Utilisation seulement du service au volant: Service rapide et courtois et jamais eu d'erreurs dans mes commandes.

De soir,
Mauvais service, nos frites étaient très vieilles et froides.
Il a mis notre commande sur le comptoir sac ouvert et est parti laver des tables sans dire le numéro de la commande. Un autre employé a regardé et à nommé notre numéro.
Fini pour nous. Je déconseille.

En route pour le nouveau-Brunswick, nous avons fait un arrêt pour manger. La nourriture a été prête rapidement sans erreur et c'était chaud.

Aujourd'hui le 3 septembre 2023 a 22h35 je suis aller au service au volant il avait une voiture avant moi donc j'ai pris le deuxième interphone pour passer ma commande le véhicule avant moi est passer j'attends il a un Pick Up noir qui arrive après moi va a l'interphone a coter de moi il le passé avant moi et un deuxième véhicule prend le même interphone du Pick Up noir et le passé lui aussi avant moi on a attendu 20 minutes minimum et on ne m'a toujours pas pris ma commande donc il était rendu 22h55 et je suis partie alors je ne suis pas aucunement satisfaite de celui qui prenait les commandes au service au volant

Stop here almost every time we pass through. Love the service. Staff are always friendly and quick to overcome and language misses.
Just a nice place to stop along the way.

Quand je vais au mc do, je prend toujours le même menu. Et la à celui-là c’est presque 6 pièces de plus qu’aux autres. En plus les steaks des burgers étaient overcooked et pas qu’un peu. De la vraie semelle. Et bien sûr c’est qd tu prend à emporter que ça arrive….
Lamentable.

A ce Mcdo la de st-jean-port-joli éxellent service les gérant sont polie et taquinne parfois a la blague le monde qui connaissent jadore le Mcdo de cette endroit la! Pour moi je donnerais tout les étoiles et il font leurs possible malgré le manque de personnelle comme partout ailleurs.

Sometimes you just need a couple cheeseburgers to get you through the rest of your trip.staff were great.

On December 31,2022 i purchased a bigmack meal from the drive through, i got the pop and the bag of food then drove off to the on ramp for Highway 20 and stopped. Looked in the bag and there was an obvious mistake, 4 hamburgers no bigmack no fries. Well I couldn't back up the ramp to go back so my Labrador had a real feast. On the way back from Quebec City I stopped and they were just closing so I had to come back another time.

Today January 6, I had go to town to make a few stop, first stop was Macdonald, went in presented my receipt told my story to the attendant, she went to get the manager, told him the same story and he asked me if I wanted a free Bigmack meal, I said yes please, he served me right away with a great big smile. It was that easy.

One of the better McDonald's for good service just off the Route 20 using exit 414.lots of English speaking people here as well for the traveller's that aren't bi lingual

Jeune homme à la caisse très poli. Par contre, les sandwichs sont probablement fait à la hâte car tout semble pêle-mêle et mal placé et ce, malgré un faible achalandage d'un mardi soir vers 20 hres.

Wow! Enfin un Mcdo qui offre encore de la restauration rapide. C'est vite, c'est bon et chapeau à la courtoisie des employés.
Le staff est jeune mais est organisé et efficace, bravo!

J'ai pris 2 chocolat chaud et un café, les trois boissons n'ont pas été mélangées

Propagande complotiste sur les paneaux a l'entrée, heureusement les employés porte le masque mais aucun code qr demandé pour manger a l'intérieur

Service exécrable. Aucun joyeux festin pour les déjeuner, me font payer un extra viande alors que j'avais demandé sans viande. Personnel qui passe son temps à se cacher. Le seul point positif, on peut encore manger dans le resto

Worst McDonald's customer service experience. Employees look they would rather be anywhere else, don't care about the clients, you might have to put a gun to their head to get a smile and absolutely rude/impolite

Horrible experience! Water in the boys bathroom didnt work (i came to this exact location 5 months ago and it was still broken). We had 3 meals, we got 1 wrong burger, no cups for the drinks, no ketchup! When asked for cups they gave us 1, we had to ask again for the second and again for the 3rd. When asked for ketchup we only got 1 pack and had to ask again for more cause the person just left. It took 25 min to get our food all in order. By the time we got to eat the poutine was cold and so were the fries for the other meals. Not coming back again.

Horrible service, had to come back at the counter to ask for missing items 3 times. Bathroom sink was out of service. Do not come here.
