Caissière se promenait avec son téléphone partout dans le restaurant (il n'y avait qu'un seul client assis et moi à la caisse).
J'avais beau la regarder mais elle m'évitait du regard et s'en allait plus loin. J'ai dû quasiment aller derrière le comptoir pour que l'employé du service à l'auto vienne me demander ce que je voulais.

No paper in the machine for the receipt, TV screen does not work, garbages full, tables dirty, not a lot of staff.need more staff.

If you can- don’t go here, just don’t! You gonna wait, they will mess up your order… substandard service all around. Don’t like to racial profile, but …. Just stand 15 minutes (you will have to anyways) inside this McDonalds and you get the point o_O

Most of the employees there are lazy and screaming to each other, very well renovated inside but unfortunately it has not been maintained well, been 1 consecutive week still ketchup and paper roll for receive hasn’t been refilled at all, poor management and it takes so much time to receive food even when there are no people, something is wrong and need to be adjust

90 minutes for two sandwiches and a small fry. The only thing they did right was my drink. Imagine not being able to do the only thing anyone will ever ask you to do.

2e commande avec Skip the dishes. 2e fois qu'il manque des items dans ma commande. Je me rend au Mcdo pour avoir les items manquants et je dois m'obstiner avec eux. Entre dans l'auto et il manque encore des items. Finalement repart avec la commande arrive a la maison les frites sont froide. Je suis vraiment déçus de leurs services.

Service horrible horrible j'ai répété ma commande 4 fois au service au volant alors que j'étais sur la route je me suis rendu compte que mon double big mac n'avait pas de viande et que mon café avec deux laits et deux sucres était noir.

3 times in 5 weeks they give me the wrong order in the drive through. The last one I caught the error only once I was home.
You call the restaurant and no one answers.
Judging from other comments, their restaurant is sub par. Also judging from the lack of response from management, they simply couldn't care less.

First off, there is just one lady who speaks English. Even she isn't very fluent, so it didn't come as a surprise when the people get your order wrong 5 times (not an exaggeration). How can they be so confident that they will not get any English speaking visitors here?

When they run out of salt, they give out french fries without salt instead of refilling it (like really? !).

The burgers came out compressed (they didn't even look fresh).

You have to wait for a ridiculously long time to get served in general, and imagine when they actually get the order wrong multiple times.

I'm not returning. 0 stars for service.

Staff were incredibly ignorant and rude. We ordered on the machines inside and I ordered an egg McMuffin with no sausage and they put sausage on it, my brother ordered a hamburger that was stone cold and we ordered 2 ice vanilla lattes and they didn't give them too us then when we asked about them they brought hot coffees so we complained again till they brought ice ones. We saw several people coming in from the drive through complaining they had been waiting ages for their food too. Worst McDonalds I've ever been too they need to be inspected, miserable experience.

C’est rare mais très rare que je me pleins d’un service à la clientèle car je suis très consciente que les employées n’ont pas les meilleures conditions de travail ou salaire. Par contre la j’ai pas le choix de partager. Étant moi même employer pour du service à clientèle depuis 5 ans, j’ai jamais vu un service aussi lent et terrible. Lundi soir-mardi matin (14-15 octobre) nous somme passer au service au volant. En arrivant vers 23h40, nous avons attendu ou on prend les commendes pour 30minutes avec grande patience. J’ai cru qu’il y avait un problème donc j’ai avancer à la fenêtre. J’explique la situation à l’employée pour comprendre si y avait un problème ou un manque de staff. Aucune réponses, bêtement prit ma commende avec les yeux qui lui roulais derrière le crâne. Malgré ceci, je reste polie et je leur propose d’aller m’installer dans les stationnements réserver pour attendre ma commende. Le temps d’attente était incroyable, on est reparti avec la commende à 00h47. Une heure et sept minutes d’attentes.

Souvent fermé pour qq heures ou pour toute la journée. Service comme partout lente (manque de personnels qualifie/bien forme: (comme partout au QC.).

Rude staff who let 10 people ahead of the cars waiting for their orders. I don't get who runs these places. I wish I could of given 0 stars with a lunch that took 31 minutes to get. Order however was spot on, thank you.

