This will be a long read, but I think it will benefit future buyers. I bought a used Range Rover and traded it in for my old car with Jad Casper, he is a great salesman and he did his best to help me with the problem I reported. However, I give this place zero customer satisfaction when it comes to upper management and after sales.

Two weeks later, I discovered that the remaining amount of my old car that I sold to this company wasn’t being paid by them. The bank continued to withdraw the installment of my old car even though I paid the amount to Mazda Saint Laurent as part of the price I owed to buy the Range Rover.

Jad did his best to solve the issue, but none of those responsible for the matter, especially the senior management, responded to the matter to solve the problem, and no one answered the phone if I contacted them personally. So far this problem has not been solved.

If you really value customer satisfaction, professionalism, communication and someone who won't take you on a hunt, avoid this place. Salute to Jad for doing his best where the administration accountent and mangers failed.

This will be a long read but hopefully helpful for future buyers. I bought a used Mercedes-Benz CLA45 in end of April with Jad Kasper who is an amazing salesman and went above and beyond for me. That said, I am giving this place 1 start for the lack of customer satisfaction when it came to upper management.

Two week into owning the car, it came to my attention that the car was sold to me with a defective differential which I made aware to the my salesman. His hands were bound and I had to get in touch with Lilo Ali who is the manager for used cars. I must have called the place 10 times on different occasions and it was always going to voicemail (You will have better luck getting in touch with the Prime minister of Canada). Instead of owning up to their oversight, the only solution they offered was for me to wait a month for my insurance to kick in which I reluctantly agreed. During this whole exchange, Lilo seemed disinterested and apathetic towards the whole situation. I also communicated to Lilo and Jad that in case insurance would not cover some of the charges and that the dealership would take care of it. I have an email of them confirming our in person discussion and that no cost would come out of my end.

Left my car at the hands of management. Close to a month goes by with no communication or updates. Again, I had to go in person to get some communication. In the end, I took the car to a garage myself and Jad made sure I got a courtesy car. After all repairs were done, insurance did not cover some of the charges which I paid. I presented the invoice to Lilo and he wanted me to go back to the garage because my method of payment was not satisfactory for a reimbursement (I paid cash for my repairs). I went back to the garage and they did try calling Mazda Gabriel St-laurent on my behalf to confirm that I have paid the said amount on the invoice but as you might have guess it, no one picked up the phone or got back to the voicemail.

If you truly value customer satisfaction, professionalism, communication and someone that won't take you on a goose chase avoid this place. Shoutout to Jad for trying his best where management failed.

Just bought a bmw x1 2017 from lilo and Jad and i will like to thank them for there great service and honesty and transparency.

Il y a un ans, j'ai eût besoin d'une réparation urgente lors d'un passage à Montréal (J'habite Toronto). Le service était bon et relativement rapide (j'espère pour le prix) mais depuis je me fait harceller régulièrement par des textos pour du service ou des promotions. J'ai beau répondre "DESA" ou "VENDU" tel qu'indiqué mais ça ne cesse pas. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi j'ai être mise sur cette liste car je n'y ai pas consentie, et c'est complètement illogique vu la distance de mon domicile. J'ai dû les téléphoner pour faire une plainte à ce sujet, en espérant que les textos cessent une fois pour toutes.

Je vous conseille fortement de demander pour Mr. Élie au moment de votre visite au département des pièces. Il est extrêmement passionné et professionnel. Grâce à lui j’ai réussi à commandé une disaine de pièces

I have never dealt with or been to this dealership.yet they somehow have my email and phone number AND name to email and call about a car for sale on facebook where no personal information was ever given out not even my real name. When i called to ask why this person at the dealer has my contact info the receptionist was very nice about it but couldnt give an answer.

Faites attention si vous achetez une voiture d’occasion chez ce concessionnaire. J’ai acheté une voiture d’occasion à 21 000 $ et ils ne m’ont pas donné la « lock nut » compatible pour les « mags » de cette voiture. Il m’est donc impossible de changer mes roues pour l’instant et je dois moi même commander la lock nut. Même après les avoir appelé plusieurs fois, ils ne s’occupent pas du problème. Très mauvais service après vente.

