I went to the drive thru to order an espresso. As I was sipping my drink, it didnt taste like an espresso. Turns out they just poured regular black coffee instead! You're either a fool or think your clients are fools

I wish i had an option to rate them in minus. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. It's the worst one I've ever visited. They seem to have no regard for people’s time, and the management is absolutely abysmal. I won't be returning.

Je crois que c est le Mcdo le plus sal que j ai vu.
Lieu sal avec plein de tables pleines de sacs, boissons vident un dimanche soir a 19h.une salariée seule a la tache pour nettoyer sous la surveillance d un de ses collègues qui ne l'aide meme pas mais plutot critique sa facon de faire
Toutes les poubelles pleines, des sac poubelles stockés dans la salle du restaurant.
A l'écrire ca parait impensable, j aurais du prendre des photos

Staff works super slow.this is the 3rd time im here and everytime i come here js the same issue. Theres pile of people waiting in the line, and they dont rush at all. I ordered cafe frappe, waited for 20 minutes. I understand that there is a drive through too but we all are the same equal clients. They dont deserve take out or dine in propperly

We waited 1 hour and 15 minutes after placing the order only for them to tell us the food was "coming". The food wasn't even ready after all this time and we saw our ticket number sitting on the counter with people who ordered after us getting their orders before us. Then we asked for a refund so we could leave and were told we had to wait again for the manager who we saw was on the floor just bagging orders not even giving them to the clients. Then the manager arrived finally after we had to call him over ourselves and he needed to call someone else because he did not know how to do refunds. Before we could even find where our order was on the screen the numbers were being erased, orders were being erased as soon as they arrived. They care more about their time quota then actually serving the customers in a timely manner. I would rather drive and sit in traffic to go to another McDonald's then go to this one again.

Bonjour. Se midi j si pris, 2 Hamburger et une frite. Tout était froid. Pour dessert un coupe glacé au chocolat. Un désastre il y avait un fond de crème glacée dans un grand contenant Ouffff Non je vais plus a se resto.

The service is okay but the dine in experienced was disappointing cause they don't clean tables.

They told my Taiwanese wife, “eat what I give you” after we said it was order. The staff still did not fix it.
My wife does not like to fight so we just left.
Would not recommend.

Quick service and positive employees always great to see. Lots of parking available. Restaurant clean.

They just dont care of customers specialy the manager i asked a well done and hot sandwich they give me them cold and long time standing on counter surprisingly i asked another one and precise fresh and hot the manager give me same cold and old dry burger (good morning! We are paying money)

Maybe they lack staff I don't know but this place is warm and spacious unlike many many McDonald's in Montreal. Almost everywhere they renovate to make the place look smaller here they didn't thank you because this place is warmer for families I noticed.

The most understaffed McDonald's in the entire city of Montreal. Just a black coffee for takeout will cost you over 20 minutes.

Esti 15 min que j'ai attendu pour me dire qui on pas de bagel et 10 que j'ai attendu pour me faire rembourser n'importe quoi tu aurais du me le dire avant qui en n'avais pue et 15 min pour faire un café c'est pas mal longt entoucas pue jamais a ce mcdoo

I want to thank a great employee here- Christine - the Armenian girl, she is not only good at cooking but also very entertaining! She always arrives at work early and work super hard. I was depressed but she talked to me and made my day. She is the best, And I hope she becomes the Canadian Kardashian after surgery! Take care my friend, you are an angel!

Pire service au volant ever!
On attend pendant 20 minutes et il y avait seulement 3 véhicules avant nous. Place de stationnement mal faites, service très très très lent. Ne perdez pas votre temps.

Extremely slow service and rude service, order’s keep pilling up but nothing goes out,

Expect to wait a long time for something as simple as one hamburger.

No cars in line and they took 5 minutes to get my order. And they got it wrong. Problem is they don’t listen. They’re busy doing other things. When I drove up the window the guy was handing me bottled waters and wasn’t even looking at me but chatting with another employee. I had to say No three times for him to actually look at me and understand that the waters wasn’t part of my order.

I went at this restaurant this morning at 6: 15am and the restaurant was close. If you take a look at the opening hours it should be open by 5am. What a shame.

I had a terrible customer service where my order was incomplete. Unfortunately, the employees won't acknowledge their mistake and still haven't gave me my full order. Also while waiting in the line inside, more clients are starting to get inside the building. As a result, they remove everyoneo outside, including those who where waiting first, to respect the number of people in the restaurant.

This, I'm not recommended to buy from this restaurant.

Mon constat manque de personnel oublie souvent certains chose dans le paquet de commande

Bad experience at drive thru specially during rush hour, 10 or more cars are lining up for more than 10mins.i hope they could do something about the service.

The drive-thru is complicated to take the curve and sometimes, after you picked up your order, you need to wait for the cars that are waiting in line to let you leave the parking because they are stuck in that curve and there is no other way to exit.

