Their shellac price is overrated around $80, was not impressed but the staff is nice and good for laser treatment.

Très belle expérience avec Dania, j’ai fait l’épilation laser au bikini. J’étais tres gener au début mais Dania ma tout de suite rassuré et m’a mise a l’aise. Le traitement est très bien fait, très professionnel!

C’est mon institut préféré dans tout montreal. D’apres Mon expérience ce sont les meilleurs dans l’epilation massage et manucures pédicure, aussi le traitement Laser avec Dania est excellent vraiment le service incroyablement professionnel et elle te donne des conseils d’une vraie pro qui sait ce qu’elle fait!

I've lived in the area for years and never thought to stop in until recently. I've been seeing Shelley for my eyebrows and waxing and she is by far the best wax lady I've ever had. She's so fast and it's virtually painless when she does it compared to some other places I've been. I'm so sad I'm moving, wish I'd gone here sooner.

J’ai commencé à aller à l’Institut MC, parce que j’avais besoin de faire de l’électrolyse. Non seulement Dania se charge de ce service, mais elle a complètement analysé ma peau dès mon premier rendez-vous et elle m’a suggéré des produits pour l’aider (ça fait des années que je me bas contre mes problèmes de peau). Ma peau a complètement changé! Je sors d’un facial avec elle et je n’ai jamais vu ma peau aussi belle, je suis vraiment satisfaite! Vraiment un bel endroit, toutes les employées sont super sympathiques et professionnelles, je recommande à 100%!

Je recommande vivement cet institut Shelly a été super avec moi. Je m’étais pas épilé depuis un an et je m’attendais à souffrir mais elle a été super efficace et vraiment très douce, je la recommande vivement merci! 25 minutes c’était faite!

Cet endroit est sans équivoque l’un des plus beau centre esthétique de Montréal et de ses environs. Il compte plusieurs services et traitements ultra professionnels ainsi qu’une large gamme de produits pour la peau de niveau international.

Après presque deux décennies à fréquenter cet Institut, je suis toujours aussi épaté par le service professionnels du personnel et de la constante évolution de ce joyau qu’est l’Institut MC. L’expérience est toujours parfaite grâce à la fabuleuse équipe et la propriétaire.

L’essayer c’est l’adopter.

Service impeccable! Les dames sont très acceuillantes! Et mon esthéticienne Dania, elle est fantastique! Très professionnelle. Je suis satisfaite du résultat. Je vous la recommande.

Magnifique environnement fraîchement rénové. Toujours propre et invitant.
Les employées y sont toutes très gentilles. Même si une séance d’électrolyse n’est jamais très très plaisante, Dania rends le tout plus tolérable. Elle est professionnelle, toujours souriante et accommodante.

Always a joy to come here. Everyone is super friendly and professional. I did a bunch of different treatments here and was always happy. Dania is the girl Ido my treatments with and shes also the reason I have great skin now. I 100% recommend this place.

I haven’t done a waxing for about 8 years. I am always hesitant going to new estheticians, but I will be coming back. Shelly did an amazing job for my Brazilian. The process was virtually painless compared to other experiences. She also did a thorough job and was very friendly. Very satisfied with my experience!

Super expérience a l’institut autant coté soins du visage que massage! Service tres professionnel. Je vous recommande fortement Katherine, elle prend le temps d’écouter vos besoins et de vous conseiller selon tout type de budget en plus!

Pour faire suite a une dame qui est pas contente qu’un tim soit a côté, ben moi je suis plus qu’heureuse qu’un tim soit si près pour ensuite amener un café a mon esthéticienne qui a fait des miracles avec ma peau!

Ne marchez pas mais courez a cet endroit c’est génial!

I started taking laser treatment for facial hairs. The lady who is providing services is so gentle and professional. I would recommend this place for hair removal sessions.

I think I was just unlucky, but unfortunately did not have a great experience at this place as 2 out of 2 of my appointments were canceled same day with no alternative or attempt to accommodate.

First, I scheduled a consultation for laser a weekday at 11am. At 9am that day, I get a call (which I missed) from them to request I come in 15m earlier as it would really “help out with their scheduling”. As I work and was planning to come in on my break, I couldn’t accommodate the request and didn’t return their call.

