Totally disorganized staff. 20 minutes to get a breakfast order. No management. Poor service.

Unprofessional staffs. They never mind about the customer waiting for orders. Chatting with each other. For a single coffee I waited for 20 minutes.

Gotten my order missing and wrong everytime I order in Ubereats.
It's either the fries are the wrong size or I'm missing an item.

Minimal fudge in the sundae
It was pouring hard and the lady just left the sundae drenched in the rain while handling it to us at the drive-thru
I have never gotten a correct order from these people
The only good thing because there’s lots of traffic the food seems more “fresh”

Again it's McDonald's but in Montreal the bad thing is is that the people there don't speak English and I don't speak French you would think that a tourist City like that people would actually try to speak English and I'll tell you a bit about myself I was born in the states and I don't speak French I do speak my country second language which is French but a tourist City like Montreal should be able to speak English

There was a long strand of black hair in the large poutine. Was take out and no one answered the phones for me to file a complaint.

Fresh food here. But service is a bit slow. Lots of older ppl working here. So fresh food and no mistakes when you get your order

Commandé 4 chocolats chauds au service à l'auto, pour m'apercevoir une fois à destination qu'on m'a remis 4 laits chauds.inbuvables.

2 étoile parce que plusieurs fois j'ai eu le café froid à la commande à l'auto. Mais surtout en livraison c'est une catastrophe. Toujours ingrédient manquant, fait n'importe comment, commande éronnée et en plus le café du matin sont toujours reçu froid en livraison.

C’est mentionné ici que ça ferme à minuit je me suis déplacer je l’ai trouvé fermé alors que c’est pas encore minuit c’est 23: 15

En général j’aime les Macdo mais ce restaurant a besoin plus d’attention pour la propreté du plancher et toilettes, il faut accélérer le service le temps d’attente est vraiment long

Ce McDonald était un des plus rapide avant et maintenant pas loin d être le pire au niveau rapidité. Je déconseille cette place si vous êtes pressé. 30 min d attente pour 1 trio déjeuner pas 10 mais seulement 1. N allez jamais là-bas.

They can't seem to get an order right! On back to back occasions I placed the order confirmed it at the cash but when I get to the 2nd window everything and I mean EVERYTHING was wrong.not surprised but frustrated won't go back to that mcds again!

Dacarie great place to bring the family where car shows and community planning develop with great restaurants and malls.

Malheureusement il n'a pas beaucoup de service en raison de manque de mains d'oeuvre. Le service est pas trop rapide. Donc faites patience. Faites attention au écran de menu à l'intérieur puisque ceci n'est pas fonctionnel.

Ordered a mocha and when I finally got to the window of the drive thru they told me they didn't have any mocha available.

If I could give less starts I would. Two manages behind a counter heart as rock and careless as can be. Food was delivered and missing and zero empathy. No one apologized for the mistake and was insulted by people in line for keeping me waiting in line for too long. Managers were Shami and Angela have the Worst customer services skills. Definitely don’t know how to satisfy customers. Please is filthy and no one knows what they’re doing.

We ordered at the drive thru 3 BLT quarter pounder with large fries and medium ice coffee. When we check, we just found out that it was all medium fries. I can't complain because receipts was not given and the line was so long. I tried to call but no one is answering.

Classic downhill of a store 14 min to get 10 mc nugget everybody walking slower then a turtle far from the FAST food service we used to get and nobody seems to care about the service either

I mean, it mcdo… but when you crave it and they do it right, it hits the spot. I had their new bbq burger with crispy onions. Yum.

6: 30 pm and waited 20 min for my order. Sat down and manager came to told me can’t sit down. I’ve been waiting for 30 min and still nothing. I mean wouldn’t have sat down if wait wasn’t 30 min…

Completely unacceptable.

Could never get my order right whoever works overnight weekdays I mean the buns seemed to be dipped in oil and grease. The meat have been sitting there as if in open space the fries are cold and hard I’ve worked and managed at McDonald’s anyone with any sort of integrity would not serve food they wouldn’t eat themselves. I hate to comment but wow i just wonder how fed up do you have to be to go In to work and completely screw up someone’s meal? !

Very, very slow service. The poutine sauce was not at all like the other McDs. It was thick, dark, and extra salty. I waited so long for my order that my food was cold. Not returning.

On this particular visit the wait time was very long at the one open order table and the credit card reader was inoperative. Had to pay cash. Very unusual as service usually good.

Recommend swapping the fries for a healthier and delicious side salad. Large play area for children.

I came here for the choldrens playground and like tp use the tavle service as it is hard pay and collect food when you are on your own. I did as was required to attain table service and mutliple times they have failed at serving me. I have to collect all my possions and my child to collect food from the counter. Not acceptable! I will go to Burger from now on to play with my child.

Horrible service.we just waisted 30 minutes to get one french fries using the drive through service (there were 2 working lines on the drive through.we took the right one.we were standing there for a while waiting to make the order, but noone was replying the intercom.then they served 4 cars on the left line who came after us.and only after those ones, they finally took our order! And after paying our order, we had to wait again for quiet a while to receive the fries (

On a retourner la commande 4 fois parcequelle netait pas complete. Le temps davoir tout les extras quon a demander (on sentend que de payer pour un pater de viande en extra sans en recevoir cest decevant), la bouffe etait rendu froide et ca prenait 15 min mettre des cornichons dedans. On etait pas les seuls a qui ca arrivait et on pouvait clairement voir la deception lorsque la caissiere demandait si ce quils fesaient en cuisine. Elle semnlait tellement decourager.je vous assure que le service la bas est pourri. Dailleurs nous avons ete mallades les 2 seules fois ou nous y etions aller. Je prefere les autres succursales.

