The prices are exorbitant for the quality and variety of flowers and how quickly they die compared to other places. You do not pay for value, here. The employees are wonderful though.

Her bougets are always perfect no matter the budget. Nice variety of flowers and arrangements!
If you tell them bouquet in water in many hours, they will put tubes of water. A little pricey.it is T. M. R. Enjoy!

Go here if you want to pay a premium. Bought roses for mothers day. Cost me 45$ and they looked like they were dying. Found cheaper and nicer roses in plaza cote des neiges for less than half the price the same day.

My mom in Labrador had been using this Florist for years to send me flowers on the plateau. Yesterday my birthday bouquet was delivered with no water tubes or anything to keep them moist at the bottom to keep flowers fresh. I have squished daisies. Wilted roses. Dried up little daisies that are brown. Sorry but 14,99$ bouquet from jean Coutu is better than this. I am really disappointed that anyone felt putting less than fresh flowers in a bouquet and charging premium florist price is acceptable. Never again. Would love to share a picture of what I have here.

Tres bon fleuriste. Les Iris sont magnifiques et sentent vraiment bon. Par contre les roses n'ont pas d'odeur. C'est dommage.

Fleurs hors de prix, fleuriste qui ne respecte pas la demande du client et fait un bouquet 4 fois le budget demandé. Ne demande pas au client si ca lui convient et encode le tout pour être sûr que le client paie. Première et dernière fois chez ce fleuriste, c'est clairement de l'arnaque!

Nous sommes allés pour des fleurs de funérailles. Après avoir attendu 20 minutes qu’elle finisse avec une autre cliente, elle nous propose de regarder un livre. Nous faisons nos choix et commençons à discuter. Un autre client entre après nous. Il regarde mais après quelques minutes, il semble vouloir quitter. Elle nous plante là! Et elle va servir l’autre client! Première et dernière fois dans cet établissement!

J'ai toujours eu un excellent service à cet endroit. L'endroit est très beau et relaxant.

Truc: s'ils n'ont pas un type de fleur spécifique que vous recherchez, vous pouvez leur demander de commander la fleur chez le fournisseur directement. Il suffit simplement de les avertir au moins 2 jours à l'avance.

My partner went in for a small bouquet for a gift and I noticed that one of the flowers looked really rough (definitely not fresh) and so I returned to the shop to see if they would trade it for a fresher one. The lady behind the counter went on to tell me that she informed my partner that she was giving him a deal in exchange for it. She blatantly lied to me. All my partner had told her was his budget and color preference.
She did say she would give me another one this one time but her she seemed more annoyed than anything so I left the flower on the counter and left the shop.
This was not the first time my partner had purchased flowers from here but it was the first time he was served by this woman and this experience was very disappointing.
