Il n’y a jamais de place assise à l’intérieur alors qu’il fait -10C à l’extérieur. Ils ferment la section du 2e étage alors qu’il y a plusieurs autres places.

Got a horrible food poisoning after eating at this Mcdonald. Never coming back here, its garbage.

Un milk shake raté et non assumé par l employé qui en plus ose me narguer au service à l auto.

Bought the crispy spicy poutine through ubereats along with other things. The rest of the food was ok, as m a regular customer in this particular outlet. However my poutine came like this. At the moment I took the pic and reported to uber; they didn't took any action. Whom should I blame?

Had to wait for 30+ minutes for my order and look at what I got.

All of the employees work like they dont care at all. Taking their time to chat, to laugh but not to give out order. Since when fast food take 30+ minutes to make?

Got both orders wrong. It took a long time to fix the mistakes and their service was awful eventhough they were a lot of people working

J'ai été à ici, y a qlq minutes. Je me sentais humilier par le comportement du gardien de stationnement. Je me suis sationner pour aller acheter à l'intérieur, il m'a suivi. Le pire, il me suivait encore à la sortie (c comme si j'étais une carte marquée). Pourquoi moi? Alors qu'il y avait bcp de voiture. Est-ce parce que je suis d'une minorité visible? Pour cette fois, je vais pas porter plainte pour intimidation/discrimination. Mais, si ça arrive une autre fois, je vous garantis que ça finira dans une juridiction.

Caramel Ice coffee almost has no caramel.and you pay extra for it. Sometimes it just doesn't has caramel at all
UPDATE got back the 4 of June and the coffee is undrinkable, you can assess by the look of the picture. This issue only got worse with time, either they have bad management or they are understaffed.

Really fast and efficient for walk-ins. You can order at a kiosk and explore the menu rather than feeling the pressure of the potential of being misunderstood. I ordered 5 different menu items and was in and out in less than 5 minutes in an off-peak hour. Pleasant and courteous staff.

I visited this McDonald's on 05/19/2021 after lunch time.
I waited in a long waiting line for a car service, on my turn I didn't hear any voice from their speaker, so I decide to drove up to the window and make my simple order.
I was surprised that's they refused to serve me, the manager ignored the fact that their microphone might not work and some issue was there.
I just wanted to order one cup of medium coffee with the coupon.
The manager preferred to start the discussion for just two dollars of sale, he ignored all customers in waiting line and create a long waiting traffic, showing disrespect to the customers at the cash and those who are waiting in car line, instead of just giving out coffee with a coupon.
They don't want to see any customers in this place, they disrespect our waiting time, no any respect to the customers!
This is not over customer's oriented restaurant at all!
Don't wast your time and I do not recommend to spend your many where the customer service hate their customers, because we are not welcome here!

Service très lent et désorganisé. Erreurs dans les commandes après 30 min d’attente. Allez dans un autre McDo si vous pouvez.

The food was fine but this is an extremely noisy McDonald's. Theres a play area for kids and they're very noisy! If you're planning on reading or working while you eat, bring earplugs or headphones

I've passed here a few times to get a breakfast sandwich, but for since reason, somewhere in the offering process, someone doesn't know what putting mayo in the bun means. Some orders get missed, very disappointed.

It's the neighborhood's McDonald's. Can be quite busy during the early afternoon. The everyday breakfast is good. It's fairly clean too.

Would not let me use my reusable mug for coffee even though other locations let me do so. Will be going to second cup from now on where they give you a discount for bringing your own mug

Self serve machine never have receipts, alot of time they mess up orders in the drive through, other than that food is good and of course my kids favorite

There coffee is always cold and burnt. Lack of polite customer service. Workers seems very cold tired and seems overwhelmed and overworked

C'est bien qu'il y ait un service au volant sur Côte-des-Neiges. Le stationnement est un peu étroit, mais ça s'explique de part son emplacement. Le service était passablement rapide, le personnel courtois et la nourriture conforme aux attentes.

This restaurant is pretty much always crowded but the second floor is usually quieter. It is possible to work from there as there are a few electrical outlets where you can plug in your phone or computer and there is free wi-fi. Service is usually efficient and the food is what you can expect from a McDonald's.

The lady named ‘Raven’ is treating very bed and rudely with the customers. If I would have rate zero starts I would prefer that. Every single time when we have ordered something they never give proper order according to the customizations. But especially this lady “RAVEN” is not even listening to the customers. I asked her so many times but she didn’t looked at me. And as she came to know that she doesn’t have what i order she refused that the things don’t come with this order. In the end he rudely passed me to other person.

The service was fast and friendly. The food was ok. Cleanliness was alright. Some benches are a little ripped but it's not too bad. So everything was pretty average.

This is 25th time I am ordering burger without chicken patty. And every time, I have been getting the burger with chicken only. I don’t know they are making the order without reading it or what. It’s disgusting to go back and change my food.

Best McDonalds in Cote-Des-Neige, fast service even at 2am. The drive-thru person understands your order. Staff know what there doing.

1 étoile pour la propreté. Le coin dés enfants est vraiment sale. Incroyable. Je doute de la propreté côté cuisine. Je n’y retournerais pas!
