McDonald's

Fries in poutine were soggy. Flies were ever-present. Service was absolutely atrocious. It is clear that they should be drive-thru only. The employees do not face the customers who are waiting for service. Someone said that they di not speak french and they were ignored.

Pire mcdo possible j’ai attendu 1h et Demi à l’intérieur pour 3 article c’était froid quand on a reçu notre commande à éviter!

They actually made me hate McDonald. This place is a joke

Worst wait in a drive thru ever I don't know what happened tonight but it was not crowded but the 3 cars in front of me were not moving forward to order then to get their order.
My chicken burger and fries + drink took about 12 min they asked me to park further down.
I left with my order. While driving I was eating my fries and I ate rancid fries. It was in my mouth while I was driving I wanted to throw up. So disgusting. It has never happened before so terrible it's the worst taste ever. I did not swallow it of course.
Back home the rest of the fries were ok. I don't know of no one saw that one potato fries that was not good anymore. Crossing my finger it never happens to anyone.

This McDonald's is probably one of the slowest! Whenever I come whether through drive through or ordering inside, it take a ridiculously long time for simple orders. I do not recommend!

If I had the option to be put in a Saw puzzle or this drive through, I would choose the Saw puzzle 100% of the time.

They gave me the wrong sandwiches again for take out. I should have checked the bag knowing that they can never get it right

Workers need to read the orders properly, or do they deliberately mess up orders when someone tries changing the way they want their food?

Wait time in line for drive through was completely ridiculous.one car before us and waited about 10 minutes before making it to the thing to place the order.decided not to get anything and went somewhere else!

Pire expérience de restauration rapide de ma vie. 30 min d'attente pour un café. Aucune organisation, les numéros sur les écrans sont là juste pour faire jolie, ça sert à rien d'y tenir compte, eux même ne servent pas par ordre d'arrivé, un désordre sans nom.

Went there to get a kids Donut for my sister I w8 in the 2cend line 2 cars go past us and get there order in lain 1 so at this point I go to the second window to ask what's going on and the manager there won't let me even talk never ordering here Agen and will be coming in to talk to the head manager or the owner 0 Stars for service and 0 if I could but I guess 1 will have to do

There's a first for everything in life it seems. Like waiting 42 minutes in this parking lot for food. And they still managed to mess up the order.

The restaurant claims to be open 24 Hours (drive-through) every time I pass around 5: 40 AM they are closed and no one is there to serve you. Such a waste of time. Very misleading.

À chaque fois, mais absolument à chaque que je commande un café ou une boissons chaude chez eux, il vient froid comme si je bois de l'eau. Je me demande si leur cafetière est fonctionnel au leur service qui est nul.

The reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because it dosent have the fastest service but still overall good place

It takes forever to get a typical order, last time for us was a mcdouble trio. When you finally get your order it's cold and stale. The coke was straight up flat, no ice in it.

Staff is freindly but the drive throu is painfully slow all the time and i was regularly missing items in my order. This place always seems busy so i can sumpathise whit that bit ots been a continuing trend to have a slow service and missing items.

Service is so slow no matter what time of day. Most visits are poor. The worst place to go at anytime. If I could minus stars, I would.

La commandd prend 1000 ans à être préparé quand on se deplace et meme quand on commande sur uber eats. Mauvais service

The wait at this Mc donald is unberable. I believe it's slowest Mc donald I ever been too. Does not matter if it's busy or not. It always takes forever. Hopefully this will help with this issue.

The waiting time at the McDonald's in the Plateau in Hull (Gatineau) is absolutely horrible. I can't even conceive how they still operate. I can't understand how waiting for almost 1 hour at the drive-thru on a Saturday for dinner is possible. It's supposed to be fast-food and this has been going on for a while. I definitely do not recommend going there, you will waste your time. Go someplace else. That's not even talking about the inevitable multiple mistakes they make in your orders (i.e.: missing items, errors in food).

Decent food though I thought McDonald’s was now doing all day breakfast? Why do you stop making hash browns at 11am? It’s very annoying because you always run out!

The wait times at this one aren't too bad considering it's a QC McDonald's, however the curbside staff is a bit rude and every time I've gone there they've always forgotten something in my curbside order.

