Lovely place just off exit 54 we wanted to stop for a quick break to feed my son and stretch our legs for our drive from Montreal to Mississauga.
They have a kids play area and the overall place is so good

It's a lovely place to be at the time of the day when my wife and I went as I was being taken to the airport. The atmosphere is great and their service is accommodating. We had a peaceful meal there. I would like to visit there again whenever I'm in Montreal. I recommend the place %. Good for couples hangout. Breakfast and lunch would be good there.

Manque souvent des choses dans mes commandes je les appelle pour leur dire il disent qu'il rentre mon nom dans le système bien non il le font pas quand tu leur parle il te répond juste en anglais quand tu commence a te fâché un oups la il savent comment parler le français en tous cas pire mcdo ever c'est sur qu'il vienne de perdre un client

Toilette propre mais la boite aux serviette sanitaire n'est pas nettoyé même après trois jours.

Whoever was on staff 8: 30pm 11/18/2021 did a fantastic job, best McDo I've had in a long time. Wasn't slapped together, proper portions and stacked/wrapped well

The service was very fast but the b.l. T.hamburger was so obviously slapped together! I had to remake it all before it was possible to eat!

Mental health is garbage here, causes indigestion. I suggest McDo to send a psychiatrist team to double check one by one, all the personnel. Nothing like McDo anywhere else in the world.

Lamentable service and food for a 24h operation.
Arrived at roughly 10: 50pm, 3 cars ahead of me (not very busy). Ordered a 6 nugget trio, received my bag and noticed no straw.tried waving and honking repeatedly only to watch numerous employees see and ignore me completely. Eventually one of them answered and I was finally able to drive away only to find out I had the wrong drink and my fries were gross (soggy and barely warm).

This is not the first time the experience here is questionable. I pay for fresh food, basic courtesy and expect to receive what I ordered. This is completely unacceptable yet somehow has become the norm and there is zero accountability.
I just want a no hassle experience for once after a 12h work shift. Thanks for nothing!

Every mcdonald's need better manager who is organized and knows what they actually doing waiting coffee for 1hrs because it's so not organized. They must have runner for only coffee and cold drinks and serve them faster.

I pass by this location almost every weekday to get my morning coffee! The drive-thru is usually very efficient (although it’s happened before that they passed 3-4 cars in the other lane before getting to me in my lane… they said it’s because the lane wasn’t “activated” accidentally, happened twice).

The only reason I removed a star is because it’s happened WAY too often that they hand me my coffee and that it was clearly not stirred properly, all of the sugar was at the bottom and I couldn’t have a sip before getting to work and stirring it… keep in mind that I ALWAYS say “well stirred” when ordering my coffee.

Not once have I ever been there and gotten my order right. I have to triple-check my order with the staff and hold up the line to check my bag just to make sure they got it right, and still they make mistakes like forgetting entire hamburgers, getting sizes wrong, giving the wrong burgers, forgetting sauces and straws, and missing other items. They will also sometimes make mistakes the second time around. The staff is very nice. The only reason I go there is because it's the only one close enough to where I live without my food getting cold on the way home. If not for the kind staff id give it zero stars. If possible go to a different McDonalds.

This is a regular place I visit. Mostly important is the parking space, I drive a truck. Service is good and acceptable.

Fast, friendly, convenient, easily accessible, lots of parking, separate area for kids and families. A real problem solver near the airport!

Great for kids, great for young teenagers. Not much of a theme park if you know what Six Flags has done elsewhere, more like an aggregation of multiple attractions.
The line-ups can be very long even if there are not a lot of people.

Messed up almost my entire order. Had to go back and wait through the drive thru to get my missing items, to then get home and realize 3-4 breakfast sandwiches were wrong.

Legit the slowest Mc Donald in MTL.stopped going after my night life shifts and with friends because it takes forever and the food comes out bad.

Food is what you would expect of McDonald's, seating area is clean but staff is not the most enthusiastic and could be more approachable

J'aurais donné aucune étoile si l'option avait été là. Ils sont toujours fermé malgré un service 24h. Noté quw ce Mcdo est celui près de l'aéroport ou les travailleurs travaillent à des heures atypiques.

This mcdonalds has had its ups and downs but currently 2021 I find their burgers are coming out nice and hot! Can't wait for the Hashbrowns to come back!

