 4 were like that. Decided not to buy any finally. Among all the stores i go to I take my time to check all fruits and veggies before purchase.

Maxi is the first superstore in my list for buying groceries and daily needs. You can find most of the products cheaper than other stores and there is a spacious parking in front of the store. Also the Combo offers are really great and economic. For commuters by bus, the bus stop is 1-2 mins away from the store’s front door and you could easy bring your cart near the bus stop after shopping.

Un must pour trouver des produits asiatiques, il y a 3 4 ranger juste de ça. Il y a aussi beaucoup de choix et beaucoup de produits en général. C'est un quartier plus pauvre donc les prix sont adaptés à la clientèle.

A very meh grocery store. It’s somewhat clean. Definitely feels disorganized. The staff are occasionally on the floor to help.

Prices are low which makes up for the lack of customer service. Products on sale are regularly in stock.

Caisse super extra longue et caissière lente à travailler. Jai attendu 30 min au moins mon tour pcq elle savait pas le prix exact et le client lui montrer chaque produit sur son telephone.

Parfait pour trouver un gamme de produit extrêmement large, beaucoup de choix, que l’on cherche de la nourriture, vêtements, produit pharmaceutique ou même de la nourriture Juive ou allal. Le magasin à suis s’adapter à sa clientèle. Très bon facing, les étagères propre et les fruits / légumes sont frais grâce au bon roulement des produits. Sans parler des prix qui sont, selon moi, extrêmement bas. J’y fais souvent mon épicerie et j’y retournerai sans aucune hésitation. Merci à tout le personnel et aussi à l’implantation des caisses rapide qui permettent de faire des achats de dernière minute en un temps record!

C'est une grande épicerie située sur Côte des neiges. Il y a la majorité des produits de base. C'est situé presque en face du Plaza Côte des neiges.

Big spacious parking lot. Great prices. Love PC products. Annoyed they closed the pharmacy which means they don't even sell Tylenol or cold remedies now. Always amazing deals. Wish they'd offer shopping baskets for quick, small shops.
