I have been a client here for almost 10 years and today I am completely shocked by the lack of customer service. I walked in at 10: 08 upon the opening of the shop and just asked to have my shellac nails removed. Half a job as they have grown out. The girl told me to come back because they are busy with clients. No clients were there yet. I asked how long it can take and she confessed 5 to 10 minutes. But she refused to take me. I understand it’s not a $50+ job. I see where their priorities are. I will NEVER go back. Too bad you just lost a $100 every three weeks client.

J'ai été assignée à une personne qui ne comprends pas les indications qui est brutale et qui ne donne pas un soin structuré par étapes.
Elle m'a fait mal plusieurs fois en coupant les ongles, les cuticles n'ont pas été bien faites et elle m'a limee les ongles après la pose fraiche du vernis!
Le massage a été très bref sans aucune cohérence et il a été effectué après le vernis à ongles ce qui a fait que le vernis a été détérioré et qu'il a fallu le remettre. Elle parlait beaucoup dans sa langue et riait fort. Ce qui la rendait distraite.
J'ai voulu arrêter le soin et la gérante m'a demandé de payer le soin au total. J'ai préféré finaliser ce terrible soin pour payer l'intégralité. Je ne recommande à personne d'y aller.

I got a shellac mani here. They were able to fit me in at the last minute which was nice and they had a lot of colors to choose from. Unfortunately, the nail tech was very rough removing the gel from my nails and it was a really painful experience. I had long natural nails when l came in which started breaking the day after and became very frail.

I called to take an appointment. I show up at the time that was convened. As I arrive, they tell me that I have to wait 15 minutes. I wait. I waited 1 hour and still can’t get my nails done. They have zero respect for my time. Never coming back.

Careless and impatient. Only see the stuff smiling when I click the Tip button.
