I had a fantastic experience at this dealership from start to end. I went to this dealership on January 15th just to have a look at the 2022 CX-5. Because of the chip shortage they only had a 2021 at the dealership; but it was better than nothing. Jerry was really helpful, he explained the differences between models and he explained the terms and conditions really well. I was then transferred the Andrew for financing, who was also really helpful. He was always available through e-mail; and he responded really quickly - even outside working hours. As it's my first car purchase, I had quite a lot of questions and I bothered him a lot; but he was really nice and professional throughout the process.
I picked up my car yesterday. There was one accessory missing (delayed shipment) and they missed something in the fine print (probably due to miscommunication) but those things didn't affect my overall experience at this dealership.
I was expecting a quick walkthrough of the car which didn't happen; but I think that's standard.

I bought a used Mazda CX-5 at this dealership in 2019 and I have to say. I wanted to test drive 6 of their cars and they let me do that without hesitation. At other dealerships they don’t seem to want the trouble of letting people test drive too many of their cars but the fact that at St Jacques they let me and even asked if I wanted to test drive more was wonderful. I was 100% satisfied and will go back! The guy who served us Sammi was awesome.

J'ai pris un rendez-vous pour un véhicule usagé.
30 minutes avant le rendez-vous je rapelle pour confirmer le rendez-vous ainsi que la disponibilité. On me dit que tout est beau!

On m’a toujours lavé mon véhicule après un service rendu, mais cette fois-ci, le monsieur m’a répondu qu’ils n’avaient pas de temps!

I bought a used 2015 Subaru Impreza in Oct of 2021. I moved to Ontario Nov 1 2021. I could not pass the safety, I had to buy 4 winter tires. I am sitting in my garage having my all season tires that were included with the purchase, installed. Oh no I’m not. I am buying new tires because they gave me the wrong size tires, obviously not the ones that came with. Oddly when the car was ready for pick up the tires were not in the car. Many excuses later someone delivered the tires all wrapping plastic ready for my move. I was taken advantage of and I will accept blame for not checking these tires upon delivery. Just beware this organization has many dishonest individuals. No one has ever responded to my texts or emails. Beware

Ma blonde est trop gêné pour se plaindre mais elle est allé chez vous pour une pose de pneus et changement d'huile et est ressorti avec une facture de 580$

Ils ont fait un changement de liquide a frein sans lui demande.

La portion changement d'huile était de 220$

Bref attention aux femmes seules ou aux personnes qui ne s'y connaissent pas du tout, certains aviseur chez eux semblent en profiter.

J’ai eu un très mauvais service à la location de mon véhicule ainsi qu’à l’achat à la fin du contrat de location chez Mazda Gabriel St-Jacques. Les employés sont arrogants. Mon expérience fût beaucoup plus agréable auprès des autres concessionnaires avec lesquels j’ai fait affaire et plus jamais je ne ferai affaire avec eux.

Service à la clientèle médiocre et Jerry est d’une attitude condescendant. La suite est à venir. Je déconseille fortement ce concessionnaire.

The seller lacked experience and when I notified him that there was a problem with the car I was trying, he wanted to make me believe it was a normal thing. Trust automatically lost.

Update 6 months later. A little issue came up w/the upgraded mags that I got from the dealer. The dealership's manager Ilia Baranov heard me out and took swift action. After sales service is amazing. They don't just give you the keys a hope you never come back for any help. Mazda Canada and Mazda Motor Corporation should take note of the amazing service, pro-customer attitude and pro-Mazda performance from Ilia Baranov.

Ils m'ont vendu une voiture occasion impropre à l'interieur. Il m'ont dit que la voiture sera nettoyée lorsque je viendrais le chercher. Ils ont juste passer un jet d'eau à l'exterieur. Et lorsque j'ai fait la remarque le vendeur me dit qu'on passe la voiture au jet d'eau à l'extérieur c'est tout! De plus une journée après la clé à distance ne marchait pas. Réponse du vendeur: on te l'a vendu telle qu'elle et on ne peut rien faire, essaie de changer la batterie pour voir. Dans leur annonce il ont déclaré que le véhicule est inspecté et tout fonctionne. Ce n'est pas la vérité vraiment. Faites attention.  Je ne recommande pas de faire affaire avec eux. Dès que tu paies, tu est cuit, même avant de donner une avance faite attention.

My 2021 Mazda CX-30 GT AWD Turbo is undeniably a real gem. Its quality is solid and its style is cutting edge in luxury, sportiness and driveability. It exceeds all my expectations. The “Deep Crystal Blue Mica” is in a class of its own.

On a more personal level, I wish to express my gratitude to Mr. Serge-Guy Veilleux (sales) for his courtesy, professionalism, product knowledge and excellent service. He made my experience with Mazda as a first-time customer enjoyable. I definitely have no regrets switching my loyalty from Honda to Mazda. Après avoir magasiné auprès de plusieurs concessionnaires Mazda, nous avons finalement décidé d'acheter notre voiture chez Mazda Gabriel St-Jacques.
Nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits de l'expérience d'achat avec notre représentant Arnaud Le Gonidec et nous le recommandons sans hésiter. Arnaud nous a rapidement mis en confiance et a été extrêmement aidant dans le choix dans notre voiture. Très bien informé sur les modèles, il nous a guidé dans notre choix et nous n'avons jamais senti la moindre pression, incluant pour le choix des options, et Arnaud était vraiment à l'écoute de nos besoins. Il s'est montré très flexible et disponible, incluant après l'achat. De plus, le reste du personnel avec qui nous avons interagit a été extrêmement chaleureux et aidant.
Je recommande donc sans hésiter ce concessionnaire et en particulier Arnaud comme vendeur!

