Worst McDonald's. Horrible service. I ordered a happy meal for my daughter. Get home open the box. Only a toy and yogurt. NO FOOD INSIDE! Save yourself the headache don't bother this place is a joke.

J’ai vu une affiche d’embauche près des caisses, ils payent 2$ de plus qu’à Montréal et ça porte fruit, service rapide et amicale.

The worst service in fast food! I really don’t think they are understaffed! It’s simply the don’t give a flying cluck. Waited ten mins for a coffee and when I asked the worker to check the tickets due to the fact the machine never provided an order number she just mumbled and gave me looks. Do yourself a favour and don’t bother! Zero customer service

Attente, très long.envahie par livreurs Uber qui squatte le comptoir de commande et se comporte comme si le restaurant était le leur.
(Drive) commande très souvent incomplet.

Ça fait 2 fois qu'on s'y rend avec 2 jeunes enfants et le service a tellement été long! Aucun sens pour un fast food! 1 heure d'attente pendant que la semblant de gérante discutait d'horaire avec une nouvelle employée pendant le rush du souper et devant tous les clients qui attendaient.aberrant!

Le problème, quand on commande à l'intérieur, on nous fait attendre, il priorise commande à l'auto, door dash, et autre, mais nous les clients à l'intérieur on attend trop, j'ai attendu parfois jusqu'à 8 minute avant d'avoir ma commande, on peut tu amélioré le temps d'attendre pour client à l'intérieur, je comprend qu'on est dans la pandemie et qu'il y a peut être manqué de personnel.

Zone de commande double. Nous étions dans la ligne de gauche devant la borne de commande. 4 voitures ont commander a droite avant que quelqu'un prenne notre commande. 16h00 le 16 oct 21.

This place clearly overwork and overwhelm their employees, I waited for 45 in drive thru, it is not the employees fault they are clearly understaffed, but yeah.don't to there honestly

Terrible wait when i use to work 2005 till 2008 the service was way better live the good moments

Unfortunately gives a bad name to McDonalds; poor service, slow, stale food and got the impression workers were indifferent/unhappy. I was almost ignored in the drive through even when there was no rush, lacking quality control, and honestly bad enough I'll never go back to this particular spot.

Inacceptable! Commande passée par uber eat avec un délais de 1h30 d'attente et à chaque fois repoussé de plusieurs minutes. Pour finalement avoir une commande incomplète, il manquait un burger, fourchettes, pailles et serviettes.
Il serait temps de changer la direction afin d'améliorer les choses.

One of the worst service they’ll provide. Never on time and I had to wait 20 min just for a sandwich and medium fries.specially when you order in drive through It shouldn’t take that long. I work in McDonald’s and i know it shouldn’t be like that.

Drive-thru is not open 24 as stated online.
Tried twice this week between 4am and 5 am and was told they were closed at the intercom

Only 2 people working after hours friday night so expect 30 min wait time.correction 50min.still waiting while writing this.its like this every night

Very slow inside orders. Mixing up drive through orders. Getting wrong orders. I don’t know what’s happening inside.

Waited 15 min at drive-thru to get to coffees. They were backed up and cars were honking. Not even an apology from staff for the delay

It's inconvenient to customers since point of getting coffee drive through is to save time rather than sit there for 5-10 mins wondering if you guys are open

This the worst drive thru I have ever seen avoid at all cost this McDonald’s has never successfully managed to handle a drive thru customer regardless how busy they are. It could be one car or many you will wait 20 mins. This place takes away my mchappy

Long wait times, 45mins for curbside, and food came cold on top of it all.if you are in a hurry, dont go there.

They regularly make mistakes with their drive-thru orders.even simple orders they get wrong… either they get the order wrong, your drink wrong or they over charge.but there’s always something inaccurate.

There speed of service at this location is horrible and never gets better. I go to the Dorval location, the food is better and they are well run, efficient and quick. Lachine needs help big time.

I’m very disappointed at this place. I ordered two Big Macs at 8: 20pm and my food came at almost 10: 00
And on top of that it was very cold and one Big Mac was missing
Learned my lessons the hard way. Never gonna spend a coin at this place ever again

Make me an order just got skipped by 4 people haven't even gotten served or talking to at 5: 20 too 5: 30 drive-thru lineup.

Mc Donald's le plus lent que je connaisse. Ils oublient ta commande ou te fais attendre 30 minutes et cela plusieurs fois avec des gens de ma famille à différents heures de la journée.

On top of that attitude of Bianca is not at all professional!
She literally said “ I Dont care “ to a person asking for an order he was waiting from past 50 minutes!

En plus que se sois long a chaque fois je vais la les repas sont mal fait Bin voyons donc. Sérieux chu déçu.

Jamais de ma vie j'ai vu un mcdo aussi lent. Ce mcdo vien de reinventer le Slowfood.
Literalement 30min pour servir 5-6 personnes a tout les jours. Completement ridicule.

Si je pouvais donné 5 etoiles de moins je l aurais faite.le pire macd0 qui existe sur le globe.sans exagéré. Une gang de triso 21.incapable de gérer un rush.incapables de se rappeler les commandes.ilnsuffit de 10 commandes et tu vois le cataclysme a l'intérieur. Serieux embauché un vrai gérant.et de vrais gens réveillés.so nn fermé cette residence de vieux.

I love McDonald's but this one had a sign out outside saying 24h but when I went inside, they said that they were closed. I got a free ice cream for complaining

Very and extremely bad service. And the so called manager Namrata should not even be a manager! On top of all that, the place is so dirty that you will lose your appetite. Congratulations McDonald's on such team and place.