DORVAL DRIVE-THROUGH. WOW! Ham McMuffin had bacon, it was corrected at the window, as my husband told them about the mistake, so we got a ham McMuffin with RAW ham and soggie lettuce and untoasted english muffin, PLUS: one order of pancakes had a considerable sized piece of lettuce inside its plastic container, and my husband's egg mcmuffin had NO EGG (he was home by the time he noticed his), just lettuce and tomato, are you joking with me? ! ! ! He called to report the missing egg.seriously, BEFORE you leave with your breakfast in your car: LOOK INSIDE AND CHECK EVERYTHING. It's a luxury to order out, Mom doesn't have to cook, she is happy waiting for her treat and SPLASH - surprise, yet again. (Last time we were at Dorval drive-thru, there was also a mistake, but we didn't report it, having great personalities at the drive-through will only carry the business a certain distance, just saying). Years ago, I had given up on this Dorval branch because of such mistakes, and then, I started going back during the end of the pandemic to feel a little relief.the 2 first breakfasts were ok, and the 2 last orders went wrong. No more ordering out from Dorval McDonald for this family of 3. Shattered orders, shattered morning feelings.no more! Our order was no. 483. After realizing everything was wrong, the part of the order that was meant for my daughter and told her I would make her some home made pancakes instead. I feel that McDonald should refund our breakfast, but that's just the old fashion me talking.

I can't believe restaurants with a level of service this poor are permitted to stay in business: my receipt wouldn't print from the self-serve terminal due to a technical issue (thank God I took note of the order number because the person behind the counter had no clue), then received the order to find two items missing, one Egg McMuffin burnt, and one coffee incorrectly done. Worst breakfast (and McDonald's) ever.

I ordered from the Dorval McDonald's via Uber eats. I got my order and noticed half of it was missing! Two meals to be exact. So I called them about 15 times, and they hung up/ignored my call every time. Really bad service, and waste of time and money. Very disappointing.

Stay away from this location. Absolutely disgusting, they clearly don't care at all here. But I guess i am grateful because I have been officially turned off from mcd's because of this place. Go to a different location if you can.

Only the drive-thru is open after 11. Took a half an hour to get through the line cars. Big waste of time.

I am constantly disappointed by this McDonald's coffee. The hot coffee always tastes burnt and not made properly. The ice coffee is either perfect or awful. Not sure how they always manage to mess up a simple medium double double where every other McDonald's makes them perfectly.

This restaurant was dirty when we walked in. Ate here twice on vacation. Both times orders were wrong and we waited 20+ minutes to have new items. We watched multiple people return wrong burgers etc.

I like this location. It's easy to get in and out. Nicely staffed. The service is friendly and good food. There is a very small indoor play area.

Had an ice cream cone and a glass of root beer that I combined into an ice cream float which I love but is only possible to do if the restaurant has a drink machine for patrons to use themselves. I'm very happy to say, it worked perfectly and the float was delicious! Plus the guy at the counter suggested trying it next time with juice.which I will. Sounds yummy!

The bathroom is too small. There is only one stall for peeing and it is not possible to close the toilet door if someone is peeing in the stall.

Check your order before driving away. I asked if the dessert was in the bag, they said yes, I get home to find it’s not. Certainly wasn’t going to drive all the way back. Fries were already cold enough.

C'est rare pour moi de mettre 5 étoiles sur un Mc Donald's mais là je dois avouer que l'établissement est exceptionnellement propre. L'acceuil y est excellent et le personnel actif. J'ai l'habitude de fréquenter le Mc Donald's de Lasalle sur Newman qui est une veritable horreur sur tout les points alors cela m'a vraiment surpris de voir une telle différence. Encore bravo à l'équipe et au gérant.

Le McWrap Maxmatin est servi sans sauce.c'était très sec! Ça devrait toujours venir avec la sauce, comme chez Tim Hortons!

This McDonald's in particular, has some of the finest drive thru staff in the province. Greetings are always nice with a lot of enthusiasm. The person now knows my order as soon as he sees me on the camera. Payment is done while having a nice chat.pick up is an easy process. What a great group of staff! I'm Loving it!

Fabulous service. I ended up leaving my cell phone in 5he bathroom and I want to send a huge Thank you to Waseem and staff for reuniting me with my phone.

Very bad night service
Not for the first time during the night shift and can't order, the reason they give is that they are restarting the system.

This location never get the drive thru order correct. Ask for extra pickle NO PICKLE at all. Ask for diet coke.got regular.

24 hrs? False advertise? They Always stop serving at one point at night. They stop making certain products after a certain period like at 11pm no poutine or something. Why? Cuz no sauce.except down the street they making till 4am? No breakfast cuz what? It says 24hrs and breakfast served 24hrs.but no we’re actually open 18-20 hrs cuz we don’t work late. It’s ONLY this location! It’s special here.really special. Every other location around them serves properly.
Why don’t you just close all the lights so nobody comes in to see you after a certain time? Seriously such a waste.

Yall are trash. Order mcdonalds at night for one big mac and a burger and you incapable fools cant even do that. Expensive and trash. Double big mac with one patty but all the buns stacked on eachother drowning in sauce and everything just thrown in the box. And the second burger had no meat just the buns. Yalllll are trasshhhhhh. Ruined our drunk munchies you low life. Drown in your mcdonald sauce

Really not practical to go on your lunch break. Your always on the side waiting even if it's for 1 trio. #fastfoodnotsofast and when your not in waiting or even when your are theres something missing!
