Previous reviews of night service is correct. McDonalds corp does not care to pay its staff well to keep night shift running properly. One guy busy taking order and one to make it leaving huge group of people waiting 10s of minutes in a small space waiting for food. Not fast or pleasant at all! Will not go again.
Also my order was wrong, properly because the one food maker was rushed.

Please be kind to the staff as it McCorp making these horrible decisions.

The Indian in the front is disrespectful, kick me out for nothing. Do not recommend and to not give the full command

Ordered a mc spicy chicken meal, burger is good but the customer service is soo bad.
And drinks machine is not working properly, they should inform when we order meal which have drink. No ice, drink is warm, no CO2, its not first time.

Very good location, perfect for grabbing a morning trio before classes. The same goes for late night studying and if too lazy for cooking. However, the extreme crowing seems to persist throughout the whole opening hours and there's always a huge pile up for customers waiting. The bathrooms are locked so you can't use the franchise as a free restroom. Smart move. The printer needs fixing as people always get confused about their order number.

Je suis entrée lundi vers 14h00 pour un café, et à mon émerveillement, une caissière était à son poste et attendait pour le prochain client à commander! J'ai donc été servie très rapidement, et le café était très bon. J'ai vu tellement pire comme service à d'autres McDonalds, celui-ci se démarque par sa rapidité et le café goûteux!

Love my McDonald's coffee so I stopped here few times this week after my morning walk. Service is fast and very friendly

No vegetarian food here.
Just fries and cold drink is all that you can have here if you are a vegetarian.
They should bring McAloo tiki here.

Sad thing about macdo is that they are the modern slaves. The way they have to work, and hours, and pressure, impossible to make a good job. All chaines are like that. Its not because their employees flip burguers and clean toilets that they don't deserve respect. Nobody works in such condition if they don't really need money. Respect is the key!

This place is normally busy since its in St Catherine street. Love their monopoly promo. They have four KIOSK at the location.

Don't verfie passports (vaxicode) for customers eating in. Absolutely no supervision in restaurant. Restaurant not clean.

Bad service. Filthy place. Always crowded due to staffs inability to handle orders efficiently.

The behavior of cashier is very rude.
They don't open washroom after 11pm.
It's ridiculous.

Everytime I order extra sauce in my wraps they either give me less than what's in a normal wrap or no sauce at all. It's the third time now.

The Employees are great but they are struggling to hire enough and it makes things slow. Some late nights they cant stay open anymore. Quality place though otherwise.

Very very poor service! Employees should know how to talk with customers. Only Benjie is good supervisor. Super rude staff. They take 30-40 minutes to make one order. And no work ethics complimentry.

I have to give this location 5 stars just for the employees dedication to work. But if I could grade the ownership no question it would a massive ZERO. His staff has no support. First forget about social distancing. It does not exist. And I'm not speaking of the homeless people always walking in without mask of course hauling and yelling, asking for change. This place needs at least TWO security guards if not three. I not going to start with whats going on in the washrooms.

Service très lent mais certainement dû au manque de personnel. Trudeau a fait une grosse erreur de jugement en donnant aux jeune allocation covid-19 ce qui a complètement désorienté le marché du travail. Tout ce qu'il compte obtenir c'est l'électorat de ce groupe d'âge.

Using washrooms/restrooms is a necessary right and it shouldn't be snatched from the public, please teach your employees to respect this right for public. Even if the person isn't a customer you should allow them access to washrooms. You don't old women or pregnant women begging you to use your washrooms. It would be ridiculous and shameful for you. Change your policies, please. Allow everyone who is in need to use the washroom. Ladies cannot litter in the open, right?

Terrible service. It is required to ask a worker for a key to the bathroom so I asked two who were standing together. One ignored me and the other replied with, "You have to ask one of the workers, " though she clearly was wearing a uniform. I glanced around to look for another worker, and the other two paid no attention and continued talking.

