McDonald's

Rude staff. Impossible to get to. All roads are closed. Once you get there, the staff are incredibly rude and incompetent. The franchise needs to train their employees. Very long wait. They charged double for sauce as compared to Ontario.

I don't like Fast-food at all, but my kid he like the French fries and he keeps asking, repeating and reminding me all the day.

One of rhw worst McDonald's I've ever been to! The service is slow the burger are set up like they have been through war! The staff is very unprofessional and they talk to white people like we are trash they refused many time to serve cause I have my Lil dog tied outside and they are scared of him he's a baby Boston terrier!

A simple order of ice cream cones where every single one had a considerably different amount of ice cream.so sad.

Food was good and my overall experience was fairly good until my good friends meal did not arrive and then when he complained and asked for his food (in which that he had paid for 9.41 a big mac and 1% milk) the worker lady (or non binary human do not want to discriminate) gave him some sass and attitude and it genuinely made me angy and ruined the day: (

TERRIBLE PLACE! Laughed in my husband’s face when we went to get a pick up order, would not recommend for anyone with especially with children if u want them to safe and respected

Absolutely awful service. Took 15 minutes in the drive thru to order, then they charged the wrong item, refunded the price, and charged us for our items but were actually out of stock so we really got nothing but a salty taste in my mouth.

Management is deplorable and I even touched the food that they refunded and didn’t even offer us anything in recompense.

Don’t eat here.

I was on a road trip and needed a quick breakfast meal then I saw this Mcd. The drive through service was just ok. My bagel was burnt as it must have been in the toaster for too long. It was still ok to eat and I did as I was hungry. I just didn't have time to complain and get a new properly cooked order.

Well, I live right near this one and don't drive. Feel bad that my children love Mcdonald's so much usually but last time I took my daughter on a girl's date, I threw out Most of our food because it was so stale and cold and gross. She said it hurt her teeth. Didn't want to go back and wait in line to be ignored again. Since, I went back once for solely coffee frappé but machine is broken. If you drive, try the next one. Yvw

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have ordered food from this location off Uber eats countless times, and almost every single time there are multiple items missing. I have also received other people’s orders and nothing I had paid for. When I do go to the restaurant in person and use the drive thru, the people taking the orders usually can’t hear me or don’t speak a single word of English. Meanwhile the people packaging my food can communicate way better. I don’t understand why they are the ones taking orders instead. I also frequently get the wrong order in person as well. After today, and I received my incorrect for the 4th time in a row this summer completely wrong, I Will no longer be returning or ordering from this location!

Maybe I’m just extremely unlucky, but I’ve gone here often and probably 4 out of 5 times they’ve forgotten to put lettuce on my burger.

My boyfriend often orders chicken burgers and has lettuce, so I decided to get a chicken burger instead hoping I’d have a better chance of getting lettuce. Ironically my boyfriend ordered a regular burger that day and his burger had lettuce while my chicken burger still did not.

Recently they’ve told me they’re out of ice several times when I order a smoothie.

Pire McDonald. Cela fait 3 fois que j'arrête le matin en allant au travail pour prendre un café et déjeuner. Les 3 fois, erreur dans ma commande. La première fois, je demande un bagel avec fromage à la crème, reçoit un bagel avec rien dessus. Deuxième fois, je demande encore un bagel avec un café 3 crème seulement, reçoit un café vraiment sucré. Aujourd'hui, demande un café 3 crème avec un muffin au bleuet, reçoit un muffin aux carottes que je ne peux risquer de manger du au fait qu'il pourrair y avoir des noix de grenoble dedant. Vérifier vos commandes avant de quitter!

Ordered food by their mcds app to pick up at front counter.i got there the doors where locked the guy at the window gave me a hard time and said it was cancelled its not a skip order.i ordered from the app and was picking up at the counter.well i had to get in line with the rest of the cars and go through drive threw on foot.and they got my order no problem they had it.so i got up to the window.mentioned the order number " the guy that looked like a manager.he said it was cancelled. "yet it was on the counter behind him" with my order number on it. I told him straight up to be a little more professional.but i gotta give credit to the girl there she was helpful and fulfilled my order and passed me my order:) THANKS! Yet its pretty weird for closing your doors on a Saturday night at 9pm make sure you get the apps set up right! So ppl dont make the mistake and have to call their credit card companies and complain of fraud

Super slow service. Staff was busy fixing stuff unrelated to food in the kitchen rather than tending to customers. Sandwich taste was ok but big mac was badly "built" and couldn't be held together.

I rarely eat at McDonalds but when in a rush I will stop in and eat a fish filet burger. You pretty well get the same at every McDo.