They put alot of chicken in my wrap! They forgot to give straws which is so annoying when you are on the go. The rest was delicious! I was not hungry for the fries since they put alot of chicken in the wrap. They were quick on serving the food! I'll definitely come back!

Chaque fois que je commande à l’auto, il me manque toujours quelque chose. Je redemande toujours une confirmation de ma commande avant de payer et encore la, on oubli toujours de puncher quelque chose. Sinon, même si je montre mon mécontentement (sans les envoyer chi***), les employés qui me servent reste poli.

I completed an online order and when I arrived to pick up the order (4 min later), I was asked to wait outside the door as the order wasn’t ready and the restaurant was closed. I waited 15 min before knocking on the door to be let in and see what happened. The young lady who let me in said she forgot about the order and would get the manager. When the manager finally arrived, without even looking at me said it would be another five minutes. Well, I went back to my car and waited another ten minutes to which my order was brought to me. I went home and realized at once that after waiting 25 minutes for an order, they had messed it up missing two items.
Shocking how this restaurant only has a three star rating based on experiences I’ve had and heard about.
I work in the service industry and attitude and quality of work starts at the top and this place certainly doesn’t have good leadership.

Just came here with my husband and daughter paid almost 40 $ just to get yelled at about my order. I just told u I orders a Large root beer and u started yelling at me. I ask u to stop yelling at me 4 times. The employee or owner wearing the burgundy shirt. Mans really messed with my anxiety. Will not be going back here and will be contacting mc Donald's head quarters on monday!

Service quality so low, staff are not very welcoming also food quality is low I only would recommend buying black coffee.

This has to be the worst McD's I ever went to, Ordered Big Mac meal, The patties were both under one bun and the top bun had nothing in between the other bun, Nothing! Patties were about the size of a bottom of a pop can. It also had an odd burnt taste. I only went since I had a coupon, Never again.

Long wait just for a three breakfast items, and they screwed up.maybe they are understaffed but was not the greatest service compared to many times before.

As much as I love McDonald's, that very day it ended because of one person. I don't know if it is discrimination of whatsoever. I am an international candidate who worked in Palaces in France and applied for assistant manager job on indeed site. I was invited to be interviewed by the manager called VINCENT before yesterday for a job as assistant manager. I texted him I was running late because of covid vaccination queue (safety for you and others around you first) I arrived about 15 mn later and he let me sit there to wait. 30 mn went by, 1 hour, 2 hour, nobody checked up on me to give updates or apologize (I am also a client even though I am a candidate) when 2 hours went by, I left. It is such a poor attitude from the management team because I have prepared for the interview the whole morning and my wife even left early from work to go along with me. I was sad but I am glad that I did not integrate in the team cause that's inadmissible! The world is round Mr Vincent and I am not a person that you treat like that!

1. Some how I was able to order and I think you guys were closed to fix your Uber eats hours. 2. If you were open I want to know how it takes over 1hr to make 1 ice cream. 3. Not the first time the staff does this

Salle à mangé fermée. Contradictoire au heures d'ouverture affiché en ligne. Long temps d'attente malgré le minimum de clientèle. Employers incapables d'appliquer coupons valide* à la commande. La nourriture par contre était satisfaisante.

Drive thru was fast, they refused to speak English to me and because of that I was treated rudely

Very slow. Fake nails far too long to handling food. Not bilingual staff. French were over cooked and cold.

Worst location ever, first of all the staff are rude, they never get my order right, and i had to wait 20-30 min for my order, even their poutine has no gravy, they putted some sweet sauce i think bbq sauce

I will never goto this location ever again. After waiting over 20 at mobile pick up, I went Inside to ask where is my food. The cashier told me that somebody tried to deliver my food but no one came after saying they supposedly can't find my order. They just try to me my order that's been standing for over 10 minutes. I insisted for a refire and two cashier tried to argue with me saying just try a fry. If food been standing for 10 minutes, it's not fresh. The manage got involved.she told me "the employee doesn't know about the new mobile order parking". Maybe you should train your staff or have better customer service.the manager asked if I wanted a mcflurry or apple pie, I just want my food refired. They told me they would. They gave me my "refired" food and I head home. The fries were refired but my burgers weren't touch. Cold as ice. I been disappointed at this location too many times. This has to be the worst McDonalds I've gone to. Go to better McDonald's, this is waste of your time and money.

