I was there Thursday. Ordered a big Mac trio. Got a burger without meat and went back, and of course, they replaced it for me. Guess what? Another big Mac no meat! At this point, I ask for a manager. I explained what happened, and he asked me if I ordered a big Mac without meat. Before I could even answer, the girl at cash explained things to him. 3rd burger comes out. Guess what again. Now, it's a big Mac with meat but no middle bread. I show manager and he goes back and finally I get a normal big Mac.
Forward to Friday. I go through drive-thru and order 2 chocolate chip cookies. I get to pick up window and they tell me they don't have any. They saud they'd give chocolate cookies instead. I was fed up. I added for my money back. Im never going to that McDonald's again. Such incompetence. Poor management. They're all over the place and rude.

Slowest McDonald's ever in line for 30 minutes now at the drive through and still haven't been able to place an order cuz the line isn't moving at all.terrible service, worst i have ever seen!

Egg McMuffin and apple pies. Egg McMuffin muffin was ROCK hard, the apple pie was disgusting.it was like the filling was made with crazy glue.

Waited 10 minutes to get served at the counter last week. Everybody too busy serving the drive through.

Consistency, very clean, presentable + app and moves to sustainability make McDonalds impressive in my book.

I am giving two stars because the food was good. But that was all that was good. Ordering inside caused a 10 minute delay. I was ordering breakfast. I should not have to wait 10 minutes for breakfast because they are prioritizing drive-thru over dining. There were 10 people inside waiting for their food for longer than I was there. And then when I finally got my food, I get to my car and the order is wrong. Not one employee spoke to me.

Horrible.incredibly slow.time in 9: 05 order placed on kiosk 9: 07.9: 22 still waiting.pretty easy order 2 coffees 2 muffins.what the H has happened to Mc D's in general.all becoming the same yet prices increase.please don't blame on staff shortage I counted 10 people on staff all standing around falling on top of eachother. And only 6 orders waiting.

St Charles location has better service than St John's location. Which is always very slow service.

Went inside to pick up a burger to avoid waiting for the drive-through and got stuck in the TWO drive through lanes. No way around it!

Terrasse agréable lorsqu'il fait beau, cependant beaucoup d'abeilles lorsque l'on s'alimente dehors. Plusieurs fois mon café noir est tiède lorsque je le reçoit, donc doit retourner pour faire changer. Service intérieur souvent lent.

New management. HORRIBLE SERVICE. The new manager YELLED at me at the drive thru for simply asking for some carbonated water. Will never be returning. Go to another McDonald’s and don’t support this horrible customer service.

Last week picked up a Bagel Egg BLT on St. Jean, they forgot the egg! Just picked up the same on St. Charles had the egg but no bacon! Wow Didn’t realize how complex a BLT was to make.

Who gives reviews for McDonald's!? Me. Just cause these guys give extra mayo and ketchup and most other branches forget. These guys don't.

The food is exactly what it should be, standard with all other MacDonald's restaurants. Difference from one to another differs on other points.

My most recent visit I ordered 4 ice creams, 3 coffees, a donut and a Coke. The order number listed on the screen disappeared after 15 minutes. I tried to attract any employee's attention (12 people working, nobody near the counters) and 5 minutes later I got a hold of the manager. When asking why after 20 minutes I still don't have my order at a fast-food restaurant, he said they were working on it & suddenly someone appeared and 7 minutes later I got my order.

This is not the only time I have to wait forever to get a simple order. MacDonald's has become more and more cumbersome and waits are lengthier than they used to be which is why I now go once / twice a year. As a comparison I was at a sit-down restaurant the day before and got my order served within 10 minutes.

On another note, cleanliness was average and they got my order right (they don't always do.)

As of now and based on my last few visits I no longer recommend MacDonald's to other customers.

My last visit was not so pleasant. I checked my order since they often get it wrong: missing items, cheese when i requested no cheese, sausages instead of bacon. At all stations, they repeat the order but when you leave, you are stuck with their mistakes.
So the 20 seconds i took to check what was in the bag, the older man serving me, was annoyed and quit verbal about it. The mistakes are more frequent than before! Sorry, Mcdo!

I bought mc muffin and hot chocolate yesterday 28th of may. 2021. I have been struggling to stay alive. After 2 hours of eating my body changed and I have been purging. It was a food poisoning.

It's a mcdonald's. Sometimes they mess up my order like give me coke instead of coke zero, or the food is a little dry/too greasy and such but it's a mcdonald's.

3 orders in just over a week 2 breakfast and 1 dinner for the kids and all 3 orders there was an issue and this time I proved it to the manager that was there when it happened, and his response is i just walked in. I won't mention Managers name but I spoke to him 4 days earlier and asked him if he remembered talking to me he said yes I showed him do you see what I'm talking about.there is always something wrong and stop telling people to go wait on the side so your driver thru time is down for corporate office cause your getting it wrong even when you make people wait. Have a staff meeting re train do something I'm not the only one this is happening 2

Canada’s Worst Drive Thru
Been living in this area and using this Location for more than 10 years and it always disappoints. If it’s beyond a standard trio, they rarely get it correct. Just this AM I ordered, person taking order reconfirmed, person collecting payment reconfirmed, person handing over food at window reconfirmed, gave me my coffees and asked me to park on the side, hash browns were cooking, person who brought food to car confirmed, I looked quickly and it seemed correct, drove home. Then get ready, epic fail, it was completely the wrong order, 2 sausage McMuffin vs the 3 bacon McMuffin. Almost drove back, but have to get towork.

