Je crois que ces l'une des pire experience pour l'achat d'une voiture. Je vais voir un CX5 2022 GS avec 18k km ont me donne le prix de 35k deux semaines apres le CX5 a pris 2000$ rendu a 37k presque le meme prix qu'un GS neuf 2024. Quand j'ai demander pourquoi une augmentation du prix la reponse qu'il avait payer le CX5 trop chers. Serieux ces beaux chercher a fourrer le monde mais ca ses limites! Vous perdez un fidele client de Mazda qui s'en va chez Ford. BRAVO! J'ai eu 6 mazda et vous avez trouver la maniere de me faire changer de compagnie.

Honnêtement très insatisfaite du service. Je pars pour réparer mon coffre. Premièrement, ce n’était pas le rendez-vous le plus proche qu’on m’a fixé. Deuxièmement, on se trompe de commande et on m’appelle qu’après 3h pour me dire:  « malheureusement, on a pas reçu la bonne pièce ». Bien sûr je reprends un autre rendez-vous pour la semaine prochaine et là après 3 jours on m’annule le nouveau rendez-vous sans donner de motif

I do own Mazda 3,2011, so during those years I went few times for different reason, twice on recall, and I have been very satisfied with my experience. This month I went twice. Service mechanics are very busy this time of the year, but they did accommodated me the best they could. I cannot imagine a better service, and I am very thankful. I do recommend this place to everybody and only wish that some other (on West Island) Dealership learn from them.

This place is great. I cross most of the island (and several other Mazda dealerships) to go to their service department. I bought my winter tires here, as well as scheduled service and repairs. They go above and beyond in every way. I only wish I had purchased my Mazda here. I will likely buy my next one here.

Si je pouvais je mettrais moins qu'une étoile.
Lors de notre achat il y a eu beaucoup d'erreur sur le côté financier. Lorsque nous tentions de résoudre le problème nous etions transférer entre la banque et le concessionnaire. Ce concessionnaire a changer l'entente que nous avions qui était de 60 mois à 84 mois sans nous le mentionner en faisant un nouveau contrat en même temps.
Et en ce qui concerne le respect des date de paiement, ce concessionnaire ne tient pas parole.
Il passe trois paiement en trois jour et pas a la bonne date selon eux c'est normal. Ce qui ne l'est pas. Il fait une erreur et c'est le client qui paie.
Il n'informe pas les client les clients sur les changements effectués sur leur dossier.
Très mauvaise place

Service après vente laisse à désirer, lorsque j'ai acheter mon auto d'occasion elle avais des problèmes, j'ai dû me déplacer 3 fois au dealer pour régler mon problèmes, quand il ont fais un faux diagnostic au départ. Ils ont effectuer une réparation et ont remontées les capteurs à l'envers. Suivi effectuer par le directeur du service lui même, j'attend des nouvelles sur le dossier depuis plus d'un mois et au dernière nouvelle mon dossier était en post-it jaune sur son écran d'ordinateur.

J'ai demander une vérification pour une vibration aussi, de vérifier le balancement. Ils m'ont dit que la vibration venais de mes freins qu'il sont fini. (Le véhicule a 25000kilo a ce moment) Ils n'ont pas fais de balancement. Je me dit c'est complètement ridicule je changerai pas mes freins a 25000kilo. Le problème persiste je vais voir un autre concessionnaire je lui demande un balancement ce qu'il effectue et en effet 3 pneus sur 4 de débalancer.

En plus la plus part du personnel sont anglophone et non pas l'air de comprendre le français.

Je ne recommande pas ce dealer.

A special kudos to the Mubariz, Finance team, though there are some technical issues, he handled them very patiently. Overall the experience is very good and recommended.

So after just 24 hours I got a response, it was a boilerplate response, but still a response. Any how it's now almost 2 weeks and they haven't contacted me, what a surprise.it's a shame really as I recently had my other MAZDA, a 2021 CX-30 GT in for service.