Je suis franchement déçu du service reçu, nous avons acheter une voiture au mois de juillet, nous avons payer en plus pour avoir les pneus d'hiver monter sur des Rim. Résultat, 1 les essuie glace n'était pas bon y'a fallu les changer.
2.je met mes pneus d'hiver et la pression était pas bonne et les pneus ne sont pas équilibrer, rendu sur l'autoroute ma voiture tremble et moi je panique. Après les avoir contacter il veulent nous charger encore un autre montant pour équilibrer les pneu, alors que cela aura du être fait la dernière fois. Ils ont mal fait leur travail et même si au téléphone, le gars nous a confirmer que c'étais pas normal, que les pneu aurais du être équilibrer, il ne veule que l'on REPAIE ENCORE pour le même service!
Pu jamais faire affaire avec eux ils ont été malhonnêtes

Service department is disorganized at best. They don't follow their own checklists or keep their files up to date. They don't warn you before doing work even if you ask in writing to be informed. As for the sales department, they are very responsive before the sale but not so much afterward. In my case they also provided inaccurate info about the lease before signing that cost me hundreds of dollars down the road. I don't trust either department and try to avoid dealing with them as much as possible.

Awful Experience.
Test drove a car on a Thursday, put a 500$ dollar deposit for the car the next day. Was called back on Monday and told the car was sold.

Very upsetting experience with the service department. This is my first car and my first tire change. I was told it would take 2-3h to change my tires when I first booked my appointment back in October and re-confirmed it in person on the day of my appointment. I waited 3 hours at the dealership so they can tell me they actually need the car for the whole day. My boyfriend was with me when I asked them how long it would take and never did they mention they needed the car for the WHOLE day, not over the phone, not in person. Not even an apology offered.
EDIT Dec 1 2020: their service manager still hasn’t contacted me like they said they would.

Un service en français, le vouvoiement est de mise, et un service rapide, impeccable, le tout dans la constance. Le spécialiste au service est toujours serviable et tente de vous accommoder, de trouver des solutions. Également, je trouve qu'ils sont de la vieille école et pour le mieux, des valeurs d'affaires honorables!

I purchased a Mazda CX-5 at the end of August from Mazda Gabriel. The sales agent who worked with me was Issa Jawad. This was a very positive experience, especially because of Issa's incredible professionalism. Issa is first-rate: extremely helpful, patient, thoughtful, kind, and careful. Since this was my first purchase of a car, I really appreciated this kind of patience. Precisely because there was no pressure, and the effort was on being helpful, it made me lean toward a Mazda purchase compared to other options. My car is only three years old (bought a demo) and already both my keys don’t work and the audio system does not work. Brought it in to get fixed and was informed that it would cost me 150$ for them to make an attempt to fix it. There were no guarantees that they would be able to fix the problem and I would still pay $150 whether or not they fixed it. They were also unable to determine how much it would eventually cost to fix it. I understand that things work differently at a car dealership, compared to a normal retailer, but the idea of me paying 150$ with no guarantees that it will fix the issue does not work for me

Car is amazing! I can't lie about that but the aftersales I'm getting here is terrible. Once they have your money, they don't care.

Ma mère a acheté et fait entretenir des Mazda chez Gabriel pendant 10 ans, toujours avec Andrew. Toujours été satisfaite. À mon tour maintenant, j'ai acheté un véhicule d'occasion récemment. Très bon service, jamais je n'ai senti de pression typique qu'on voit chez plusieurs concessionnaires. Approche humaine et simple de tout le monde aux ventes, incluant mon vendeur Chris. Bon prix compétitif en plus, pas de cachettes. Assuré que je continue à faire entretenir mon véhicule chez eux.

Bought a used Mazda from this dealer. They never told us the battery had been recalled for that model. We've had CONSTANT problems with battery, from the first week of owning. Dealer would not stand by product- after numerous attempts to explain our problems. And would not replace battery. Was not forthright about this car and its defective electrical system. AWFUL- Never, never Gabriel again

They have been so helpful and patient. It wasn't easy finding a vehicle I liked or if I did I could barely get to test drive it during a pandemic. But let me tell you. THEY MADE IT HAPPEN. Where others dealers took weeks to get back to me with a car available to test drive they also couldn't match the deals I got at Mazda Gabriel. They walked me through, never pushy and even when I asked a million and one questions from the make, past issues, rumors etc. THEY KNEW THEIR STUFF where other dealers misinformed. So greatful to have met them and I'm glad to be back. I had leased a Mazda 3 sport in 2007 and loved my journey then. I’ve been driving a Mazda 3 since 2009. A few weeks ago, I started shopping around for a new vehicle and knew I wanted a Mazda CX5. I went into 3 different Mazda dealerships but then I finally/thankfully found Andrew. My entire process from start to finish was the easiest thing I’ve ever had to do. He was patient, accommodating, reliable and very trustworthy. I felt extremely comfortable, never pressured, and very confident with my purchase as Andrew left no detail unnoticed. He was efficient and thorough both during the purchasing process, as well as afterwards. I felt as though my best interest was the most important part of the sale and that to me is a very big deal. I LOVE my new vehicle, but; it’s the service for me – 10/10!
