The kiosk machine was a little difficult to use because the touch sensitivity was too low. And the machine had an internal error that wouldn't print the receipt so it could be difficult for someone with a language barrier to communicate the issue to staff.

Thankfully, we were still able to get our order filled. They missed a pack of fries with the happy meal. We sat down to eat so once we noticed and mentioned it they sorted it out and we got our fries and enjoyed the meal and atmosphere. It was a lunch rush and someone probably forgot.

Le service est rendu lamentable le matin faut toujours se coller sur le côté pour recevoir une simple commande rendu 20-25 min avoir un trio le matin! À travailler et rapidement

Went to order 4 snack mcflurries. I paid then waited at the Window for 8 minutes while there were 4 out of 5 employees in the drive thru area talking and hugging while my order was ready by the only person working and melting on the counter.when the girl gave me my order through the window, I told her to give the orders to the customers instead of chatting with her colleagues. She gave me the dirtiest look when I said that!

La fille au service au volant etait vraiment chiante! Pas de mander le brevage pour le joyeux festin et y’avait du ketchup meme sur pain hamburger. Non recommander!

If I had a choice of a - STAR I would choose that one!
Stopped in for a break from ridding in the rain on a motorcycle, wanted to have something to eat and because we were from Ontario and we did not have the QR code but did have our prove of both vaccines and our drivers license. The manager said he couldn’t serve us! Really, we told him we got serve all over we just came from St- George de Beauce and as long as we proved we got our vaccins we had no problem. His answer was: good for you but not hear! Found the really, really rude! So did the clients seating inside. Continue serving people like that and it won’t be because of COVID you close but your manager treating your clients like that! But the good news we went to Subway next door to you and we got serve with a smile of course showing the prove of vaccinations but no problem!

Love that as an Anglophone I can order and receive food without having any hard time with translations at the counter via the in store order kiosks.

Ça fait plusieurs fois que je commande la bas et toujours erreur après erreur ça c'est si ta bouffe est pas froide ou presque
Et le temps d'attente au drive-thru! Wow té pris en otage tellement des fois c'est long

Stationnement très mal pensé pour un McDo qui s'affiche sur l'autoroute. Impossible de stationner avec un VR ou une remorque la moindrement longue.

The food is prepared right at this location and the coffee is almost always perfect. They can be a bit slow at times though.

Commande: 1 McMuffin.

Après 10 minutes, j'ai demandé si tout était ok avec ma commande.
Après 15, aussi.
Après 23 minutes, j'ai quitté les lieux sans McMuffin, ni remboursement.

Moi je donnerai aucune étoile ce vendredi 25min pour un rap éclair il fesait cuire le poulet franchement wow il ont passer 3 personne avec de grosse commande qui attendait eux aussi il avait 5auto qui attendait en m'incluant pas de bon sens jespere pour un vendredi il vont remédier à ca ses vendredi congé souper ok ca fait énième fois que ça m'arrive a ce mc do. Ses tout ce que j'ai à dire bonne soirée à tous

They don't even look at the order numbers when you order at the car pick up LOL the guy is running around with the orders outside

Ordered three trios and a happy meal at the drive-thru. They said for the trios I’ll have to wait four minutes at the reserved parking. Waited for 10 minutes nothing happened, so I went inside to check. The attendant brought the bags of order. Got home only to find out one trio was missing. Called them for the refund as they said I had to go all the way back for refund if I had a receipt. I checked the bags and no receipt was inside! A full experience…

Always fast, orders are always correct and if there are any issues they are more than happy to help.

Horrible drive-through 15minutes waiting waiting and waiting. They should go and see Beauharnois's Tim Hortons drive through (2 minutes max) in rush hour!

Vraiment enrageant, se faire obstiner par 3 employés dont un gérant qu'il n, 'y a pas de laot frappé aux fraise à 2 $ quand ça passe en continu sur le tableau intérieur et extérieur.
Quand on apporte la preuve sur photo et le montre on se fait dire que ça doit être un erreur ou prendre un coupon.