So I took my 2021 Mazda 3 Turbo in due to cabin noises and rattles. This is among the very worst issues to have, especially in a car that's 9 month old with little mileage, as it cheapens the car. I waited a couple of weeks to make the appointment so that I could pinpoint the location of the noises in order to make it easier for the tech. I also noted the types of roads where the noises were present. I finally took it in and I provided detailed info to the service manager. After a while they told me the tech drove it and heard nothing and they couldn't do anything. I understand if they don't hear it they can't fix it but it's impossible as I live with it every day, more than that they just dismissed it. No calls to say leave it with us over night and we'll drive it in the morning, no effort, I live in laval and wouldn't have gone if there wasn't an issue

Zero customer service, I went to get a car and the representative gave me a price. I asked if there was any discount and he said no, I said if I could talk to the manager and he replied "I will go ask the manager JUST FOR FUN" and I found it so disrespectful. The manager finally came and was so seriously stubborn. So I left and went to Honda next door where I was treated as a valued customer and got the car I wanted. That was my first experience at Mazda des Sources and I will definitely NOT go back for my future purchases. Not recommended

We’ve been looking for a used car for a few weeks and narrowed our search down to a couple of Mazda models. Jacob Dion kindly let us test both models out and was extremely straightforward and upfront about pricing and the merits and downsides of both vehicles.

Unfortunately the Mazda3 we were interested in sold to someone else but we were very impressed with the dealership and the customer service we received. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back in the future.

Des voleurs, j'ai acheté un véhicule la bas pour 30 milles avec taxes et les freins sont à faire au bout de 6000 kilomètres. J'ai voulu faire inspecter le véhicule ailleurs dans un garage indépendant avant de l'acheter mais le vendeur a réussi à me convaincre que non il allait faire une bonne inspection sur place. De plus on m'a vendu une panoplie de garantie juste pour faire encore plus d'argent sur mon dos quand a 85% du temps des garanties ajoutés le client est pas gagant mes plutôt le compagnie. Bref je recommande pas du tout mauvaise expérience.

This Mazda3 Sport was my first vehicle purchase and Mazda Des Sources was definitely the right choice. I never thought a used car could look and feel this brand new! The dealership was gorgeous and the reception staff were quick to greet me, which was something I hadn't experienced elsewhere, where I'd have to track down staff to help me.

The sales representative I worked with, Jacob Dion, was a great help in walking me through the process. One of the things that stood out immediately was how thorough Jacob was about the vehicle's maintenance and repair history, and drawing my attention to any cosmetic scratches. What used vehicle doesn't have a ding or two? Even though I wasn't prepared to buy any extras, I never felt pressured into doing so, and Jacob even helped recommended what products and brands are worth looking into on my own time.

When I walked in a couple days ago, I had no idea I would've walked out with my first car. Shawn Sullivan, my sales rep was wonderful. In the first few minutes in our conversation, he presented me the most beautiful car. As it is my first vehicle and my first purchase as a young adult, I was scared of being rushed and not understood but fortunately, I didn't feel any pressure during the negotiations. Love my Mazda 3, however this dealership leaves a lot to be desired. On multiple occasions I felt like they were taking advantage of the fact that I am a woman. Be on your guard with them, they do not care about their customers!

If you need a car, new or used, I highly recommend you stop into Mazda Des Sources and go see Sean Sullivan, a member of their great sales team. My story is complex, and sadly for Sean was very time consuming as well. Briefly: I was forced to shop for a vehicle much earlier than I had anticipated—and to boot, at the worst of times, during Covid-19 when I, like millions was out of work. I knew there would be no way I could afford a new or certified vehicle at that particular point in time. Nonetheless, and quite reluctantly, I walked into Mazda Des Sources to see what could be done about my delusional dream. This is where I met Mr. Sullivan. Over the course of several visits, Sean worked tirelessly with me; but my credit rating determined that I may need to wait a little longer to get into the vehicle of my choosing. Where most dealer Reps would have quit there, Sean, did not stop working for me; keeping in constant contact with me and updating me on vehicles within my budget as they became available. By December, I was finally ready. Over the next few weeks Sean again continued to work closely with me, and it should be noted that over this entire time frame, Sean had built 12 or 13 different quotes for me; I probably drove him nuts! I had him checking out payment options, deposit amounts reflected in the final costs, trade-in amounts, you name it, and each quote or mock-up example was handed to me with a smile. Through it all, he remained professional and eager, not only to help, but to get me into the car I really wanted.