This location has declined significantly since the Manager by the name of Katherine left. We were told that she has left during out last visit. The restaurant is a mess, the wait is long, and the service is terrible (missing utensils, napkins, food items, etc.).

Service coutois. Ils devraient refaire la configuration du service à l'auto. De plus, il me semble que si la fenêtre du service à l'auto est très sale, ce n'est pas trop inspirant.

UPDATE 2: 35 minutes so far for a m flurry?

Updatev: did a mobile order thinking it will be faster but it's been 20 minutes so far and still waiting. ; (

Good service, the drive thru passage is a bit tricky but.

Well located in a busy shopping center area. For whatever reason the portions outside of burgers and donuts are smaller compared to other locations! Also, the staffs disregard the fact that some chemical are anglophone and respond French!

Rude. Extremely rude. Store manager did not treat customers with any respect whatsoever. Expect 20min to get a cup of coffee.

Good, but one of the self serve terminal had no more receipt paper. Didnt have trouble claiming my order, but still was a bummer.

Avoid this McDonalds if you can. Not sure if this branch is understaffed or just full of incompetent workers. They have one person standing around at the fry station, slowly putting in their burgers into bags if they feel like it. They have one person walking between the cash register and giving away the food, and yelling about how overwhelmed they are. The slowest staff I have ever met. If you want some reality drama for entertainment, come to the Marche Central Mcdonalds.

These people don’t know what 24hrs is. Apparently, after 12Am the place closes till like 6AM. I suggest retraining staff in order to keep working after 12. Sincerely, your neighborhood joe.

Ps: another solution is to change the signs outside from 24hrs to 12hrs, it would be more honest. Thank you

P'tit McDo du coin marché central donc souvent achalandé alors file d'attente quand même assez longue. Commande respecté avec sans erreur la plupart du temps mais ce que je trouve dommage pour un fast food c'est le prix qui a augmenté de façon significative. Et couteux. Parfois vaut mieux aller manger dans un bon resto que ce fast food avec le prix que vous allez payer

Un des pires établissement de la chaîne à mon opinion (parce que oui, certains sont mieux administré que celui-ci). On attend trop longtemps pour les commandes, les tables et les toilettes sont toujours sales, le restaurant ne respecte pas ses heures d'ouverture, on mange froid. Bref, à éviter.

La prochaine fois, veuillez afficher un horaire qui reflète les vérotable heures d'ouverture, puisque, apparemment, a 11pm le resto est fermé car il n'y a pas de client.

Il n est pas 24hr.a partir de minuit on ce fait dire, pas des services au volant, porte fermer, ouvert pour livraison seulement.bref fait passer par uber et payer 5$ de plus pour attendre le livreur uber dans ton auto.

This place is really restarted they got over staffed to many people working to fill bags and only one cash open it took me 17 min to get 2 burgers like this is crazy

Fausse publicité, horaire 24h/24h sur papier mais fermé la plupart du temps le soir et là nuit. Le McDonald's sur Lajeunesse est beaucoup mieux administré et les employés sont beaucoup plus agréables. Voilà!

I don’t recommend at all this McDonald’s at marche central, either the employees r incompetent or the manager, really weird it’s not the first time, after four times I come to this place there s a bug, a client ordering the whole Mcdonals and a line up, I come for
A coffee, just one, I waited 15 min after this client, then I left why, no answer, u see always employees they don’t know what to do, I think they need to practice or they don’t like the job.

Although the service inside is good. When you want to pass at the drive thru and it's closed, it's frustrating. Especially when you go in and the restaurant is full! This is at 9: 30 pm.

We waited over an hour, they deleted our command and we had to show them the receipt to get it in the end, it's crowded not because a lot of people come, but because the employees are talking and walking around instead of serving people

Probably the worst mcdonalds ive been too, which is unfortunate because its the closest to my house. They always take a very long time and they always get my order wrong. I stopped using the drive through because i figured maybe i could prevent them from messing it up, nope still wrong.

Ive gone twice since this review and although its advertised as 24hrs, they put garbage cans in front of the drive through so no one can come in.

Petit endroit, espace limité, très achalandé. Comme ce fast-food est situé à côté du Costco: j'aime parfois aller chez Costco, c'est moins cher. Le menu est similaire aux autres Mcdonald's, breuvage à volonté, service au volant, wifi, stationnement disponible

The service is terrible. I went to washroom with my son, and it was completely disgusting. Urine all over the toilet and blood on the sink. They miss up our orders 2 times. It seems like they were under staff

15 mars pour 2 cafés glacées sans sucre. La fille met du sucre. 1 fille seulement pour prendre et remettre les commandes. Pendant ce temps là plusieurs personnes se trouvent les pouces. Un employé qui mange ses bonbons welch au dessus des plans de travail. Vraiment pas fort
