Employees don't care. They mess up the orders and they take their time to come to the counter when people have to pay with cash. Very disappointed. And when you try to get their attention you get an attitude from the employee and the manager

We used the drive thru. The service was fast and polite. The order was correct though the salad on my habanero chicken seemed like an afterthought. The poutine wasn’t very full either.

This location needs some help from corporate. The service is too nonchalant which ultimately leads to constant 10 plus minutes wait time for simple orders. However, that’s if you’re lucky enough to have someone step up to the counter to take your order.

This restaurant is at a prime spot, but it’s sad to see that it’s been under terrible management for years now.

It depends the time you go to and the staff. Overall, the staff is friendly and they get my orders right

I have been to this location 4 times in the last few months. All 4 times they forgot to add my second burger to my order or messed up my order completely (even though it was on the computer) Every time it was the same response where sorry. Never again

Was a bit dissapointed when i tried to order the daily special and couldn't without going online, downloading and installing their app. They wanted my credit card info which is were i drew the line. Why give up all this personal info to save 2 dollars on something?

La file du service au volant peut être longue mais le service est toujours rapide et efficace. Leurs cafés glacés sont très bons.

Terrible service lately been a customer at that particular store for years coming by daily for staff myself and family
It's been 3 times this week that I have ordered food and the order is either missing something or its completely wrong but we have been charges money for things that are missing the day shift is excellent the afternoon shift in the last 6 months is terrible

It says it’s open for takeout, but it was only open for drive through or online orders. The online app has a limit per order.

I forgot to get bbq sauce, i asked the staff if i could have some, she insisted you have to pay, it is not free, it is 30something cents. I know, but damn. Man, other places would just hand it to me.
Luckily, i still have bbq sauce from BURGER KING from the day before in my car.

I went there and asked for 2 coffee. He made me wait for 10 minutes at the window. Then, i knocked at window, he ignored me then i knocked again he opened the window and shouted at me, don’t u see i am doing five works at a time. Then closed the window.

This was probably the worst McDonald's I have ever been in. The restaurant was dirty, none of the available tables was clean. Only one of the touch display ordering menus was working and the staff was not well trained and responsive. My order sat on the counter and the order number was not displayed so I could pick it up. I tried to get their attention but was ignored for quite sometime.

Always takes sooo long.always get parked and the last 2 tomes I went, they got my order wrong. Never any cookies or muffins at night.

Dimanche soir 22h30, on arrive au service à l’auto, aucune réponse au micro, après plusieurs minutes on décide d’avancer à la fenêtre, le caissier est en train de compter sa caisse (le service a l’auto est pourtant 24h) et nous fais un signe de la main comme pour dire que c’est fermé. Je lui demande d’ouvrir sa fenêtre pour une explication et il me répond « c’est fermé parceque c’est dead ».
Hé ben.

Pire service jamais eu au mcdo. Environ 30 min d'attentes au service au volant pour seulement 4-5 voitures devant moi. Je précise que je veux un macpoulet classique, ils m'en donnent un piquant. Quand j'y retourne et demande le bon parce que je ne tolère pas l'épicé la fille me dévisage, me donne le nouveau en me disant que la prochaine fois j'ai juste à vérifier ma commande avant de partir et que ça m'évitera d'avoir à revenir. J'étais au service au volant, c'était déjà archi long je n'était pas pour vérifier la composante de chaque élément. Puis elle me dit de jeter l'autre pour elle vu qu'elle ne peut pas y toucher puis s'en va sans excuser leur erreur ou sans dire simplement bonne journée ce qui est un signe de respect normal dans le service à la clientèle. En plus ma poutine était froide et la mayo du macpoulet uniquement dans un petit motton au coin. Pire service.

Service médiocre! Je suis aller vers 13h30. Pour un Chai. 8 employées qui parlaient et se foutais royalement des clients. Ils semblaient rires des gens et se raconter leur fds. Mauvaise équipe! Très ordinaire.

