FOR DASHERS/UBER: This mcdonalds likes to take their sweet time with delivery orders. It's better to take orders from other places rather than an order from here unless you like to wait 30 minutes for them to prepare it.

Update.
Went to order on two separate occasions. On both occasions they messed up the order. (Nov 27-28 2021) take 1 bagel, toast it. Add butter and 1 slice of cheese. Yet it seems so hard.

Don't appreciate people lieing to me and telling me they will make fresh filets when I specifically asked fresh out of the fryer.like everytime from this location I always have to go back inside and ask them to make it again!

3rd time I make an order either drive thru or uber eat and items are missing, today I ordered uber eats I asked for a junior chicken with a tomatoe, payed my order with the fees and all that, I get a junior chicke with tomatoe. NO CHICKEN are you kidding me? I had to drive there to tell them my chicken was missing that I payed fees and I still had to drive there and they say sorry we gave u a frie for free! I dont want your fry you should be giving me more then that for my time and money wasted, last time I uber eat from there its ridiculous!

My first visit was a very slow service. I did order 5 breakfast trios (2 sandwiches and 3 wraps) which i can understand. However it took 45 mins to get my food. I asked for the sugar, milk and creme on the side for the coffees and it seems they put them on a different bag to a different customer. So i wait again for that. Hash browns were very soft that can break easily by simply holding it. Overall not great.

I was served by a very friendly employee, Julian, who made my
visit a pleasant experience.
The restaurant is clean, a young employee always mopping the floors,
picking up trash and washing tables. It's nice to see such a diligent staff.
Highly recommended!

This location used to be the best but it’s been 5 times that either I’m missing items in my order or waiting 20 mins for a simple coffee. Avoid this location especially after 8pm

I have been to this McDonald's several times and the service was ok but today (oct 9th 2021) it was the worst service I ever had at any McDonald's. I made drive through order and i had to repeat few times for the guy to understand it then i had to wait for around 12 -15 min and there was only 2 cars infront of me! Then when i was at the cashier (orders guy) i had to repeat my order again as he said that my order was not taken accordingly i repeated my order and paid it. I moved forward to receive my order and again the order i requested is different from what i am receiving! So i asked again to get my order and what i paid for so i had to wait for them to prepare it when i took it and moved i had another un pleasant surprise! All the 4 kids meals (my order) are missing the french fries. After a total of around 20-25 min of waiting time on a drive thru repeating the order like 3 times or more at the end i got the order missing and frustrated kids. It seems that it was the same issue happening with other customers as that would explain the long waiting time. Definitely this is not a normal McDonald's experience!

Nicer than many MCD. Clean. Happy staff. Room to move. Many menu boards, well kept. Double soda fountain, so no waiting. Well run. Lots of parking.

It takes forever for any order.
I wrote this 2months ago when I came.
Came back today.and it took 35min for my drive thru order.again
Never coming back

Order 10 piece spicy nuggets. 6 or 7 of them were undercooked/raw. Good job guys, we got corona out here killing us, don't need salmonella-20 doing it too

The last two times I got coffee the cup leaked and made a mess of my cup holder. Today the manager /supervisor refused to give me another cup or coffee sleeve to prevent this from happening again. The customer service was abominable.

Fast service, ordered online for pickup at # spot.but all food was lukewarm and that is disappointing!
This was a fail which is not the first time.

We were in a rush so we were happy about the fast drive through…until we started eating…The McNuggets were so old they were tough to chew. Precooked hours a head of time. The fries were cold and under cooked! The only thing good coming out of this restaurant was the Pepsi fountain drinks…which came with ice when we asked for none… 1 out of 5 stars for Disgusting Food!

We showed up tonight 30 minutes before closing with an obnoxious order for a ton of junior chickens and breakfast sandwiches - the staff were a delight and let us stay on the patio as they closed. The best McDonald experience I have ever had. The night manager deserves a raise.