Fast forward to 10: 45,15m prior to my appointment time, I get a call from them saying that the technician they scheduled for me is going home sick and that my appointment is cancelled and will need to be rescheduled. Mind you, I’m literally in my car about to arrive at the place by then. Never mind the fact that I’m coming in for a consultation which literally anyone of their staff should be able to do. I had to push lightly with the receptionist, (letting her know that I’m already almost there and asking if no one else would be available to squeeze me in for a consult) for them to figure an alternative arrangement and reschedule me to 11: 15 with another tech.

I arrived at 11 (because I again, was already en route when they canceled) and here’s the kicker: at some point while I’m in the waiting area, one of the receptionists (thinking I don’t speak English apparently?) joins her colleague in the back where their forms are and goes: “I told her TWO times that it was cancelled! ” Pointing in my direction. To which her colleague replies: “yes I know, anyways gonna go see if she’s ok with an English form. ”

The whole thing was so bizarre, because I could hear them perfectly well. It’s a very small lobby. The receptionist who pointed at me then went out of her way to greet me in English after I accepted the English form. I get that they were harried because of all the cancellations from their tech being out sick, but why take it out on your customers?

To make matters worse, I wasn’t received for the consultation until past 11: 30 because the tech didn’t know I was on her schedule (?) and the subsequent appointment I had made to receive said laser treatment was again canceled the morning of due to tech being out sick *again*.

Overall I have not felt comfortable or welcomed at this place (to the point that I’m exploring other salons instead of rescheduling my cancelled appointment) and I strongly believe that’s part of the experience I pay for as a customer. It’s not my first time at an esthetician either and have never had an experience like this. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the tech who did my consultation was lovely.

*EDIT: Since my review, the owner of the Salon Stephanie reached out to me to hear my feedback and was very gracious about the situation. I can’t give the experience a five star because I did have said hiccups, and in the end, went with another salon for my treatment, but feel more confident that my experience was indeed just a one off and that this is an establishment where customer feedback is taken seriously and addressed promptly.

The service and the wax was okay for three days and after that I started to get itchy and have red strawberry dots all over I got waxed they say it’s folliculitis which is pretty much a infection of hair follicles. I called other waxing beauty professionals and they said it might he cause by dirty unsanitary tools.

Une pédicure avec l’esthéticienne Rina est une expérience extrêmement agréable, elle est excellente, très douce, perfectionniste et le résultat est vraiment parfait, à refaire!

It was my first time waxing my bikini and Erica made me feel beyond comfortable, she was super super nice and comforting. She made it quick and talked me through the appointment. Also the ladies who answer the phone to book the appointments are also super sweet which is always nice! Definitely recommend and will go back!

I been waxing here for 3years now.friendly staff and clean place.the workers take their time when waxing and go the extra mile. Abit pricey.but I would still recommend the place.

I started full legs and chin laser sessions in Feb, and my experience is very positive. I already noticed major decrease in my hair growth (5th session legs & chin, 3rd session thighs.).
Audrey is very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything to me from the beginning, and answered all my picky questions with pleasure. Everytime i go to my appointment, she makes sure that i had a full hair growth to get the best results, if not she postpones it. During the session she's attentive and asks me if i am ok or if i am being bothered by the tiny occasional stinging or heat.

I definitely recommend it, and will try other services in the future.

It was a really great experience with therapist zouhour she is really good in massage her way is really professional she worked on my sore muscles and on my neck because i was really in pain and tired but she did amazing job and i feel so relax after

It's clean, calm and with good new machines. I am very picky about cleanliness when it comes to skin care, and this is one of the few places I felt comfortable receiving service. I got laser treatment on body and face here and my beauty specialist Erika always treats me with utmost care and respect and listens to all my concerns. I am satisfied with her and the institute.

I've been to a lot of places for massages but I keep coming back here for Louise because she really knows what she's doing! I have a lot of neck, back and shoulder pain and she eases the tension every time I visit her. She is kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and overall one of the best massage therapists I have ever visited.