Il font maintenant payer la sauce bbq 35 sous et sauce mayo 25 sous hahaha byebye mcdo pu jamais

Très déçu commande un bagel bacon et oeuf en trio et ce n'est qu'au moment de payer que l'on me dit Ah il n'y a plus de bagel désolé. Décevant pour le reste la dame très polie!

No napkins (can't order napkins through app), no sugar in coffee, ordered 6 ketchup and 4 pepper as condiments (got 3 ketchup, 2 wet salt packets and 1 pepper that was empty). Don't bother ordering extra anything on burger, had 1 tiny pickle, a drop of ketchup, 2 pieces of onion bits. Stingy. Burger was dry (how?), Chicken was cold. McDonald prides itself on a basic level of quality, this one is below anything you could imagine.

J'arrive tout juste du service à l'auto: dans ma commande il y avait entres autres 2 sauces aigre-douce et 1 sauce bbq. J'ai eu 3 sauces bbq. J'avais commandé un 1/4 de livres BLT sans cornichons et j'ai eu 1/4 de livre pas BLT et sans oignons (sans doute de la commande de quelqu'un d'autre. Ceci arrive régulièrement. Il y a quelques semaines j'avais commandé 2 mcmuffins extra bacon et j'ai eu 2 mcmuffins avec saucisse. Une fois de temps en temps, je comprend. Mais quand il y a erreur 1 fois sur 2, ca passe moins.

I love McDonald's so much more than the other day and I love the French fries too much and it's a good thing to do so I don't have to pay for it for a while and I don't want to eat too much food for a few days and I will try to get a good deal on the next few days and I will be happy to help out with the rest of the family and my friends with me and I will be there for you and your kids will be a great help to you and your family and your friends will always be there for you and I will be happy to help you out with any of the above mentioned items in the article on the website and the other one is the best way to get a good deal on the next few days and I will be happy with the price of the new house in the next few months so I can get a new one but I don't like to have a new houses for a few months now and I don't want to be in the same place as I am now

Aucune réponse des propriétaires lorsque vous leurs écrivez.
Et ils prennent bien soin de ne pas vous remettres la facture. Question d'éviter les plaintes chez McDonald's.

A good McDonald's amongst many; I go there sporadically and sometimes have complicated orders that they don't usually make mistakes, which is always a boon. People working there are always cheerful and polite.

Parmi les McDo où je suis allée, celui de Beauharnois en est un avec un service rapide à toutes heures du jour et les employés sont courtois!
La gérante Manon est super gentille!

Le service à l'auto est très lent. On peut attendre plus de 5 minutes pour un café. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi c'est si long quand il y a 4 ou 5 employés qui discutent ensemble devant les machines sans rien faire

Love McDonald's coffee especially when it is a $1.00 any size which is great have this little sale often

Came here to grab a coffee with my dad. It took a while before we were served. We were served in very poor English and she got our order wrong. The coffee was weak. The staff was arguing very loudly. Mutiny, I suppose. I doubt I'll be coming back to this location any time soon.

Nous qui n aimons pas trop les Mac Do celui là nous l'avons adoré. La viande de boeuf était canadienne et succulente.

Surprisingly clean in the lobby and the self-service fountain. Well staffed with prompt service. Somewhat inconvenient ingress and egress from the road. My order was fresh and prepared correctly.

Forgot my cell phone there came back and an honest customer or staff gave it to the manager. She was super polite with me. Btw the way the rest rooms were very clean.:) thumbs up

Les toilettes les plus dégueulasse les plus épouvantables et dire qu'après ils font à manger.

Très bien mais quelques fois la propreté des tables laisse à désirer dans la section "arrière" du resto. Là où on voit moins.

Stood at the counter for a couple of minutes withoit service.went to the bathroom.never ever have I seen a dirtier washroom.smealt of urine and fecies covered the toilet seat.disgusting. Returned to the counter and waited fo 5 minutes without service so I left.

Bon service, la même qualité de nourriture retenue par la chaîne McDonald's. Pour certains le fais qu'il y ait des prises de courant est une autre raison pour apprécier le restaurant et il y en à plusieurs.

Oups encore une erreur dans la commande. Que dire de.plus.yen a toujours un qui va te le faire pour moins chers$$$$
