Avoid this location ile perrot. Slow service, more often than not make mistakes on orders. If you ask for extra topping in app, generally only get regular amount. I have made numerous complaints last few years nothing has changed, thus no willingness or desire from McDonald's management to fix, obviously they only care about making money and not the customer. This location has a bad reputation amoung local residents and from reviews.

Service unilingue anglophone en après-midi de la part de deux caissières. Pas capable de me préciser quelles saveurs de muffins ils servent, encore moins le prix de mon achat. J'ai déposé une plainte auprès de l'Office de la langue française.

Wish I could give a 0 star. Food is always old and stale. Not worth my money nor my time. Any other McDonald is amazing. Worked here as well and would not suggest it. It’s a bad place in all ways possible.

C’est complètement ridicule de ne pas accepter les tasses réutilisables sous prétexte qu’il y a des microbes…comme si vos comptoirs, vos machines Interac et distributeurs à liqueurs n’étaient pas remplis de microbes. Excuse bidon, mal expliquée par vos employés, et tout est sale…c’est hypocrite.

I ordered a junior chicken trio with 10chicken nuggets on the side for 17$. Keep in mind theres only 2 more cars in line beside me. I get home and look in the bag and instead of 10 nuggets they gave me a big mac. How do you even make that kind of mistake

J'ai jamais eu une expérience aussi désagréable car premièrement la boisson était pas bonne j'ai été le changé après ma fille son Mac poulet n'avais pas de pain en dessous j'ai retourné il mon donné un autre qui n avait pas de sauce dedans et en plus goûtait vraiment pas bon pire mcdonald que j'ai vu de ma vie

Rendu a la fenetre jai attendu 20 min apres ma commande qui etais un trio 2 chess un smoothies et une boissson au fraise! Quand jai recu tout etais FROID. 20 min et froid c inacceptable!

Je ne sais pas qu'est-ce qui arrive avec le management mais on passe 30-45 minutes en lineup pour un café. Avant, c'était 2 minutes gros max.

I ordered an egg Mcmuffin with two hashbrowns in the drive thru. And I received fries instead. So I told the cashier, they grabbed the bag from me and slammed the window.

I proceeded to wait another 20mins and got my sandwich back filled with eggshells.

They're extremely rude at this location and the service keeps getting worse. DO NOT go to this location, drive the extra kilometers and go elsewhere.

Caissière qui nous tourne le dos et nous ignore quand on revient au comptoir pour ne pas avoir à nous servir alors qu'il y a une erreur dans la commande.

There are just no words for how bad this location is. Avoid at all costs. 45+ minutes stuck in this locatiins drive through is the norm. Needs new management has been terrible for years even pre covid.

Mc Do mal géré, service très lent, pas vraiment synonyme de "restauration rapide".

Commandes erronées régulièrement, il faut tout revérifier car chez Mc Do on engage des analphabètes.

Ahhh! Puis arrêter de mettre le tout sur la Covid 19, l'incompétence a ses limites.

Pas de service! Delai tres long! En plus erreurs dans notre commande. On a du attendre 20 minutes.pis on a fini a la borne de commande. Aucun bonjour rien! Il y avait personne en plus, on etait seul! Quand on est allez s'asseoir, un employé etait couché sur un banc pour client! Serieusement, mcdo a eviter!

I understand that the weekend staff aren’t trained properly because they are understaffed but the mcflurry machine is “broken “ is a lie and im upset because i cant get my ice cream and to top it off my chickenuggies WERE COLD and MUSHY AND KINDA WET NOT CRUNCHY

There was an error with the food and one of the younger the employee's corrected the mistake and gave excellent customer service!

Waited over 10 minutes for a small fry and big Mac. Two weeks later, I visited again and waited over 25 minutes for a small fry and mcdouble. Different staff same bad service.

Slow, terrible service, they’ll always mess up your order somehow. Don’t bother coming to this location. I don’t know how corporate lets operate like this

With all the shortages of staff these days this place was very quick and the food was hot.

Not once has my experience here been close to acceptable. Waited over 45 in the drive-through for food just to get it ice cold.

Decided to stop at McDonald's for a sausage & egg McMuffin trio. I haven't been here for several months since the last time it took 45 minutes to get a Big Mac. There was only one car at the window and 2 cars ordering. 25 minutes later I got my order. This restaurant takes the word "fast" out of fast food.
