Worst mcdonalds ever, slow service, girl didnt speak french properly and no bathrooms allowed for anyone. Horrible!

They don't put attention about the job they forgot ingredients in the burger and the place is dirty

Considering the rough location, this place usually has bums and addicts loitering outside and inside too.

Staff could be friendlier but you can't expect more from students who are just paid minimum wage. The franchise owner and company should employ more people. Orders are slow as there is just one point of sale machine.

Lines are long and even after placing order on terminal it takes 15-20 mins. There are tons of other nice restaurants on Sainte Catherine. Amount will be the same, so skip this one.

C'est un McDo comme tout les autres, bien propre, et service rapide.

Everything good thay doing customer order faster but one thing I don't like about McDonald's when a delivery man comes for received order thay take to long and everything good thank you so much.

Service is ok.it's not clean, toilet is always broken, I can understand why, but there's must be a solution.

Worst mcdonalds ever. Everything is late, food is cold. They always look lost like no one knows what he has to do (dont know if they have a manager there). A single smoothie took me more than 20min of my time because everybody was running like lost sheeps but no one was doing something useful. They dont know how to take advantage of theur good location. Dont go there!

This McDonalds is a total and complete disaster. It's always been a bit on the edgy side before Covid due to the neighborhood but it's totally fallen apart this past year. Last time I tried to go inside there was a group of hardcore drug users standing inbetween the outside and inside doors screaming and each other and about to start fighting. This is not an unusual incident there these days

As for Covid measures this place is at the bottom of the list when it comes to complaince. The doors and touchscreens are typically totally covered with fingerprints, nobody seems to be washing them on my visits.

McDonalds has a bit of a design problem here. The workers behind the counter have zero visibility of what's happening near the entrance. So when the mayhem ensues they're not aware of it until they get a complaint from a customer or until people start screaming or breaking things.

Yes, the people who tend to loiter in the area are sketchy. The area in general tends to draw them in. I have ordered from this location a few times and as for "food" quality, it is hit or miss. However, I don't visit this particular location any longer as there are other options available. I don't wish to beat up the staff or management as I suspect this is a challenging environment in which to work at the best of times. In closing, I would suggest that it does surprise me that this particular location somehow passes Corporate McDonalds quality control.

Small McDonalds, mostly set up for takeout. Service was generally efficient and the cashier was very friendly and smiley.

McDonald's c'est MacDo. Pas de surprise. Toujours de qualité. Les sandwichs déjeuner sont bons le café filtre est bien.

I only write negative reviews if I have many truly terrible experiences. I can disregard the many transients that loiter in this restaurant, the staff or management can not be held accountable for this problem, in their defense before COVID they had hired security. However, 9 times out of 10 my order is completely, CATASTROPHICALLY wrong! If I order (and pay for) an extra patty, it's not there. No salt on my fries? It was like the fry cook had Parkinson's. Wraps with light sauce requested, they are falling apart because they are drenched in sauce and inedible (as many things are!). Almost every order my husband brings home is not what we wanted. I have included photos of our most recent order. At this point I can only assume there is an employee strike, where they only give you the opposite of what you ask for.
ADVICE: If you must order here, CHECK IT BEFORE LEAVING!

Edit: The last pic is from a few months ago, we asked for light sauce and the burger was drowning in it.

This one less crowded and clean and very fast McDonald. The only two persons are working they are very fast, mask mandatory, hand sanitized, social distancing mandatory, limited people entry allowed. Only take outs

Les employés parlent tous en anglais entre eux. C'est un secteur peu fréquentable car beaucoup de drogues et d'itinérants.

No washrooms at all. All broken. All the order machines are smashed too. Ridiculous they're allowed to open. I should call public health.

This location is not one of the best. Not clean and always a lot homeless people. The staff is not friendly.
Have been there a few times and not going back as this location and the other on Ste Catherine E.near Papineau are both bad.
Not sure what management is doing but definitely not the standards I am used to for a McDonald’s