My experience sucked, i was there for the mazda 3 2014, and i was refused to get a loan, Carine the financial director did not put the effort to find me a financial istitution for a loan approvel, thank god, yesterday i got a hyundai accent 2018 from another dealer and now i am all set.

I have been going to Mazda Gabriel St Laurent for vehicle service for over 5 years now and have recently finished the lease process and just had the vehicle delivered. The service provided by Umar has been exceptional for finding and selecting the vehicle. I felt he genuinely cared about my needs and took the time to go through the variations in rates and prices for several different models along with getting me the answers I needed for any questions I had both before and after delivery. My experience with Carine was very positive as well for finalizing the lease contract and selecting only the extra protections I needed. The manager of the dealership, Moro, was extremely pleasant and helpful to interact with providing me with a space to take an important meeting call while in the middle of the sales process. Totally recommend this dealership for buying or leasing your vehicle, as well as for the maintenance needs for your vehicle.

J'ai été aidé ma blonde a acheter ca première voiture. Le vendeur a tout de suite vue qu'elle ne s'y connaissait en rien. Alors quand elle est revenu seule pour signer ils lui ont vendu plein d'autres garanties et assurance inutile en lui disant ''C'est juste xx$ de plus. '' sans spécifié que c'est aux 2 semaines sur des paiements de 7ans avec intérêt.ce qui lui revient au final a la moitié du prix de sa voiture pour des calis d'assurance et garantie prolongé en cas de bris de toute sorte. Pi le plus beau la dedans c'est que quand quelque chose brise ben cette pièce la n'est jamais sur la garantie.

Le vendeur a aussi prit soin d'ajouter des frais de préparations qui sont selon L'opc pas légal. Soit disant des frais pour laver le véhicule (qui nous a été remis avec des taches de sang a l'intérieur et qui était clairement pas lavé.)

Ils vont vous dire que pour avoir le droit au bas taux d'intérêt tel qu'affiché, tu va devoir acheter une garantie de plus alors que c'est totalement faux. Quand j'ai appeler le conseiller de la banque qui font les prêts de voiture, ils mont dit que c'est une entente avec tout les financements de mazda et que mazda a juste utiliser leurs bas taux d'intérêt pour vendre une option inutile de plus a leurs clients.

Soly est pas seulement vendeur mais un excellent conseiller.
Il a tout fait pour me faciliter la vie, était disponible en tout temps et a toute heure. Il a pris soin de moi comme on prend soin d'un ami.
Carine aussi a été disponible et flexible pour moi.
Je recommande fortement.

UPDATE - Picked up my new car today at Mazda Gabriel St-Laurent and I must say that the manufacturer's new lean towards a "premium" feel in their product goes hand-in-hand with the premium treatment this dealership shows its customers. I was in the same great team's hands again, and even got some friendly help with the car's software setup from a technician from the service department! Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Went 2 weeks ago very nice looking dealer
but bad salesrep by the name of joe
too bad we fell on him
but stay away from this guy very pushy he was so arrogant and very rude he doesn't know his mazda product at all.he kept saying you sign today i will give you the best deal and was getting aggravated bad temper.i felt i was at (marche au puce) with the attitude he was projecting.too bad i guess management was blind when they hired him.my niece wanted to see the new 2019's we went to another mazda were she bought her new 2019 mazda 3 gs she is very happy
the sales rep didn't even call us the next day for follow up unpleasant service.

Customer service is disgusting and rude. As well it seems that the service team is pushed to sell and or forced to change things because you can't go in there with out having them try and force different things onto you. Last time I had my check up they were about to change something that would have cost be 600$with out checking with me. Not to mention the service hours force you to take a day off of work to actually be able to go. So they are aggressive force you to pay more and you lose a days work. Never getting a Mazda again.