EVERY TIME I ORDER A LARGE FRIES THEY NEVER FILL IT UP. THEY ALWAYS FORGET THE KETCHUP TOO! It’s absolutely ridiculous that you’re paying for a large fry yet they fill it like a medium. And it’s like this every damn time even when we ask them to fill it well. I’m so disappointed

I feel spoiled moving back to the west island from Lachine haha. This McDonald's is the best! So friendly, super fast AND they always get your order right

The manager was being very rude after they messed up my order twice! When fixing the order the took the bag away and came back, I really think they spit in my food! Times like COVID make this much scarier! I don’t understand how they could be so ignorant!

People working there shouldn’t be required to have a high school diploma only, they should pass some IQ test as well. They messed up my order again, arrived home to feed the kids and a burger was missing, it’s a simple job, just do it right, what a shame.

Food was alright, always tastes the same to me. Its the closest one to my house, and the service is pretty consistent

I just need to say that Michael is such a friendly, caring and wholesome guy. He looked like a manager and he is an amazing human being. McDonalds you guys need to give this man a huge raise! The team made a little mistake with my order but Michael came and checked on us and fixed the issue. I would give 10 stars but its only 5 stars. We need more Michaels in the restaurant and service industry, y'all can learn a thing or two from him. Anyways, cheers! Ps: don't try the ghost pepper (jolokia) McChicken, its addicting to eat, I love it!

I celebrated my graduation earlier this evening in this delicious restaurant. Well we passed a sensational evening and the place was absolutely the reason for that fruitful evening. The stuff helped in a pleasant way, the food was tasty and my buddies were so glad. We shall surely return for more celebrations.thanks very much.

The solution to a slow drive through is not to send everybody that passes through it to the side. I don’t have time to wait around for 10 minutes until somebody brings me my food outside, I went through the drive through for a reason. Staff is slow and lazy and my food rarely ever looks presentable. The manager should be fired immediately what a disgrace to the restaurant business.

Seating is crowded.nowhere to sit with visual of kids in the playground and the seats are unconfortable

Make sure to double check your orders since they almost never get an order right, even after asking them to repeat my order back to me they got it wrong. I tried to call them after getting home and realising my order was wrong but they didn't even answer the phone. Bada ba ba ba, you guys suck.

Service au volant très très long surtout le matin, on a l’impression que le monde roule au ralenti tellement c’est long pour juste un café le matin à 6h, préparez vous à au moins perdre un bon 10/15min pour un simple café!

The low review is because we have had nothing but terrible experiences with drive through orders at this location. It doesn't matter if it's a big order or small, you need to double check everything! Example: my kids only like Ketchup on the cheeseburger. If you "special" order it's like playing Russian roulette. In some cases you get a hamburger with ketchup or sometimes you get the little piece of paper saying "seul ketchup" and find everything but ketchup. Order three trios and get one fry. Order a chocolate milkshake and get a Coke! I would say I find an error in 4 out of 5 visits (yes we go far too often).

I will say the food is standard for a McDonalds and the staff are pleasant enough but it's incredible how often they get things wrong at the drive through!

They have perfected the art of taking an order (via kiosk), but can't seem to deliver in a timely fashion, seemingly because we ordered iced coffee.

This is an excellent place to acualy pick up good food and meet up with good friends, plus I ACTUALLY just love to LOOK at the couple of Asian females that work IN this establishment, I REALLY HONESTLY think that thìer very gorgeous woman TO me.

As you can expect for McDonalds food. The staff looked overworked and tired. I went through the drive trough only to realize my order was incomplete upon arriving home. I was so upset I went to bed hungry.

Very bad service, everytime I go they always get my order wrong and then they argue with me. Food is cold. They need customer service course! It's been like this for years!

Extremely slow disorientated poorly managed which cost me $100.00 for.simple breakfast sandwich and xlarge coffee. Manager teach them that coffee lid needs to be placed on correctly so it doesn't spill over the customer sitting in a car, suit and all!

French fries are always saggy. Too much teenagers that hang out there at night blocking the way and lotering, they should have security there it's like a high school.

If I can give it a zero, I would do that lovely.
The place is the worse ever branch I tried, very noise, very messy, unclean. The employees leave the guests kids playing, running and SHOUTING all over the place. People don;;t respect privacy and management don't step-in and act.

I go there once per week and never had any problems, my order always came fast, they never messed it up and the service is good.

Not to mention that the service was slow but to also find one of the employees hair under my friend’s (who’s a red head) pancake! Like this is absolutely disgusting, hairnet and beard nets need to be worn for a reason and this is why!

It is clean but too expensive for the Food they have, most of it is not healthy, (ask a nutritionist) he/she will explain it better, okay buddy

Ordered using self serve app, wait was about 5mins, it was quite busy and noisy especially around he RM park area. The food was hot and good tasting (Big Mac trios)

Service at this McDonald's was terrible. It took over 20 minutes to get 2 breakfast sandwich's. Although the staff were polite and apologetic.they seemed confused and were running around a lot. I have seen this at many McDonald's and perhaps they are offering too many things at the same time, like running orders out to parked cars, fulfilling delivery orders, serving orders to client tables, etc. Hope it gets better!

Our breakfast wraps were made using wheat flour tortillas instead of the standard white flour ones without having requested it. The manager later delivered the rest of our uncompleted order at our table, inverted the paper bag with our food in it, let it drop onto our tray and then left. We will not be revisiting this establishment.
