Du vendeur dévoué (François) jusqu'à la livraison (Raymond), en passant par le F&I (Erik) tout c'est très bien passé. Super service et belle voiture! Merci à toute l'équipe. C'est ma deuxième voiture qui vient de Mazda 2-20, et certainement pas la dernière.

Even giving them one star is too generous. They mistakenly added insurance to my lease, increasing my monthly payment by $100. When I attempted to have it removed, they started ignoring my calls. After numerous attempts and being physically present at the dealership, they claimed it was impossible to remove the insurance. Even if I insisted on removal, they refused to reduce the monthly payment until the end of the lease. Because of this additional monthly cost, I am unable to transfer the lease, and they continue to evade responsibility. I strongly advise avoiding this dealership

I have to admit, I really don't enjoy shopping for cars. However, I did my research and visited multiple car dealerships. One dealership, in particular, stood out to me: Mazda 2-20.

From the get-go, the salesperson was EXCEPTIONAL. She made the whole buying experience enjoyable. I ultimately decided to purchase the CX-50, and after only 24 hours of having it, I must say I'm incredibly impressed with everything about this car. It's an amazing ride.

Throughout my experience with this dealership, everyone I interacted with was courteous and professional. I highly recommend Mazda 2-20 to anyone in the market for a new car.

J’ai acheté mon cx-9 au mois d’ octobre et j’adore mon véhicule qui me permet de me promener en sécurité avec ma famille. Il est spacieux et confortable. Quelques mois après mon achat, lorsque la chaleur s’est pointée, j’ai eu quelques soucis avec mon air climatisé, mais M. Brousseau, le directeur des ventes a fait tout ce qu’il pouvait pour m’aider. J’en suis très reconnaissante, merci encore!

Nous avons fait l’acquisition d’une première voiture (usagée) pour notre garçon. Nous avons été bien accompagnés et servis par Dennis, bien qu’il se soit avancé à nous informer que la voiture venait avec les mags d’origine. Il s’est corrigé en nous disant que les pneus d’hiver sur rims venaient avec l’auto. A la livraison, les roues n’étaient pas dans l’auto et n’avons pu les évaluer, bien qu’il nous ait dit que l’état était bon.

Mon fils est retourné les chercher mais les rims sont rouillés et il était visiblement déçu. Déjà que les roues sur la voiture sont des mags jobber et des pneus limite sécuritaire, l’expérience est décevante. En plus, la covid ayant le dos large, aucun rabais ou négociation n’a été consenti.

J'ai été accueillie par Vanessa Di Grazia qui a su prendre le temps d'écouter toutes mes demandes. Elle a donné son temps et son énergie à ma recherche de véhicule. Merci pour un service impeccable!

I took my son’s car in for service and dealt with Suzie at the service desk. We were kept informed of the required service and findings promptly. The car had to stay at the dealership because a spring was required so we needed a ride home. The courtesy drivers were all out on the road and Suzie knew it would be a while before we would get a ride. Her and her colleague took time from their lunch to drive me home. Very pleasing encounter and amazing service thanks for such a good experience.

Excellent service offered by Mazda. I honestly wasn’t too sure about getting another Mazda vehicle but the 2021 vehicles proved me wrong. Excellent quality and design for the retail price of the car.
But the best thing about my experience was my car dealer, Jeffrey, who is director of sales. He sold me my first car cx-3 and now my cx-30. He has exceptional human relation skills, great memory of his clients, is upfront, pin points your needs and reassures your concerns. With him, you are for sure going to get the best price and he works hard to give you exactly want you want at the price that can work for you. For sure if you are with him, you are in good hands.

I like Mazda, but found a different dealership to make my purchase. This place lied two times about whether they had a specific model in stock and told me drive all the way there, just so they could try to sell me a different car! Very frustrating and I am strongly against their misleading sales tactics.

Their service is friendly but their prices are absurd. I've been told I need a new cabin air filter ($120 for a $12 piece that they've already removed to inspect so zero extra labour for them) even though I changed it 4 months ago and mazda guide says to change it every 40k or 24 months. They also told me I need an engine air filter when Mazda guidelines are 56k or 36 months. I've had the car for 32k and less than 2 years. Not impressive that they don't follow their own guidelines and insanely expensive. Love my Mazda, don't love my dealership service center.

I cant recommend Mazda 220 enough! We dealt with Loyd throughout our entire buying experience. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. He went out of his way to get us the best deal possible. We would highly recommend Mazda 220 and Loyd to anyone looking to buy!

I just broke my lease with Mazda 220 and I will never get another car from them ever again. Just to get intouch with someone was near impossible. I wouldn't get calls back, when I would ask for certain information to be updated it wouldn't be and I found some of the staff to be very rude and unprofessional.

Regarding the car itself, I had my Mazda 6 for roughly 3 years and put less than 25,000 km on it and the brakes had to be replaced twice! It was just an all around bad experience and Im happy I have moved on.

Bought a used car here.be careful what you purchase they told me they put “brand new breaks” and they broke within 10k km and my mechanic said they are the cheapest discs he’s ever seen, they told me they fixed a leak and it came back after a few weeks. Furthermore the car has had several problems since purchase that could have been seen in a real inspection before they gave me the car and I went to their mechanics to get something fixed and they charged me 100$ to diagnose my car and tell me what the next problem is just for my mechanic to say that they where wrong and never even looked into the engine to find out what the real problem was. This dealership has plenty of good looking cars but if you are going to purchase from the used lot do yourself a favour and get a thorough inspection with your own mechanic and unless you have a mazda I wouldn’t recommend their mechanics either.