Food is kinda what you expect at McDonalds, but staff is not great. Make sure you always check your orders because they often get it wrong.

Ordering in person forget it your just a piece of furniture.
What happened to customer service.
But Uber Skip all of those are now prioraty.
So McDonald is going to be a second even a third choice.
The last time I had Harvey's ordered had my choice of ingredients hate finished faster then it took me just to order McDonalds.
So Harvey's is my choice from now on.

Most disrespectful McDonald's anyones ever been to.
The fact I asked twice for no salt on a small fry for my dog & they didn't listen is uncalled for. The mcflurry I bought wasn't full after I asked if she could fill it she gave me a nasty look & filled it & got ice cream all over the outside of the lid. There was a bunch of grease on the outside of the fry boxes. The lady was just super rude for no reason.

Lady whatever is going on in your life doesn't give you the reason to treat people like that. You are very lucky I didnt throw the mcflurry at you as my gf was stopping me. I Hope someone else complains about you & you get a write up then possibly fired if you chose to continue. That being said these people don't know how to smile. They're lives must be miserable.

Worst McDonald's ever. Extremely understaffed and the ordering machines rarely ever print receipts (which is against the law). Long wait times and no staff to serve you. Reminds me of Hôpital de Hull emergency waiting room.

At 1: 40 pm at this McDonald's on Aug 20. They lady spoke absolutely no English and pretended not to understand me when I spoke French! I'm absolutely appauled- food order was completely wrong and rudest staff I've ever encountered. Why do you only hire french speaking people 5 mins drive (in the drive-thru) from ON and pretend not to understand me at all!? Completely baffles me. I would like a refund but they didn't even provide a receipt at all.

Bien, mais souvent des erreurs dans la commande. Heureusement, les employés essaient de corriger l'erreur aussi vite qu'ils le peuvent.

Les filles de nuit qui travaille disons quelle sont pas vite ou qu'elle aime pas leur travaille très déçu 3jpirs passer pour attendre 35 minutes pour 2hamberger au fromage en plus j'étais en taxi petit conseil au gérant (e) prenez le temps de poser de vrai question

If I had the ability to put negative 5 stars I would do it in a heartbeat. The employees working at the evening shift were horrid. It took more then 45min to get our order. They forgot to give us one of our drinks that we ordered, no cutlery and our drinks were filled less then halfway. Would avoid this one

Took a half hour or longer to get through the drive thru just to order 2 jr. Chicken burgers and a mcflurry. Took longer to get fast food then any restaurant I have ever been to. I would definitely avoid ever going to this McDonald's

Ordered a large big Mac with a diet Pepsi got a large fry and iced Thea instead. Waited for 30ins at the curb after going through the drive-through seems like every other order that came after came first. How can you mess up my order when I repeated it to 3 different employees? Why is there such a discrepancy in service between the ottawa locations and the Gatineau ones?

Ça fait 25 minutes que je suis à l'intérieur à attendre pour un café. Il y a 16 personnes qui attendent aussi à l'intérieur. PERSONNE qui attend en dedans n'a rien reçu leur commande en 25 min. Les filles en avant s'occupe des commandes Uber eat en ignorant tout le reste. PERSONNE RUN les commandes en avant. J'ai foutu mon camps de là. Sans me faire rembourser, parce que ça aurait prit un autre 40 min pour le remboursement.
C'est nouveau de priorisé les Uber eat aux gens qui sont sur place sans arrêt? Complètement ridicule

La nourriture est bonne, mais le service est épouvantable. Toujours des erreurs dans les commandes, rarement chaud, et les personnes aux caisses ne savent jamais rien quand tu demandes une question à propos de la nourriture. La priorité pour eux est de servir les commandes à l'auto.

They Made a mistake with my order. Then finally got the sandwich and the bread was broken. Fries very overcooked! Terrible McDonald's experience. I recommend a different location!

I wish I had ONE CORRECT ORDER out of 16000 times I've ordered. That is after waiting more than 45 mins! Fix your services!

Drive through person totally got our order wrong, had to go through drive through second time still messed it up. Will not go back!

The reason I’m giving the place 3 stars instead of 1 is cause I always go here but that’s cause I don’t have a choice. This McDonald’s has disappointed me more times that it should. Why does the food taste bad 3/5 times? Why are the fries either never salty enough or not crispy enough? The fries are the biggest let down,
It’s so sad. I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for years because it’s super close to me and opened 24 hours and a girl gets desperate. I know the food can suck sometimes, sure. But the amount of times this specific McDonald’s has tasted below average is embarrassing. If you can go to any other McDonald’s in the Hull/Gatineau area, I advise that you do.