Worst experience ever 1 July 2021 at night around 12. I order coffee and when I received coffee it was very cold and I asked to employee to make a hot coffee very polity and that Indian girl with glasses start raising her voice and she start yelling and start saying no I can’t do that there are a lot of customers I felt very angry and frustrated

Je me suis arrêtée pour un café. Plusieurs personnes derrière le comptoir mais personne veut bien me servir. Donc j’utilise leur machine libre service. Je veux utiliser les toilettes en attendant mais elles sont barrées, je demande donc si une employée veut bien m’ouvrir la porte. On me répond brusquement d’attendre et de demander à quelqu’un d’autre. Je demande donc et l’autre personne me dit d’attendre qu’elle finisse de faire payer la cliente. Ok j’attend, je lui rappelle par la suite et elle me dit qu’il y’a d’autres clients en arrière qu’elle doit faire passer. Si vous donniez tant d’importance à vos clients vous m’auriez répondu à mon arrivée. Pire service à la clientèle, la dernière fois pour moi et je suis repartie sans pouvoir utiliser leurs toilettes.

Note: j’ai travaillé 3 ans dans un McDonalds et j’ai même été une chef d’équipe, je trouve donc leur attitude inacceptable… vous faites honte à la renommée mondiale de la formation donnée aux employés chez McDonalds.

Worst service of employee working in the night shift today its monday june 14 around 1am. Very rude behaviour of the employee. They not given the proper order. Very slow staff i am totally disappointed

It's at perfect location and it's convenient to go and redeem offer via mobile but at night we can't order using macd app.

This is place is very crowded as it's in downtown, the food is ok (if u just need something to eat and taste doesn't matter) and expect unorganised place and long waits

Stopped in here yesterday evening to get a snack, but I also really had to go to the bathroom. When I got to the mens bathroom door I noticed the sign stating you have to buy food in order to use it. When I went to see the cashier to ask for the key she asked me if I had ordered any food yet. I explained to her that I was planning on eating, but I really needed to use the bathroom first. She looked at me with a big smile on her face and chuckled while saying "Sorry, that's against our policy. You'll have to order something first:) ". So I smiled back at her and said "Oh you don't care:) ? ". She started saying something else as I turned around and walked out the door to look for another nearby bathroom. There's following policy and there's being humane. Which this young teenage girl was not. I'll never return.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to and I'm 59 years old.staff is inept, slow and do not know how to talk to people and after a 15 minute wait for 2 small coffees, they managed to omit the sweetner.avoid this location, not worth the aggravation

For the downtown area I expect better service and cleanliness. I understand how it is to work in their field but a little effort goes a long way. Also no refills is no coming back thank you.

Waited over 25 min, never got served, the robots working were so unorganized it was embarassing. All i wanted was a mcflurry, which i never got, this place is not worth a mental breakdown, just avoid it all together.

Probably fastest McDonald’s around the area. The one inside Alexis-Nihon (Atwater) takes 15min for a cup of coffee. This location is very well organized.

Half the time our order is wrong. I would ask for a double burger without onions and the package would indicate without onions but inside is filled with onions. Y'all going to kill someone one day. I'm done!

Multiple times ordering from this location and its always been the same. Drinks are 60-90% ice, burgers are never made correctly, fries are under filled and stale. You have a bun toaster for a reason, its code to toast buns before they are prepared yet my orders sandwiches are only so often toasted. I'll simply direct my purchase to the McDonald's down the road from this one.

Don't buy by mobile apps in this branch. Maybe they don't give you your orders.and you lose your money.

Okay, it is the largest fast food chain in the world, the location was obviously consistent with all McD's. I am sure the fault was mine, between poi and pou is the initial difference between fish or chicken in french. Either way, I've boycotted fast food since the movie "Fastfood Nation, " so believe I was irked when I got a horrible chicken burger instead of the fish burger I was finally going to comprise for, or it seemed because the receipt and burger box were miss matched. It said fish but tasted like chicken, or neither.
McD's is emergency food in a pinch, in my case, an in store take-out order with the cashier fell short.

