Driver of the truck pulled up blocked the entire road stoping the entire flow of traffic instead of using common sense and easily pulling into the lane closure that was already set up for a flat tire acted extremely unprofessional with the guys working in the area it was actually embarrassing to see that a company employs someone like that I will never use this company I do not recommend at all I’m

Dangerous driving. First time was on fisher, and now Oglivie. Turning light turned yellow, truck pulled into non tuning lane to turn left on a red.

The tow truck operator was very mechanically knowledgeable and was able to lower the price by fixing the issue on the spot. Other companies would of just towed up to the dealership anyway. Highly recommended, great service!

I was able to get a very quick response and service from Kareem. I got picked up from a friend prior to his arrival, I left my key with the vehicle and he brought it where I needed it dropped. Very professional, punctual and friendly service. I saved his name and number to be used again if ever needed and will recommend to anyone else who happens to need his service as well! Brad helped us out with a flat tire. He was polite, courteous, and quick. He was very professional and helpful. He was also very nice and explained to our curious kids what was going on (a row truck is exciting for toddlers).

I am an Uber driver and my car would not start. I was put in touch with Mayday. They were fabulous. The dispatch listened to my problem and dispatched the tow truck. He said it would be about one hour. Sure enough it was one hour maybe a bit less. The two men checked out my car and determined it was the starter. Nas, is his name also a mechanic. He said 100% sure it is the starter. He had me hooked up quickly and we went and dropped my car off to Canadian Tire. My "$100" tow quickly changed to a $800 tow after he hooked up and drove 2kms. They send you a "receipt" online but still have access to change it after the fact which he did. And refused to unhook until paid. Would never use again.

Nas was incredible! He semi-diagnosed the problem by offering to check for a dead battery. He was communicative, on time and super pleasant. I highly recommend him and Mayday. Thanks for helping me today Nas!

We were in very bad and trouble situation, we called everyone around to get the help (Thanksgiving weekend), this person came like a savior and he was lightening quick with his professional work and fixed our car.
We are so thankful to him.

My roommate got towed by MayDay after he got into a minor accident. Mayday did not tell him that their yard is in Quebec, so when he went to pick up his car they charged him for the tow plus $1200 because they had to cross provincial lines. He tried to argue that charge and they threatened to keep the car unless he paid the $1200z These guys are dishonest and I highly recommend not using them

Was stuck on the side of the road without a jack and a flat tire. Called around and every other roadside assistance was a huge wait. These guys were fast, professional, and friendly. There quickly (after other companies cancelled after I waited an hour). Would highly recommend.

I got stuck on the side of the road and hour from home.
Called and got very professional dispatcher on the phone and got someone over in less than 30 minutes. They were kind enough to drop me off at a local gas station as per my request at no extra cost. Recommended.

Nas from Mayday Towing was extremely helpful and reliable when i needed my car jumped twice in three days. He was responsive, and was able to show up when needed.

Called late on Tuesday evening. After calling 3 other 24h services who never bothered to answer, Mayday towing answered immediately despite the late called.
Professional and efficient. They asked where I was located, told me they would be there within 40min and arrived right on schedule. I was not by my véhicule and without even asking, Mathew offered me a ride to my car, which I accepted.

He arrived in an absolutely spotless, clean, shiny, and professional truck. You can tell a lot by the way someone keeps there work station clean and I was beyond impressed.

We arrived at my car, it took Mathew less than 5minute to hook up the car to his truck and off we went. We arrived straight to my mechanics, dropped the car, and Mathew drove me home.invoice sent to my phone, paid by e-transfer, easy peasy.

It was the least stressful roadside assistance I’ve ever experienced.

Price is reflecting of his service and professionalism.

10/10 would break down on the side of the road on purpose just to use his services again.

Operator arrived in less than 30 mins from when I called. He was courteous and efficient and towed my car to the garage for a fair price.
