45 mn d attente sur emplacement et commande oublié très mauvaise organisation et avec des oublies dans la commande je n' ai jamais vu ça.

Even if it is fast food, i love Macdonald's in general, but this one in particular, is very nice place. Renewed, modern, and clean. Love it!

Drive thru always gets order wrong or forgets items. I can remember 7 of last 8 visits something was wrong. Order taker at drive thru took 3 orders from the right lane before switching over to the left lane.

Tried the new quarter pounder wirh bacon and crispy onions and did not regret it

What’s wrong with McDonald’s, you guys are so honest why two time I order breakfast and no monopoly stickers on the paper if that a problem or scam

Nice place employees smiling helping and super clean love it and the coffee taste better than other McDonald’s maybe is the water or they use the dos once and no more however love it would repeat all the time

Angry people in the restaurant due to slow service and too many people standing and waiting for food. No receipt from the order machine either which will make collecting my food difficult.

Bad quality food with too much waiting time, very bad service. I don’t want to give even one star but their isn’t any option for zero star.

La bouffe est toujours chaude, les sandwich bien monté et le café est bon. S'est le meilleur McDonald's que j'ai été.

The Night Manager is somewhat of a coward. The approach is very mysterious. The fast food is full of questions, time consuming and gossip. Won't be visiting after midnight anymore.

I occasionally go to this McDonald's & never had any serious issues apart from long waiting times, but this time was different. I ordered a medium coffee & I had 2 monopoly coupons for free food. Upon entering the first window of the drive-thru, this older lady that was taking my order was furious that I didn't tell her that I had the coupons on the intercom. I tell her that I did this last time & no one said anything about it. She tells me that she won't be taking my coupons & will only serve me the coffee that I ordered. She then had the audacity to tell me that I'm holding up the drive-thru line which isn't true, since she's the one not accepting my order. At this point, the person behind me becomes really impatient & honks. I proceed to tell the worker to give me back my coupons & cancel my coffee if she's going to be behave this way. Then the manager comes & handles the situation quickly & accepts my order with the coupons. I usually don't get into petty arguments with fast food workers but that lady deserves to be re-trained in customer service.

Nasties most stale mcdonalds ever, I ordered on a saturday and it was disgusting. Even for mcdonalds stamdards. This was bad. +they forgot items on my order. If you want mcdonalds, go to another one.

The renovation is over and it looks beautiful. Order came through with no mistakes no items missing. Just a wrong size on one of my beverage that the fixed no questions asked. Really a charm.

Waited over 21 minutes for my curb side pickup order but when I called in someone brought it to me right away. Seems someone else got my order!

It was as if the guy taking my order purposely mistook everything I said. Somehow my 2 trio order ended with 1 trio and a sandwich, both being wrong.

Vraiment ils ne respecte même pas le principe de fast-food, développer par mcdo, la standardisation de tous… avec ce restaurant, tu peux pas savoir qu’est-ce tu va recevoir comme sandwich! En dépit de ta demande

The food was typical McDonald's exactly what you go there for got what wanted however the drive through was waaaaay slow sat without moving waiting for the line to advance I reversed out and went inside service was on but the new self serve kiosks in all the McDonald's are terrible they are not touch sensitive enough so using them is annoying.

Very disappointed with the early morning weekend crew, they can't even speak francais, the service is long for a coffee! Really bad, for the business people.

Ordered from this location yesterday and was missing a item. I tried calling to resolve this issue but the voice mailbox is full.

Unfortunately during the curfew they leave one or two employees only which causes delay in orders

Can't go wrong with some nuggets and fries! I rated 4 on 5 only because the service was much slower then other McDonald's with the same amount of traffic.

This location has consistently exceptional curb side delivery.

Order from the app and they bring it to your car in a timely manner (for real).

Rarement vu un service aussi lent à cette franchise. Ou plutôt désorganisé! Habituellement, le service est correct. 3 étoiles au lieu de 4.

I’m only posting about the DRIVE THRU. Every time I use the drive thru, they never have my order ready (maximum 2 trios) and they make me wait in the parking lot. One time after 10 minutes I went inside to see what the problem was and still had to wait inside. I’ve started using their APP thinking it would be faster but geez the wait at that drive thru is just unacceptable.

Jamais vu un service lent (pire à l'interieur qu'à l'auto) et désorganisé comme cela ailleurs dans d'autres MacDo!

After going through the drive through they had me go to the waiting area.they brought me my food and told me my order was complete. I asked for the receipt and they were shocked.they went to get my receipt and i noticed they had given me muffins instead or my apple pies.the problem is I am allergic to chocolate what was now in the bag with the rest of my food. They changed my order and never told me. They offered to refund me after a argument for the missing apple pies that were not in the bag after telling me my order was complete. They never stop with the balloons, kids just keep popping and it is just making customers more upset, also your staff should learn
English and when employees that work there on there day off should not be having a girlfriend fight and running around the restaurant with your pants half way down and then making circles in the parking lot on ice with your car,

Every morning, theres is a line up of 20+ people, yet they refuse to staff themselves appropriately.mind boggling. Would give half star review if I could.

The staff is really nice and the restaurant is clean. One of the better McDonald's I have been to in a while.

Good drive thru service, pretty solid every time I've gone. McDonald's is McDonald's, above time is usually ask that varies, and this one is pretty good.

One of the best McDonald I've ever been too! There is event a fire place! Yes, a real Fire place! It's been a while that I ate at a McDonald and felt full. Great place!

Went through the Drive-Thru in the morning and the service was quick and the young ladies serving us from the beginning to the end were amazing. It put a smile to my face, if all McD's were like that in the morning it would put a smile to everyone who'd pass through.

Literally the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Every single time I order from here they always ALWAYS mess up my order or forget to put what I ordered in the bag. Save your time and money and PLEASE avoid going here

Double check your orders in drive-through. More often than not, it would be missing a burger or wrong burgers.

Honestly I am not sure why I keep going to McDonald's. The service is getting worse as time goes on, the food is actually disgusting, I walk out of there virtually every time with an upset stomach. And have you seen how they pack a Big Mac, I mean really, you open that box and that thing they call a burger is everywhere.

Took them more than 30 min to make a crispy chicken and a cheeseburger when no one else were in queue. Don't go there in the evening.

Cela fait plusieurs fois j’ai des mcWrap froide et chaque fois, il faut leur demander de changer. C’est fatiguant à la fin!
Récemment, mon mcChicken a emporter avait le poulet pas cuit et froid (encore une fois!) + j’ai fait l’erreur de leur prendre une frite épicée, bah il a fallu que je cherche mes frites tellement qu’ils ont dosé les épices.imangeable! J’ai dû jeter tout (12$) à la poubelle! Et je suis resté sur ma faim!
Il serait peut être temps que ce enseigne ci fait de la qualité pour leur clients!