Je commande à la borne 3 carrés de poisson je suis habituée, car je travaille à côté.
je me remarque que je suis chargée 11 $ plus cher. Je viens au guichet pour expliquer ma situation.
La serveuse me dit que l'on peut pas commander juste le poisson à la borne (alors que rien n'était
indiquer) on me refuse de me rembourser. La dame me dit c'est ton erreur.
Mais quel erreur alors que rien indiqué?
Heureusement sa gérante a repris la chose en main, merci à cette gérante! Surtout que j'ai des soucis de santé que si je ne pouvais pas le prendre à la borne et je le savais, j'aurais suivi la procédure.
Je n'ai pas apprécié le manque de respect de cette employée à la caisse.

Went by the drive thru yesterday 11-7-20, and order 2 coffees. The car in front of us they used this long tray to give the coffee to him, then it was our turn. As I was watching the person making our coffees I totally freaked and this is how they did it. First, she had no gloves on, she took the 1 cup by shoving her fingers in the cup to pull it out from the stack and did the same for the second cup. As she's holding the cups again with her fingers inside the cup, she adds the sugar and milk. Then placed the cups on the counter and added the coffee. Then placed the covers on top as she pressed to close lid with her fingers. Now her full hand is on top of the cover, she took a coffee tray and placed both coffees in it by holding them from the lid. We told her that we didn't want the tray but she pushed the coffee tray on to us and closed the window. We could have taken the coffees without the tray, just like the person in front of us. Now not because of the current situation, but this is basics restaurant training. YOU JUST don't put your fingers in other people's cup, glass or plate etc… and because of the current situation they should have gotten better training. Then I called to speak to the manager and I was brushed off by her also. Am I going back? Nope not for a very long time. Next time, I'll take an extra 5 minutes at home and make my own coffee.

Il y a beaucoup de monde et l'emplacement n'est pas l'idéal.je pense que des rénovations serait bien. Ça serait plus joyeux plus ensoleillé. Il y a beaucoup de banc sans dossiers ce n est pas confortable et ça limite les places.

Best place to ruin your morning. Could barely understand the manager, does not take orders in order of arrival in driv-thru, ignores what you say and does not know how to apologize. Food put aside, the service is getting worse and worse. Just went there this morning and lady take the order had such an attitude.

Pretty clean, fast service and joyful employees.

They have a refill machine, so you don’t have to go to the cashiers to ask a refill and you can get as much as you want. Just watch out to avoid a sugar overdose! ;)

Ce McDonald's n'affiche pas certaines informations importantes à ses clients. Tous les jours, les poulets de sa chaîne d'approvisionnement sont victimes d'abus horribles de la naissance jusqu'à l'abattage. Il y a un manque évident de transparence à ce sujet et c'est inacceptable. Plusieurs autres chaînes de restauration rapide font mieux.

L'attente au service à l'auto est infernale à partir de 2 h ça prend au moins 15 minutes pour être servi en plus les croquettes et le hamburger Big Mac semblait toujours trop cuit les croquettes sont dures et non mangeable à éviter et aussi à rajouter du personnel durant la journée pour faire avancer le service a l'auto

Modification: faut attendre 25 min au service à l'auto

Service lent. 15 minutes c'est trop long pour une restauration "rapide". On peut commander par sois-même avec l'interface mais le système est lent. Ça pourrait être beaucoup plus rapide.

Many time happened with me waiting time so long to get an order from drive way. They do not pass who is order takes long to waiting lot parking.

Staff scream a lot and laugh very loudly between them (jokes, interactions.), I don't mind all of this, but not loud! And when they start talking to the client "they become serious, mad and robotics"

They cannot get the service right at drive thru.
They keep serving customers out of order. I once had THREE cars be served before me even though I was first. I frequent 4 McDonald's, and this is, by far the worst.being served out of sequence happens one third of the time.last time was last straw. I backed out of drive thru and I will never return.they are pathetic.
