Slow service, washrooms closed, no ketchup, they forgot my drink and told me it was my fault

My experience was very strange. We went there at 1AM and there was a queue so long we waited nearly 1 hour for a couple of water cups and kiwi smootie.

Slow as all hell, almost always a nightmare waiting for a simple coffee order! This time was only 10+ minutes waiting: (

Slow service, crackheads at night, slow employees by day, always missing ketchup, they don't care much for clients, food is meh

Good Service! I ordered 3 trios and didn't wait long. I was skeptical with the reviews but everything was great even with rush hour.

C’était looong, j’ai attendu 30 min ma commande avant de leur dire et d’attendre un autre 15 minutes avant qu’il me la donne, plusieurs clients autour de moi ont vécu la même chose.

Service en anglais seulement!
Service très très lent pour un simple bugmac et je suis le seul client sur l'heure du midi!

L'attente est interminable, même quand il y a seulement 2 ou 3 personnes. C'est vraiment sale. Je ne recommande vraiment pas. Toujours du monde louche dans le resto.

Longue fille d'attente, tout ça pour au final avoir une commande erronée à la réception. Je retourne alors pour changer ma commande, et on me charge un extra, pour un burger moins cher. À la réception du burger (après une deuxième attente), commande encore erronée. Bref, je ne recommande pas du tout!

I ordered here from uber eats twice, and there are multiple items that are missing on both of my orders.

Line took 10 minutes to order and 20 mins to get our order. Was missing one nugget from our 6 nuggets pack.

Équipe de gestion atroce, ils parlent mal aux clients, écoutent leur musique à fond et s’en moquent des clients. En plus ils font pas d’effort pour parler français et vous parlent avec dédain.
Zéro amabilité.
C’est le mcdo le plus mal organisé que j’ai vu: Il faut toujours attendre 30-45 minutes pour avoir un simple trio.
Les frites ne sont jamais remplies.

I would have given 5 stars. But they do not accommodate strollers or change table in the restroom.

I never liked the food but McDonald’s has good offers for coffee/beverages in general. I like the coffee there compared to the price, it is good.

Like any other McDonald's, has the same consistent flavor. Since this is a new McDonald's, let's see until when it actually looks sort of good. Very little though for a McDonald's.

Probably the worst McDonald in Montreal and/or the province. Food's always terrible. Service is always worst. Don't waste your time and money on a fast food restaurant that take a full hour to make a burger or won't stay open even if it's 24h and full staff. Isn't worth 1$.

Le McDo était propre. Les employés était occupée a parlé entre eux. Service long même si le restaurant était vide.

Service assez long et restaurant vieillot. Il n’y a malheureusement pas de bornes pour commander.

The staff was exceptionally kind. It's a clean place as well, considering the location. They were really understanding and helpful when my disabled buddy was having a little behavioral difficulty for a minute. I'd give the staff more stars if that was possible - give them all raises! Thanks again, people.

It's a badly designed McDonalds, all the space is in the back where the seats are, the ordering counter is so confined and chaotic, if there are more than 10 people waiting you may get claustrophobic.

The absolutely worst, most lazy, most stupid people work here. 100% the worst McDonald's ever. I ordered some hash browns at 4.30 AM, and the lady realized 10 mins after.

The Guy at the service is just trying to make you pat for different plates while the trio is availaible if you're late, thats just illegal

I used the toilet here after purchasing a muffin. Just realized that muffin is still in my pocket.

Je suis tellement déçu ils ont changé le sandwich de poisson. Il n'est plus bon. C'est la seule chose que je mangeais au Macdonald. Je n'irai plus à l'avenir malheureusement.

I made an order through UberEats and it was taking forever. I contacted the delivery guy and he told me they were not making the food. He sent me a picture to prove he was there waiting. So I called the Mcdo directly and the person who answered kept telling me to call Uber without even listening to me. It wasn't Uber's fault and the person who answered was very rude. The delivery guy and I agreed to just cancel the order. If you guys don't want to serve customers, please don't open.