Presque toujours des erreurs dans les commandes au service à l'auto et ils prennent pas le temps de bien faire les choses

Pire mcdonalds en ville, rate toujours la commande si ce n'est pas un article manquant, jai commander une poutine epicé poulet croustillant extra sauce a poutine.rendu a la maison pas de sauce dans la poutine.retourne au restaurant, demande a ce quelle soit refaite, parles avec le superviseur, on me redonne la poutine.maintenant ces le poulet, la sauce buffalo et les ognions qu'ils manquent!

Service horrible! J'ai attendu une tasse de café pendant 20 minutes. Je suis parti avant de l'avoir.

Ce que je deplore, je prends le temps de regarder les heures d ouverture et sur le site ca dit 24h et a mon arrivé c est fermé quel perte de temps

It's a hit or miss with this location.
It seems it depends on the manager on duty.
At some occasion they are really on the mark and beyond. However some times it's a hot mess. The worst is the park and drive-thru setup.perfectly organized for an accident.

Awful service, do any young employees know how to speak. Please and thank yous dont exist anymore. I gave the girl at the pay window a tip because she was very busy, she looked at me like I was an idiot and did not know what to say. Teach you're employees how to be polite

Celebrated my birthday yesterday in this excellent restaurant. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a magnificent evening and the venue was surely one of the reasons for that outstanding gathering. The team participated in a sweet way, the cooking was delicious and my buddies were extremely thrilled. We shall absolutely come back again for more celebrations.thanks very much

Service désastreux! Une équipe de paresseux qui travaillent à régime super bas. On parle de FAST FOOD mais y a rien de rapide! En attendant je vois des fourmis sur le comptoir! Que font les #Inspecteurs-De-Salubrité et les #Autorités-Sanitaires? !

We arrived at this restaurant for lunch. This place was recommended to us by a friend. Well, it was very nice. The crew welcomed us with a smile and we felt good. The meal was delicious. We enjoyed every moment and we will visit this place again. Recommended.

The place was extremely dirty. I assume it’s either coffee or coke was spilled and everybody was just going around it without any attempts to clean it up. And it wasn’t even busy then. It’s disgusting and is a safety issue! And look at my signature wrap! There’s nothing “signature” about it! I only saw it after we got home, unfortunately. Would’ve returned it right away.

Vraiment un bon mcdo! Ceux de Québec devrait venir faire un tour et prendre leur exemple! Service rapide employé poli et quand on demande un extra cornichon on en a un vrai pas juste passer de 1 morceau à 2. Non un vrai extra cornichon c'est génial. Cela faisait longtemps. Et tout était chaud. D'habitude tout a le temps de refroidir avant que j'ai ma comande là non tout était chaud! Le café excellent. Bref je recommande ce mcdo à tout le monde. Super expérience client. Seul chose si vous y allez pour faire des travaux c'est bruyant. La musique d'ambiance est assez forte. Difficile de se concentrer. Mais bon c'était à moi d'aller dans une bibliothèque ou dans un café fait pour ça (mais le café mcdo est LE meilleur)

Such unorganized people. Orders will be ready but the person is talking to the others and arranging other stuff, everybody seems lost at their tasks. I wonder if there's a manager there.

They took over a half hour to have my delivery ready. I only ordered 2 trios and a happy meal. My poutine was missing too! This isn't a one off either. These guys are always this slow and get order items wrong

Stopped for a coffee. Had a chat with a worker while she did her chores. She listened and laughed with us at the stories we told. In this life of performance, it is nice to know we can still find good human relations and values. We had a good time.

It's a good location. Nice and clean. Staff got the order right the first time. That doesn't always happen.

Après avoir attendu 45 minutes, j’ai reçus un Bic Mac froid et des frites à moitiés rempli et aussi froide.
De plus, quand tu commandes une grande frite, il t’en donne une moyenne dans une boîte de grande. Donc commandez directement une moyenne.
En plus, quand je parle au employée, on me dit qu’il y a un grand roulement de staff car la gérante est très méchante avec ses employés.

Il y’a quelque semaine, j’ai décidé de parler à la gérante du restaurant Cheryl Lowe. J’ai voulu lui expliquer la situation, elle m’a répondu qu’elle Finissait à 15h et qu’elle ne pouvait pas rester une minute de plus étant donné qu’elle a de jeunes enfants à la garderie, je lui est donc suggéré de revenir la voir une autre journée. 2 jours plus tard je me présente à 14h et demande à parler à Cheryl, une employée part derière et revient après 2 minutes me disant que la gérante lui à dit de dire qu’elle n’était pas là. Je suis désolée mais un moment donné je comprend pourquoi ce Mcdo roule ainsi!

Je vous suggère d’aller à Dorval. La nourriture est chaude et le service est très rapide. C’est à 5 minutes.

Le pire mcdo de la province. Bouffe froide. Mauvais service. Temps d attente ridicule. Sale. Faut etre mal pris pour arreter la.

Je suis d'accord avec les commentaires précédents en plus, je suis allée pour la première et dernière fois cette semaine Il Y A DES FOURMIS SUR LE COMPTOIR À LA CAISSE. Je n'ose pas imaginer ce que c'est dans la cuisine!

Says 24h, but thats only the drive through do not be fooled, the walk in close at around 11 on most days. However, the place is better managed than most other McDonald's i've been to.