Pretty good McDonalds as far as they go. Very friendly and efficent staff that has great customer service. Even when busy everything moves quickly and people get their orders fast.

Le personnel sympathique chez McDo se fait rare dans la vie, mais là c'était très bien!
Parc de jeux pour permettre aux enfants de se défouler un peu.
Par contre, il faut gérer les problèmes d'imprimante aux guichets de commande, ça fonctionne rarement (mais ce n'est pas seulement ce McDo, ça fonctionne rarement, peu importe l'endroit)

J’avais demander un smoothie à la mangue et ananas, j’ai reçu un au banane et fraise et vue que j’ai été le porter pour qu’il me le change il on jeté le reste.pure gaspillage.

Very busy place. Service was okay but we found no staff checking on tables and wash them when they are dirty. The bum rest was cool!

You must seriously check your order before leaving the window, I have never had so many mistakes as this McDonald's

C'est un restaurant d'hamburger.
Si vous voulez vendre des déjeuners aussi et en plus les vendre 24h/jours, ca me vas, mais faudrait pouvoir commander des hamburgers 24h/jours!

Décevant le service aujourd'hui. Ça prend plus de dix minute recevoir sa commande et deux erreurs ont été fait.

I would give it less stars if I could. There ice cream machine NEVER WORKS its so incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately for me its the only McDonalds I have near my work so if I ever want a McFlurry (which I do often) I have to go there. Its such a vibe kill to leave your work to go out for something specific like a McFlurry to be told 10x in one month that "The machine is not working". I even tried calling once in advance to make sure I wasn't going to be wasting my time driving there AGAIN but they dont ever pick up the phone.

It shows that the manager really cares about his business. It's refreshing to see a caring manager at a McDonald's.

Drive thru as usual check your order to make sure it's good. In general if you have to go to MacDonald's to eat, you know what to expect. I think they're all the same.

Worst McDonald's ever. Lord, someone please train and supervise the cooks. What the heck is so difficult to upkeep the regular mcD standards? Pls focus on serving warm food and try to aim when you put the bread on the burger. 3 visits so far and WTH. It once took me 15 mins to get a coffee LOL. I'm nevertheless glad to see the staff is always smiling and horsing around while the customers wait. At least someone is happy LOL

Waiting time was ridiculous almost 45 minutes waiting time.they need to be organized properly everyone should not be in the kitchen freaking out for now. 1 in drive t, 1 on cash and the rest in the kitchen preparing food.that's your best option for a busy night/ early morning.

I have been to this McDonald's couple of times, Quick service with plenty of self service kiosks, always been a good dining experience here.

Very unsatisfying experience. We ordered a Double Big Mac, and got a Double Quarter Pounder with bacon which my girlfriend doesn't like. We asked for a Greek salad dressing, and got a Balsamic dressing. We also wanted to order McCafe pastry, but held back the temptation because the pastry shelf was full of flies. The staff was rude and threw the ketchup packs into our bag. The cashier waved the receipt in my face instead of asking me if I wanted it. The manager just stood there and did nothing to make our experience more pleasant. Our order was stuffed into a bag that was too small to close up. Seriously, I only go to this McDonald's because it's the closest to home. But they seriously suck. Borderline inhumane treatment of their clients and generally careless staff. I felt like I was bothering them.

Great location, very fast service. Manager came to make sure i was satisfied and i got a coupon for free trio!

Drive thru is beyond horrible! Took over 40 minutes to get 2 trios and a burger! Plus they got the order wrong! Waste of time and got ripped off.

Came with my kids and ordered from self serve. Chose an option for staff to bring food to my table as kids were irritated and didn’t want to wait by the cash. Chose the number that would be left on the table for the staff to identify our order.
15 min later no order coming to our table.go to the cash.our order is there and cold. I ask the lady.what happened? We are waiting. She tells me the table serve service is only available in the morning and early afternoon.

Ok. That’s fine, but why not take this option away from automated order station? Or put a note somewhere? We waited and waited and if I did not approach the cash, we would have waited longer!

I asked the service rep exactly that.what would have happened if I were to wait longer before coming to the cash with my inquiry?

She politely smiled and told me.well. I tried to look for you.from behind the counter. I’m not sure how she hopped to spot the number that was laying on the table. Although, the only two kids sitting around the table (right in front of the serving area.an order for two happy meals should have given us away pretty much instantly.)

There was no need for further conversation as it was pretty evident they didn’t care.

Kids had their meal cold.

15 20 minutes d'attentes au service a l'auto des 2 coté des machine pour commander, perdu 5 6 clients incluant nous. Nous sommes entrés a l'interieur et le gérant nous a dis qu'il avais seulement 1 employé. Toujours pareil a ce mcdonalds

The Clark told me (Ma'am I have no body to help me tonight I'm by my self, u gotta be patient and wait, over 10 minutes, had to leave.
Not her fault, it's McDonald's fault.