I think Sean’s extra special touch whether he knows it or not, is his ability to see past the sale and read the human aspect of the situation of his client. Thanks to him I now sit in my very own Mazda SUV. All of my requests were met, and even some extra work that needed to be done at a later date (thanks to Covid protocol putting a halt on business) was done as promised. Sean is that kind of Rep that truly goes the extra mile without ever quitting on his client, nor pressuring them at any point in time. He has integrity and is honest. Simply put if you need to shop, feel very comfortable putting your trust into this team’s Reps, but in particular Sean Sullivan. Special thanks also to Ziad, Elon and Frank and Don N.and the guys at Service and Detailing who also were all involved, working together as one team, to help Sean get me the SUV I am in today. Bought an excellent Mazda 3 Sport from Jacob. Professional, courteous, honest - who could ask for more? We shopped around for a month and found that they inspired the most confidence of the places we visited.

As you can see for overall rating, I gave it 5 stars (at least for now, if anything changes, I'll update this). I wanted to buy my first car and Mazda Des Sources was the second dealership I went to and ended up buying used Mazda CX-5. Jacob Dion was the sales representative and he did absolutely great. I had a lot of questions which he did not hesitate to answer all of them. He also made sure everything that it was promised to be fixed, gets fixed before delivery day (he himself is a hands-on person ;)

This was a same day purchase. I knew what car I wanted, took it for a spin, then came back later to finalize the deal. Not much for the sales team to do, but Jacob guided me through the process and was a gentleman. The Sales Manager had typical old style approach but was alright. The FI manager was of no use beyond setting up the financing. For the extras they try to sell, he's either not been trained or didn't want to provide all the relevant details. Do your research on the extras before buying the car. I only purchased the remote starter. He initially provided me incorrect info, then got the correct info after I asked for confirmation of range and product documentation (which I never did receive). Also, if you order accessories (eg.floor carpets), there is an installation surcharge, but the salespeople don't call that out. I noticed it on the contract and had them refund the difference. Unfortunately with Covid restrictions I could not get a walkthrough of all the features so was on my own to figure it out.not the dealer's fault but perhaps they can provide links to videos or some basic info. In the end, the car is great. It's what I wanted and am enjoying the drive. And that's the most important thing to me.

Picked up my beautiful Ford Focus 2015 today. I must say mazda des source is probably one of the most professional dealership I have been to. While car searching i've been to a bunch of other ones the common trend is that the salesman is trying to sell you a car you don't need or simply out of your budget. Jacob was super honest with me told me the minor repairs that will need to be done on my Ford plus he did not try to sell me a car that is out of my budget. If you're looking to buy a new car definitely go see Jacob you won't go wrong with this choice. I will return for sure return to see Jacob when it is time to get another upgrade!

Bon service au départ, mais au moment de signer pour l'achat de la voiture, renégocie ce qui avait déjà été entendu la veille. Puis plus rien, aucune nouvelle du concessionnaire malgré les rappels de ma part. Je n'achèterai certainement pas de ce concessionnaire qui ne respecte pas les ententes.

J’ai acheté un véhicule d’occasion chez Mazda Des Sources et après avoir conclu la vente (paiement) rapidement pour répondre à la demande du vendeur, ce fut le début de plusieurs semaines d’attente, de relance et de frustration pour effectuer les réparations établies/garanties lors de la signature de la vente.

Le service client et la communication entre les divers départements de ce concessionnaire sont grandement déficients. Bien que les problèmes rencontrés avec mon véhicule ont été d’une manière ou d’une autre réglés, le temps investi, les vacances qui ont dû être repoussées, les nombreux rendez-vous, la désorganisation des divers employés et l’acharnement requis pour obtenir ce qui était garanti me forcent à ne PAS recommander ce concessionnaire.

Peut-être ai-je été malchanceuse durant chacune des étapes du processus d’achat, mais l’expérience fut trop éreintante et déplaisante pour la laisser sous silence.

I have to say its because of Mr. Moro I have my Mazda8 He is very polite, honest answering all our questions. Friendly atmosphere and extremely courteous. Everything is explained in detail providing a stress free experience in order to make a decision. Mr. Moro was extremely professional but also made you feel like a friend explaining everything in detail the entire sales experience was excellent.