Worst possible Burgers to buy in the area. I know when people do competitions or comparison to burger places, I don't even know why they would include McDonalds. Ordered a quarter pounder BLT.don't know why I did after eating it. Never and I mean never again will I ever go to a McDonald's and buy another Burger. What a disgrace.

Wait time is ridiculous every single time, waited 10 minutes for a double cheese the other day and today they gave me my junior chicken with no meat.

It’s currently taking 20-25 minutes per order and everyone seems to not care how fast they are producing the food.

l'expiration de la consommation, la dernière fois les chaussons avaitnt pas de papier de délai de consommation et était durs, secs. Fini pour moi Macdonald. Il faut punir les inccompétents. Gros manque de supervision.

Chaques fois que je vais la il manques quelques choses dans ma commande et la cet fois si jai carrément rien eux de ce que jai commander sa devient assez ridicule!

The food here is always cold and does not taste good, serving size is low on the fries 90% of the time and they always get the order wrong whether it’s just a sauce or drink. I have ordered from here many times off of skip the dishes and door dash, each time hoping it would be better because it’s the only McDonald’s near by, but it never fails to disappoint.

Most days this are fine, service is always kind and such, the occationnal slow-day does come by tho and a 15 minute wait has happened more with the tighter restrictions so i cant fault them with the curent state. Thank you for still being open 24/7 the coffee is always right and warm you right up

Almost every meal I order and have delivered is missing items or they are incorrect. Management needs to ensure that employees are packing their orders correctly and the entire team needs training. If the staff are constantly getting orders wrong they should be accountable for it. I’ve had rotten lettuce, egg McMuffins missing the egg, pancakes as hard as rocks. Disgusting. This is unacceptable and is incredibly disappointing. As someone who doesn’t drive, I rely on deliveries. I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again.

Always ad a good service. But on night of Monday, the casier was not at her place, no kind of politeness and brought my food a little bit cold and almost thought she forgot it.

Service aux stationnements (commande en ligne avec l'app) de plus en plus lent. La dernière fois j'ai attendu plus de 15 min avant qu'un employé vienne me voir pour savoir qu'est-ce que j'avais commandé.

La gérante est en or. Grâce à elle, l'équipe est très rapide et efficace. Elle mérite un poste de directrice.

Après 22h30 le service est lent et ils font des erreurs dans les commandes (une seule boulette dans un double 1/4 de livre?). Comment est-ce possible?

C'était mal propre il était passé 16 hrs et il n'y avait rien a côté des boissons en fontaines aucune serviette. J'ai eu un gros bout de sac de plastique dans mon macpoulet en plus la boulette n'était pas mangeable l'huile sans doute trop vieille. Les frites était froides sans goût et brunes. Mon conjoint a prit le poisson, le fish n' Chip et la fraîcheur laissait à désirer. Bref ce resto n'est plus ce qu'il était jadis.

Combo meal was served with no fries and manager argued that it doesn’t come with fries. No ketchups cup and ketchup bag empty it’s 3: 30 pm the place is empty I wonder how it is when it is busy. Man Bathroom soap left open on the counter the dispenser is broken. Bathroom not cleaned. After paying for new fries they were old. Service was horrible they didn’t know what was to be served and instead of serving the employees was joking with the manager. About not showing to work. My kid ate the food wasn’t done and said his stomach hurt and went to the toilet right away. The garbages bin was broken and not covered

Imprimante fonctionne pas pour reçu. Ca pris 3 employés pour imprimer. Oublier 1 paille, sauce au miel et a substitué pomme pour frite sans mon consentement. La réponse de l'employé il y a pas de pomme alors t'a des frites. Beaucoup de mouches qui volent dans resto et le ketchup est remplis de mouche a fruit.

Their tables are all filthy, especially at kids section area.wish they would provide disinfectant wipes at each tables so that we could clean after ourselves. Its annoying to always need to ask staff for wet cloth to wash our own tables! This time i used a pack of napkins and used it as placemats!
Otherwise their sundaes were good! But dont forget to ask for a spoon with ur sundaes.

Là plus part des travailleurs des McDonald's né sont pas propre quand ils servent les gens là nourriture. Surtout les femmes elles sont même pas bien accueillante tjr trop d'attitude dégoûtant.
