Ordered using the Drive Thru and it was a speedy process from ordering to receiving the order.

TOOO SLOWWWW. MY FRIEND AND I WAITED 1 HOUR TO PAY FOR OUR ORDER AND THEN IT TOOK 30 MORE MINUTES TO GIVE THEM OUR FOOD. I THINK THOSE PEOPLE WANT US TO STARVE AND DIE FROM IT. NEXT TIME IF THIS HAPPENS THEYRE GONNA SEE MY BOXING SKILLS. WITH ALL LOVE AND RESPECT

Something odd about the service at this location. Maybe it's a system error, maybe it's poor management. Probably both.

Absolutely god awful terrible service, all I ordered last night was two Junior McChickens and it took them 47 minutes to get my order done, and they were not even busy as it was almost midnight and the restaurant was nearly empty. When I got my order I got home and I received 2 McDoubles. Not only are these people slow but they are also stupid. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard a terrible experience like this. This was my go to McDonalds, now I’m advising anyone reading this to stay far away from this place and go to any of the fast food places right next door

McDonald's has significantly reduces the sausage patty over the past couple of years. The taste is the same, just a lot less meat.

I was waiting for an hour for my order (3 items). They canceled it after all the wait. The service was very slow too.

I don’t know if it’s me, but I have such a low bar in terms of what I expect from service from McDonald’s. All I ask is that you give me all the items I ask for at the drive through window. I can confirm my order 3 times, speak in French or English (which I am perfectly bilingual) and always run into an issue. What is complicated about asking for “2 double cheeseburgers”? And on top of it I’m asked to pull forward to one of the parking spots because they can’t get this standard order fast enough.

They don’t wear gloves when preparing food. I saw them move the meat from one bun to another bagel with their hands. It’s not hygienic at all! They always mess up at least one item in the order which doesn’t make sense since they take so long to prepare it even when it’s not busy. The manager is also very rude. Once she heard our order wrong in the drive through and argued with us that we were the ones who messed up the order. Ever since then we started ordering inside on the screen but the orders are still wrong. Also, the employees seem like they are forced to be there. Honestly, I get that, the management only seem to push their employee to the verge of death by continuously ordering them around in their condescending, bossy tone.

Sympa pour prendre un petit café entre amis. Par contre c'est dommage que seule 1 borne de commande sur 4 soit en service.

Pire mcdo que j'ai vue ça fait 3 nuits de suite que la fille me dis c'est fermé on va prendre les commandes seulement dans 20 min

Huge drive thru lines at night and pick up cointer closed. Avoid at all costs unless you want to wait 40 minutes+ in the drive thru line.

Pire expérience ce nest pas la 1 er fois que je passe ver les 22h mais attendre 30 min pour 10 mc croquettes cest beau merci. Plus jammmmmais la plus grosse perte de temps.aucuns indemnisation pour mon 35 min perdu dans ma vie.ya bcp de gens qui ce cherche un emplois.vous avez assez de moyen pour nous protéger d'attentes de fou ya des gens qui travaillent et ont des vies.

Demande double Cheese sans oignon au service au volant. Sur le paquet et facture ces marquée.il y a même un étiquetage SUR le Cheese donc je part sur l'autoroute. Ben tabarn*** il on mis un hamburger AVEC oignon sans Cheese.pu capable sérieusement!

I understand that the government imposed vaccination proof. But vaccinated people are being treated no different than unvaccinaged people. What is someone who wants food suppose to do at 10pm if McDonald's only offers drive through service. So now as a human without a car I have to go walk through the drive through to simply buy food. GOOD THINKING MCDONALD MANAGERS

Half an hour service and wait time, and by the time you get your food, it’s cold! I definitely do not recommend this McDonalds in the evenings or at night!

Pire McDonald a vie! Hier, le 1er Août 2021 entre 22h10 et 23h40, le service à la clientèle n’étais pas au rendez-vous. Mes amis et moi avons avons attendu 1h30 au service a l’auto. Et ce pour nous faire parler sans aucun respect! Nous avons reçu aucun dédommagement pour le temps d’attente que nous fait et la caissière ne voulais rien savoir, tout en nous parlant avec du non-respect. Bref, ce que nous trouvons très décevant c’est que c’est supposer être une restauration rapide. Nous avons finalement attendu 1h30 pour rien. Honnêtement Très décevant pour ce McDo, car j’en ai connu des bon!

Pire service reçu depuis longtemps chez McDonald. Je suis passé en soirée vers 23h cela m’a pris 40 minutes d’attente au service au volant pour un trio Big Mac. Le personnel à vraiment besoin d’une grosse mise à jour. Je conseille à ce franchisé de fermer la nuit et le soir c’est terrible de donner un service comme celui ci. Et j’ai été gentil sur mes commentaires

On m'a donné la commande de quelqu'un qui voulait des ingrédients différents. Décevant puisque les coupons ne sont plus en vigueur.

Horrible order on mobile. Error at store go inside. They give me wrong order, then say never charged. So I say ok he revisits order but now it is $8.09 more expensive and he has no acces to my mobile order with the coupon.

Personnel le plus ARROGANT de tout les Mcdonald's que j'ai vu, d'habitude je perd jamais le temps sur les reviews mais la je prend pleinement la peine, depuis un moment, mes commandes manquent TOUJOURS soit des frites ou lieu des poutines, des ustensiles, manque de lait, sucres ou crèmes, CA BRAILLE EN T.dans l'intercom pour passer la commande, on dirait que le personnel te fait une FAVEUR, A ÉVITER.

15 minute a posé une question pour la reposée en englais juste pour etre certain sans reponse.quel jouets avez vous, which one do you have la seule reponse a été, vous voulez un joyeux festin.me semble c'est pas dure a comprendre.comme disait le corbeau; jamais plus A.poe

ITS BEEN 2DAYS THAT I AM GOING TO THIS STORE AND THEY MAKE EXCUSES THAT THEY DONT HAVE ENOUGH STAFF AND DIDN'T TAKE ORDERS.

Un gros 0 autant pour le service que la proprete. Je préfère rien dire. A éviter le plus possible! En plus, grosse erreur dans ma commande come on si je pouvais donner - 10

Drive thru is the worst. I repeat it twice, then I repeat it when I pay and they still manage to get it wrong. They don’t pay attention. Happens too

Horrible. First time ever placing an order here and I order 1 sandwich + 1 trio AND THEY ONLY SEND THE LONE SANDWICH! I call to get an understanding of what happened and no one picks up.avoid avoid avoid.just use literally any other McDonald's

Le service tôt le matin était rapide et très courtois. Leur vanille française est mon coup de coeur. Depuis que je l'ai essayé je ne le lâche plus. Un vrai délice

It's OK but there's two problems first of all I had to wait 10 minutes for an ice cream and second of all they pay more attention to the driveway and not to the customers that are inside the store.

McDonald terrible et incapable de correctement compléter une commande avec Uber eats. Je commande 7 café, 1 café glace, 1 muffin, 1 sandwich pour finalement ne recevoir que 3 café et 1 café glace et pour après courir après le restant de ma commande et ne recevoir même pas la moitié en remboursement. Vraiment ordinaire!

We ordered coffee to be picked up using curbside. However, they never came to give us our coffee and did not even gave us the receipt to use it to report this issue on their website.
