McDonald's

The food is ok, the problem is that one of my family member's bag got stolen in this Mcdonald's. The security of this Mcdonald's is very bad, I think all the security camera are not functioning. The supervisor doesn't like he want to help at all, he just tell us to call the police which we did. The layout of this restaurant is very easy for thief to do their job.

Sur mon app de McDo ça dit que ça ferme à 23h00, ici ça dit que ça ferme à 21h00 pis ça fait trois fois que je m'essaye à 20h00,19h00 et même 18h00 et c'est TOUJOURS fermé? Ça n'a pas l'air fermé définitivement pourtant? Je ne comprends pas.

I attempted to speak French- I'm quite poor at it - and the staff at the counter were gracious & helpful.
Thank you to the elderly gentleman who went out of his way to make me feel welcome, and ensured my order was correct

Placed online order at 8: 50 and they were supposed to close 10pm. But gave excuses they can't make it and store is closing at 8: 55pm. Worst service by manager and employee.

I would like to say thank you the the older gentleman that served me early in the morning on Saturday. I think he was a manager. Even though my French is awful he was extremely helpful and jolly. Made me laugh and warmed my heart! Thank you for being so welcoming! Blessings to you!

This place has a upper level lookout over Rue Saint Jean, not crowded when we visited.we went there se ond time in 5 years since we last visited quebec, still our fav place for hot cakes and coffee breakfast while crowd watching on the Rue SJ

Déjà vu plus beau parcours b assez ordinaire plusieurs verts en mauvais état espérons mieux d'ici quelques semaines.

C'était très enrichissant comme expérience culturelle. Nous avons pu voir comment les gens vivent dans cet environnement si différent du notre. Parcontre, le petit commentaire des employés en lien avec notre commande fut de trop. Merci

J'Y suis allée le 10 octobre. Aucune mesure d'hygiène covid. Plein de monde, personne ne leur demande de se laver les mains. Les écrans pour commander ne sont pas lavés. Trop de petits jeunes qui enlevaient leur marque, il faut de la surveillance dans ce genre d'endroit bondé de petits jeunes énervés.

Même pas capable de livrer la bonne commande. Une fois sur deux il y a un article manquant ou un mauvais. C’est pourtant pas compliqué. En plus c’est marqué sur la facture.

My friend and I just got back from mcdo and we both got sick.my friend threw up and I had unbearable stomach pains!
I do not recommend it to anybody!

A recent stay in Quebec found this place. This was an unexpected treasure treat. The cost here in Quebec to USA was little high in cost. It’s not so much the cost but the taxes on everything that decreases your pleasure. This place was close to wear I was staying and I was able to get pumpkin spice coffee and my favorite grilled chicken while staying in Quebec.

Lieu moyennement propre et les poubelle debordais malgres le nombre peu elever de client dans le resto au momment de mon passage

It was quick and easy to order our meal via the tap to order machine. It was packed, but not too packed that you couldn't sit in to eat if you wanted to. The only down side was my husband ordered a cheese and bacon burger, he got a double cheese burger instead.
