McDonald's

Normalement je n’ai aucun problème avec ce Mcdo, mais il y a toujours un erreur qu’ils font là, soit c’est sale ou ils prennent beaucoup du temps pour faire les choses. Mais payer une chose et ne pas la recevoir? Je crois que il faut que quelqu’un aille vérifier là-bas.

Bien placé, ferme plus tard que d'autre magasins le dimanche et en plus nous sommes en très bonne compagnie sous haute sécurité, signé GARDA.merci je me sens vraiment mais vraiment plus à l'aise et confortable sous l'œil de garda, je dort mieux même le soir venu.

Probably best service at any McDonald’s. Super busy late at night and yet the crew was delivering meals at a good pace. When they gave me my big bag of food I realized they gave me a medium fry instead of a large fry, I was about to accept my fate so as to not bother the crew but the nice lady behind the counter noticed right away and called me back to give me a large made with FRESH fries straight out of the fryer. Unreal!

Il n'y a pas de salle de bain après midi le week-end et il n'y a pas non plus de glace pour le soda.

Habituellement les succursales de McDonald's sont bien ramasser, il ne traîne pas trop de cabaret ou papier sur le sol cette succursale fait exception. Rien n'empêche que le big Mac est aussi bon.

I went at a very busy time. The service was so fast. I had not received such a fast service at a McD in a really long time!

We came on Sunday at 10 pm and it says that you work 24 hours a day, but they didn’t let us inside and said the reason is that only 3 people work, so we can’t eat here. If you have written that you are open 24/7, then this should at least be respected. We were kicked out and one Hindu man also got rude to us.

It says it's opened all night, it isn't. I showed up there late and it was always closed. Even on Uber eats, they just keep cancelling. And even of they actually manage to prepare your order, they will mess it up. Just order from somewhere else, it is by far the most useless McDonald's I had to deal with.

Le McDonald's était propre et j'ai été servi rapidement. Les nuggets étaient croustillants

Very friendly staff and well-managed McDonald’s. Orders are made so fast and the location is very clean.

I went to pickup my mobile order they told me it’s not ready I waited almost 30 minutes nd then I see they gave me the order which was there from the time I ask them in starting obviously the food quality was wrost bcz it was there from long time. Someone should tell them about professionalism in business. Never ever go there if u want to save use money. Lastly the staff members are very arrogant nd rude.

One of the most disgusting McDonald’s I’ve ever seen: all the tables were dirty, food, napkins and receipts all over the floor. Even 10 minutes after I brought attention of one of the employees to the mess no one was taking care of it.

As other reviewers have stated, not actually 24h despite the signage stating so, and hasn't been for months. No real hours posted anywhere.

The restaurant and the security company/guard have a discriminatory policy against people that do not have cell phones! I wanted to order a cheeseburger for me and my spouse when I was denied entry to the restaurant on July 30th 2022 because I did not have a cell phone and was unable to place the order prior to entering. No paying customer shoud be denied access to placing an order in person in the establishment. The restaurant was fuĺl of customers!

Service très lent, nous avons reçu notre nourriture froide. Les employés ne portent pas de filets. Nous avons été malade. Des modifications sont nécessaires au service et à l’hygiène.

24/7? YOU WISH.
This place is closed half of the nights. They find every reason to be closed. Some rude security guard standing outside telling people its closed. They can afford a security guard but can't afford to pay people more to work night shift?
Horrible service even when its open.
Living around the corner indont have much choice, but if i did, i definitely would not come to this place.

Worst mcdo In mtl! Days 24h/7 they close whenever even they wants, they don’t even have wraps because they told me it’s for bigger McDos! What a shame

Par rapport au Mac Donald's en France il y a moins de choix.
Le service a été très bien et correct.
Je recommande pour une petite faim.

Lundi, pas de chausson aux pommes,
Mardi, machine à glace en panne,
Mercredi, pas d’arachides pour les sundaes,
Et pas de tickets à la borne? Je veux bien être tolérant mais je n’ai jamais eu une aussi mauvaise expérience tous mcdo confondus! Et quand on demande des arachides j’ai presque eu l’impression que c’était de ma faute! A éviter.

Vraiment déçu! À chaque commande nous sommes malade, le test a été fait sur plusieurs mois et rien ne change. Il y a un véritable problème (cuisson de la viande? Hygiène?)

Service is absolutely terrible, if ever they even accept to serve you at all.
Also totally not open 24h, and the management seems pretty incompetent, condescending and extremely lazy.
Avoid at all cost.

If I could give 0, I will give 0, bad service, waiting long time, double burger without meet only bread, Missing toy, no pipe, really really bad, I can not understand why it can still open here.

On s’est fair Uber Eat 6 fois au total de cet endroit, literallement pas une seule fois on a reçu la bonne chose, meme si ce mcdo est le plus proche de chez nous on va toujours ailleurs maintenant

It says open 24h, but it's not and no one replies.
Just write the right hours instead of wasting everybody's time.

What I also don't get is that it's also open on uber eats but you actually cannot go get your stuffs?

Le mcdo est supposer etre 24h ca fait 3 jours je commande entre minuit et 3h du matin et j’ai un erreur sur l’application et quand je me rend les machines sont supposément brisé et donc peuvent pas nous servir, durant 3 jours? Très etrange.

Ordered on the app. Got there and the door was locked. The worker came to the window and signaled they were closed.

La salle à manger est fermée le soir et la nuit. J’ai aussi passé une commande la nuit et elle a été refusée après 40 min d’attente. J’aime le McDo normalement. Mais souvent déçu par celui-là

J'ai commander et payer sur l'application et une fois sur place on refuse ma commande en disant que c'est fermer alors que je viens toujours vers 3-4h du matin. En plus j'ai été débiter sur ma carte j'espère ne pas avoir de problème pour le remboursement

Inscrit sur internet et sur la porte que c’est 24h, pour au final se faire rejeter à la porte pas un employé plus que désagréable.

J'ai demandé à l'employé, 01h48 am du café elle m'a répondu que c'est fermé. Alors que je travaille comme agent de sécurité. (uniforme)

I guess it’s the perfect location if you wanna wait for ever to get your order just to realize that every single item is wrong and cold. I have no word to describe how incompetent they are.

Like any other Micky D's but extra grimmy cause it right downtown and usually occupied by homeless people. If you need get your McDonalds fix this will do but I would go there to dine in