Avoid this location. The service is INCREDIBLY slow and orders are frequently wrong. The problems are not related to understaffing, the location has a lot of employees but they mostly stand around looking confuse.

Horrible customer service. They've closed their dining inside so you can't even go pick up food that you ordered and have to wait outside. Last Friday ordered my food and said I am here in spot 4 and after 25 minutes of waiting, went out to ask drive through what happened and she said it's coming.

Every other car was furious as well as everyone was waiting for at least 20-30 minutes for their coffee or breakfast. Finally when lady came with food, she was obnoxious and when anyone asked why it took so long, she started yelling at customers. I don't understand French but she was literally screaming and people were shocked.

My coffee, food and hash brown were all cold from sitting around. Total waste of time and money. Horrible location with horrible customer service by this morning manager.

Bravo au jeune gérant qui était en service le 30 septembre au matin. Malgré la pression, le staff réduit et l'impatience des clients tu servais tout le monde avec le sourire. Lâche pas.

Ok, so not only do you have to pay for bbq sauce for your fries, I prefer dipping my fries in bbq sauce rather than ketchup, so must now pay for this option, but served really cold fries, and cold sandwiches.like really! They keep getting worste and worst.
Luckily and can go to Harvey's.

Femme de ce soir au micro, 0 patience. Mon enfant a prit quelques secondes pour choisir la saveur de son jue et ça tourné super mal.elle me menaçait de passer au suivant, que je faisais perdre le temps. Elle ne voulait pas prendre la suite de ma commande. Puis 0 paroles ni regard au moment de payer. De plus il m'ont mit 4 croquettes au lieu de 6

Horrible! I ordered mobile sat in my car for 30 mins having to end up going in to get my own order, and my own drinks. I'll never go back. Terrible service!

Skip this location. 20 minutes waiting for breakfast order and the number of things wrong is just astounding. Staff clearly just didn't want to be there, actively avoided giving people what they wanted: "Just tell them we're out of hashbrowns" said while taking 8 hashbrowns out of the fryer. It's McDonald's, I was expecting perfection, but this was pitiful.

This location they don't do things properly, they don't make burger properly lot of times meat is so hard. Sometimes when you order poutine take out after you come home, box is almost empty. They don't serve proper amount of food. Also when they make burger it looks so massy. Don't waste your money. Hygiene issues going on there.

The restaurant claims open 24 hours however I arrived 5 AM and it was closed. After I waited a while in the drive-thru, and no one answered me I parked my car and walked towards the glass door trying to find anyone working inside to ask if the restaurant was working, one of the workers inside waved her hand to me and she was angry Get out of here! She treated me as if I were her little child who she disciplined, not as a customer who came to buy from her workplace!
Also many cars were arriving at that time and after a while one of the workers appeared to tell everyone that the restaurant would resume work at 6 AM!

Not the best place to visit at the moment. So filthy, all the time. Zero cleaning happening in between. I want to say they were understaffed or too busy, but there were more employees looking confused and doing everything to avoid eye contact with clients. Getting a straw was a 20 minute ordeal. There were about 20 people and 3 that had a clue. They got three stars because the food was actually fresh and well prepared. The order was correct. But the service is just horrible.

Drive thru rep did not know menu items and insisted I was wrong when I asked for the Spicy Habanero chicken sandwich. Rep at Payment window rolled her eyes at English-only speaker. Exceptionally incompetent service.

Slow service in the drive thru every single time. I'm able to speak either English or French but neither language seems to be understood over the intercom system. Order mix ups happens frequently or they are out of items. One of the worst McDonald's I've dealt with.

Worst McDonald's ever. Messed up my order. Hot Cakes were hard and uneatable. Not the 1st time I've been disappointed here. Never going back.

Minable -Service à l'auto. Plus de 5 minutes avant que quelqu'un prenne notre commande et en plus, une fois reçue, c'était froid. Nous n'irons plus jamais à ce McDo.

Pire service a clientèle ever, cetais froid et pas très bons non plus, la gérante est bête et zero respect! Dernière fois que je vais labas!