Overnight staff never get the order right, it takes them over 20 minutes to serve food that takes less than 4 to cook, and they spend more time talking amongst themselves and playing on their phones than they do doing their jobs. Bacon was half cooked, and the staff refuses to any extra work. Absolutely ridiculous. You charge me 2$ for a piece and a half of bacon on top of it!

I often come here for the Oreo McFlurry and it's always amazing but the cleanliness standard of the place are far below than standard. Hope they work on it.

Daytime: crowded but OK
Night time: dirty, crowded, loud, and 9 times out of 10 they will get your order wrong, serve you cold food or just not give you the right items (often cheaper or old items)

Super quick to get the food, staff was very nice and even speaks English for those who can not understand (which was very appreciated in my case!). They do not accept American money but do take care or Canadian dollars. Food was fresh, especially late at night and we ended up visiting this McDonald’s a few times during our trip late at night (thankful for it being open 24 hours as well)

While quite busy with slow service, at night, McDonald's has a variety of choices. Their products are getting better and the taboo of "going to McDonald's" is something to forget. It is a great option after going out.

Test is good but some times not space to seat because of too crowd and services are good with familiar staffs

Somebody stole my Friend's laptop from his bag at this place. The manager nor the police were of any help. Please take care of your stuff if you wanna visit this place.

P.s. Manger said CCTV cameras in the place don't work!

Because of the new electronic ordering system that they have put in place there was a huge line up. All we went on for was a cup of coffee and we waited 10 minutes. That's nuts.

Good fast place to get food from where you are no matter the eria, you will find mc Donald's to go eat.

Fast service, good quality food (for a McDonald's standard). They dont have milkshakes, or the Angus burger so if those are your go to items, I would visit another branch

Worse staff talking to each other, don't pay attention towards coustomer.

Tout de suite en ouvrant la prote on a senti une très mauvaise odeur.ensuite pas de service en français. Ca puait tellement qu'on a dut sortir pour manger dehors. On aurait dut virer de bord et aller manger ailleurs.

The world’s worse McDonald’s ever. Went at 3am when it’s pack and expected some fresh food. Instead, ALL the food tasted like it’s been out for the entire day and reheated with a microwave. Everything was stall and dry, including the filet o fish, sausage and egg mcmuffin, McNuggets and 2 large fries. Only thing that they couldn’t mess up was the hot green tea. And they missed giving the McNuggets sauce, so we had the 10 dry nuggets ever drier by itself.

I’ve had McDonald’s in some really bad places around the world, but this takes top spot #1, congrats in failing so horribly in a city known for good food. Extremely shameful, I hope the owners will notice this!

A McDonald's is in McDonald's it's nothing special it's exactly like any other McDonald's however because of where it's located it can be very busy

It took them almost 20 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches on a Saturday morning (about 3 people were waiting for their orders ahead of me) and I realized after leaving that they had given the wrong sandwiches.

Very slow service, always waiting 15-20 mins + for my food. Homeless people everywhere asking for money and it smells like dirty socks inside.

Fast service. Clean and fresh smelling dining area. Bathroom clean one of the best McDonald's I have been too. No language barrier, no impatience, very pleasant.

Wonderful smiling service from staff n speaking English in Montreal was very appreciated.
I'd give the restaurant 5 stars except the place was still a little messy. I guess that's because of the kind of young crowd, may be?

McDonald's is always better in Canada (higher quality beef), and I was very pleasantly surprised by the poutine there, but the tables and restaurant in general were dirty and somewhat sticky. I'm not expecting five star service, but maybe wipe down the tables every now and again!

Dommage que je ne peux pas mettre un 0 etoile. Les employés pourraient sourire un peu. Pour un restaurant "restauration rapide", ils pourraient se grouiller un peu. Nous étions 2 a attendre. Le pire McDonald's que j'ai visité.

Night shift manager, Lance, was rude and ignored complaints when prompted about waiting over an hour for 20 nuggets. Very unpleasant.