Top of the line food, fresh and tasty.
Served with a smile on the face and reasonable priced.

Awful ordered a crispy chicken wrap got grill chicken with bread that's it no sauce no lettuce and was too far to go back

Uber drivers are great, but they always get my order wrong. They get the desert and the drink, but never the meal.useless

They rarely get the order correctly on take outs. 20% success rate? It shouldn’t be rocket science to get a standard order in a paper bag.

Didint get what I paid for. Ask for the new schezwan burger and they gave me a filet o fish. One of the worse macdos iv ever been to. Not the first time they mess up my order.

The curbside closed during curfew.and the worse part is you have to stay out side next to curbside window for couple of minutes to have someone answer you.

Always liked this location, but today my orders took too long. Considering everything that is going on, it will be better to judge their performance when they have full operations in motion.

I really like the McDonald's app it makes life a lot easier for truck drivers to be able to order food

Absolutely terrible. Sunday morning with 5 clients before me and it took 20 minutes to get a sausage muffin and a coffee.

I was having so much trouble with the McDonald's application accepting my order at a couple locations. The error codes are not very clear but once I went inside Michael was able to help solve the problem. Thank you. I didn't realize it but the staff are able to see the mobile orders and make amends at the cash register in person if need be. Next time there is trouble with the application not accepting the order just go inside and the problem of an order going through can be easily solved.

Very nice service, management team is very friendly and very helpful would love to see this kind of service in the other location

The food is always good, the staff are friendly and helpful and the prices beat almost every other fast food place in the area!

I went here at like 10pm on a Tuesday, order 2 burgers and a fry.

The burgers were cold, the fries were hot and crispy. I waited like 10 minutes for the order. There was no one ahead of me.

It is very unsettling during these times (covid) to see the car in front of me handing the drive through employee something and then seeing the employee take it inside the McDonald’s then proceed to hand me my coffee. Other franchises have rules in place that state they aren’t allowed to take back anything that the customer has handled. It seems like it would be common sense at this point but I guess McDonald’s isn’t affected by the pandemic.

Food was okay, but this McDonalds does not put the Monopoly token stickers on most eligible food items. The staff is most likely stealing them. Very disappointed, 2nd time this has happened at this location. 8 game pieces missing total. Thieves!

We ordered on the machine. It was fast to get our food. There was enough tables even when it was crowded at lunch time. Good coffee.

Im giving this 5 stars based on this Mcds compared to other ones. Imo it is the best west island Mcds. Fast service in general and the quality always seems to be very good compared to other west island McDonalds.

One of my favourite McDonald’s. It’s often times clean, employees are polite and they have table service.

Mobile order went smooth and incredibly fast. Even though there were 4,5 cars ahead of me, it took 2 minutes tops to get my coffee. Most likely they had mobile orders too. Loved it!

Worst Mcdonald's ever! Very rude staff! I waited literally 1 hour for my order! Finally I canceled my order! The other day I found a hair in my icecream in this very branch. I would never go to this branch ever!

Despite being really packed everytime I go there, their service impresses me. The macdonalds location is really nice, it is clean and the table service was pretty quick. I will be returning here all the time

They do their English commercials in French, also i had their small kids milk and it was past it's best before date!

Came to this mc donalds drive thru around 10: 45 pm Saturday july 13 waited at the drive thru for 10minutes.no answer. Let a car that came after me order before me.what kind of service is this? Horrible service never again

Got my order say down as it was somewhat busy had this young guy 2 tables over asleep head on the table manager walks by 2 times and does not say a word plus the guy needs a bath

Got order wrong at drive through. Went back and they got it wrong again. No patience to deal with the incompetent staff. Will not return.

So far haven't had a bad experience! Ordered via the screen and was promptly served and always someone walking around refilling coffee and extremely clean location. Good job

All in all, this McDonald's is pretty good. We tend to Uber eats a lot from here, and we rarely have any issues. We do enjoy it! Good place to eat!
